Unfortunately, I had to park on the street and wait until opening (they have a gate to the yd). I did not realize that they open so early to get trucks off the road. Shipping & Receiving had us (3 trucks) pull in and dock. I am very appreciative of that. And after getting unloaded, I was able to sit in the staging area until my 10 hour break was up. Kuddos to Pepsi Bottling Co. for the outstanding work they are doing to keep Truckers safe in Vorpus Christi, TX.

Not enough space on here to talk about the service department or the service supervisor, Jose Lozano which is by far the most Unprofessional supervisor at Oneta. His childish and pathetic antics prove he’s not fit to be a supervisor in any role and the fact that oneta has allowed this man to “lead” speaks volume of what goes on behind the scenes.

Great service and availability especially in the freeze we had.

I have been unable to find a product for my son. In an act of desperation I contacted Pepsi and asked if they knew where I could find some. I was told that I could actually order from them and pick up my order myself. I could not have been more pleased. I was able to acquire the product and the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. Thanks Pepsi!
