I was able to order my daughters 12th birthday cake last night online. I really, really enjoy how easy it was to order the cake for her. I was able to customize the colors, and the font on the front. And I was really, really, happy with the outcome. Thank you, so much guys for the great work. Ease of access and friendly service. I love how the decorator put the little details of the dots on the dino being 12 dots. Its little thought like that makes me and my daughter feel special.

So good. Check them out. Only problem here is they run out too much.

I have placed 2 separate orders and both times orders have been forgotten or misplaced. There should be a more effectient way for your staff to stay organized and professional. Orders were placed in person and 2 days ahead of the event and still they were both lost. You need a completely new staff of responsible employees with actual work ethics. They just stand around doing nothing.

I place an online order to be picked up at the proper time. I get there and there are 40 people standing in line to place orders that will be consumed there. Why would I want to call in my order if when the order is supposed to be ready Im supposed to stand in line with 40 people at the back of the line. They need to have a phone in order pickup area instead of saying sir I dont care youre going to have to wait at the back of the line . I will never do business with them again!

Took forever just to decorate a cake, when I asked again the supervisor with the tat on her right arm started throwing around the icing bags, barely making eye contact LOL. Business was slow, I’m talking about 7 ppl every 30 minutes.Yeah.. I got there about 2 hours after placing the order online so I waited around and noticed.

There are two locations in La Palmera: a small stand in the central walkway area of the first floor and a larger one in the north part of the second floor. They have a nice variety of cookie flavors including filled cookie sandwiches. The larger store on the second floor is right next to a mall kid play area and the build-a-bear workshop (incredibly strategic), so its nice to play for a bit and then get a cookie to go.

I commend those people working there all day right next to the kids playground. I would have a headache all day everyday. Anyway, the cookies are always good here and the staff is rather efficient even when very busy.
