I have been using Mac for years and absolutely love the quality of products. They have extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff here and a good selection. I received immediate attention and was not rushed or pressured just to buy products. There were a few items I wanted that was not available at this location and she just called to the Dillards store and had them brought right over to me. I highly recommend this location and the product line of cosmetics. Keep up the good work!

My daughter and I were in last week for foundation color matches and we had the BEST time. J was our consultant and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! We felt taken care of, through and through! Can’t wait to return to buy more amazing MAC products!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TALENTED young lady Olivia was extremely helpful today. As customers came in and her answering phone calls all while she was helping me cover my face with different shades her attitude remained AMAZING!!! Amazing! I went when it wasnt busy and Mattie spent over an hour with me matching me and explaining everything. Hes phenomenal! Best MAC experience ever.

Kaitie should get EMPLOYEE of the month! The Selena launch was a mess but she took the order over the phone patiently and answered all the questions I had and did not rush to get me off the phone. Contrary to others complaints with the company as a whole after the launch THANK YOU! MAC did not have to do a line for Selena but they did as the fans wanted. As in everything big and successful issues will arise and the employee I interacted with went above and beyond

The MAC x Selena release was so poorly launched (online). However, after hours of calling this location, I finally got through. Katie took my order, and she was pleasant. I can only imagine the chaos/ madness she (and her coworkers) had to work through. Bless their hearts, because it sure sounded chaotic! Heres hoping I actually receive all the products I ordered with her. 💙

I want to give a huge shoutout to Amanda! (: Im not from Texas, and I was on the MAC website for hours trying to purchase some lipsticks, and eyeshadow from the SELENA release. MACs site was terrible!:/ I saw a couple comments mentioning that this store location was shipping leftover items anywhere in the US. I had to call about 20 times, but Amanda answered and she was beyond nice! She was so helpful, so patient, and so amazing! Keep this girl around guys! She was fabulous. Now Im just counting down the days til I get my items! Thank you again, Amanda!

I swear this is by farrrr the best Mac store on the planet!! They went above and beyond to make sure I and many many others were able to still get a chance to order from the quickly sold out Selena line on the 30th!!! I truly truly thank u for going above and beyond youre awesome!!!! I ordered 9/30 and recieved my lipstick today!!! Sooooo happy!!!

Went in there last week to get a sample of a primer to try out, and one of the girls were rude, and didnt want to give me a sample, she kept trying to get me to buy it. She also kept giving me weird looks, so I walked out of the store, and gave her 2 fingers lol(Only giving it two stars is because the place is clean)
