Came in to get a Pandora bracelet. The woman was super friendly and greeted us as we walked in the door with a smile. She was very helpful and patient when we picked out what we needed as a gift. They have a kids room too to keep kids busy as you shop.

The woman on the phone told us we had to wear a mask to enter the store and yet when me and my girlfriend got to the store we realized we were the only customers wearing one so i felt that was odd and the whole experience of actually being in the store i couldnt help but feel like i was getting judged by the employee and constantly having an attitude towards me and my girlfriend i just was not expecting to get treated that way. I dont really know they do have nice jewelry just felt the customer service could be a little better.

Jareds repaired and reset my 18 year old engagement and wedding ring. It is a sapphire and they brought it back to its glory! They also very skillfully worked with the platinum. I am delighted and well pleased with their work. Definitely will shop there in the future as a result of workmanship and professionalism.

I love Jared and have been a customer since 2002. I was so excited that they opened a location here in Corpus Christi. My child is able to play in the kids area while i can have my jewelry cleaned and inspected every 6 months. Their selection is phenomenal and if there’s something you want that they don’t have in the store, they can have it brought in.

Outstanding service beautiful jewelry lifetime diamond warranties and extended service plan and all their jewelry there is no place I’d rather be.

Had an excellent first time experience. Staff was warm and friendly. The young woman that helped me was knowledgeable and courteous. She helped size me and let me try on different styles of rings . She apologised for my wait to be helped and even offered me a bottled water after my purchase. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with my first time there. Ill be going back for sure.

Ive been there 3 times now and was absolutely ignored the 1st two times as I waited Patiently. Never even got a hello until the 3rd time when they said very nicely that someone would be with me shortly. I waited for 45 minutes and still wasnt seen so I left. Lovely looking Store, wish I could say more for the sales team.

Tom a watch in, citizen, wanted $400 to fix, sent to citizen they said just needed the battery photo cell. For $49. Called Jared they basically were items, said their manager said there is no battery in the citizen. They were totally jerks. Sent to citizen they fixed free, just needed the battery. Have not walked into their store again and tell everyone I can the story. Their fine until there is an issue, would not listen to what citizen had to say.

The Jared location I went to was very clean & professional. Yannis was very helpful and attended to all my needs. He even offered some running specials in the store. Moving forward I plan on doing all of my purchases at this location& highly recommend doing business with Jared .

Ok so there was an issue with jareds earlier, but thanks for reparing the problem quickly. This is what I like to see. The assistant that was helping us is a lovely individual and she made sure that our problem was fixed. Now I think I spoke too soon when the store manager did not want to help at all, but the district manager and the store assistant helped me get the ring that I fell in love with. So I will continue to purchase fine diamonds from Jareds thanks guys!

Service was great and very fast. Just what we needed.

From the moment I walked in the door I was acknowledged with a friendly greeting. I told the employee what I was looking for and was taken straight over to the counter. I was never pressured into buying a different or more expensive item. Uphon paying and leaving the same employee held open the door for me and again a friendly leaving statement. This durring the Christmas Holidays. I was in and out in under 15 mins. I would recommend this store to anyone.
