Had a great experience buying our furniture. Juan helped us so much and was very accommodating. We had a lot of questions and lots of requests but Juan helped without hesitation. My only complaint will have to be the delivery time which is out of anyone’s control. I will recommend Rooms To Go and Juan to anyone I talk to you for their furniture needs.
We just got the best deal in town. Our rep Tiffany was professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. She looked for solutions to our problems as far as finding what we were looking for and was never pushy. My wife and I had looked at 5 places in town and no other place could compare with the quality and price. Not only did we get the 3rd item for a price that anywhere else would have only got me two items but we also got a 3 yr warranty, and fabric cleaning solution. I will definitely returning for a bedroom set.
I was helped by a gentleman named Mario. I don’t write reviews often but in this case it would have been a crime if a didn’t. He was beyond professional and so helpful it confused me he wasn’t the manager. He even walked my mother to the bathroom and waited for her then walked her back. If you go to this place ask for Mario trust me you’ll leave there with a smile.
Walked in met Juan Gomez, he got to the point and showed me what I wanted to see. He did not try to BS me like other stores. He showed me all his inventory before we made our decision. Very informative and knew his products. Very professional as well. I usually don’t go to R2G but I will swap to them for my 1st choice from now on.
Update: 1 day after this original post I received a call from Francis. She apologized and promised shelves for my buffet quickly and that she would try to get the addtl pieces of furniture Ive still not received asap. Bought and pd cash in May. She was going to call me back within hours to let me know. Nope, no call back...no shelves and no furniture. Oddly, I saw the same bedroom set I bought advertised on TV today. Seriously, it cant be that hard. I will be going over this locations head to their corporate office today. Just ridiculous. 5 months is just not acceptable.Purchased several pieces of furniture from the Corpus location on May. Paid Cash!!! Sales told me upfront that a few pieces would be delayed until September, but stated that its usually sooner and he would follow up. Well now that date has been changed to November. Not their fault. ..whatever.. I really dont think they care.. they got their money so they seem to be done with us. So basically, I have a bed I cannot use, a buffet without shelves inside. And patio chairs with no cushions. Thinking back, I should have chosen another company. Delivery is story. This is not the first time weve purchased from RTG but will be the last.
The salespeople were very nice and a great selection. The showroom is beautiful. However, I was so disappointed that the furniture I wanted wasnt available until November (4 month wait time). I just cant wait that long, so we had to go somewhere else.
My sales rep was Kimberly and she was very professional and helpful. She was not pushy and very considerate of my needs and budget. We found a great deal on some quality furniture and I would highly recommend RTG for your decorating needs. Go see Kimberly.

Bought our sofas from here and I swear, the second they make a sale, they stop caring about customer service. I’ve tried to get a hold of someone for the past two days! Was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday and going on another 30 right now. What’s the point of having a customer care call center, when no one answers nor gets on the “live” chat 🙄
Staff was so eager and friendly to attend to you as you walk into the store. The worst experience after paying cash for a full bedroom set. It was back ordered until 3 months. They will text you when they schedule your delivery. We tried calling and even going back to the store to reschedule the delivery date because they only give you a few days notice. They advised us to keep the delivery date given to us and to find a way to be available to receive our furniture. The woman stated that if we reschedule, we will be getting our order until January 2022. They will not go the extra mile to accommodate the customers. We will never purchase anything thing else from them.
Great place to shop for furniture. All the sales attendants who helped us were knowledgeable, quick, and professional. I had gone a wk before to browse n check out the furniture. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. They let you stroll at your own pace. Went back and got me a sectional and furniture for my grand daughter at exceptional sale prices. Already have furniture in mind for my grandsons rms. Cant wait for the next big sale.

Liked the fact that I could stroll around without anyone constantly asking if I needed help. When I was ready, there were plenty of staff to pick from for help. He was very helpful & patient. I made a decision & made my purchase.
My mom and I went here so she could by a bedroom set. The woman who assisted us was named Maggie. She never once told us about their non return policy, and she charged us $250 for shipment because it was going to be picked up in their warehouse in Katy and delivered to my mom in Sandia. However, when the delivery men finally delivered the furniture, they revealed that they had come from their warehouse in Corpus Christi. So we were lied to and charged shipment from Katy to Sandia. When furniture was delivered, it was delivered damaged. My mother tried countless times to get management to deal with these issues, and when it was obvious that they didn’t care, she tried to have furniture returned. Except they don’t allow returns if you ordered in store. So stay away. If you want something from them, go look in store but buy online because you will be consistently lied to by store staff.
I was able to get the mattress my daughter wanted at a very competitive price. I was very satisfied that Rooms To Go honored their sale price. Mr. Lin Tuttle, the store manager, addressed all my concerns in a respectful manner. They also allowed me to call when I was ready for my furniture to be delivered as I was in the process of moving. I would most definitely shop here again and look forward to another great experience 🙂
Tim was an excellent salesman. He listened to what we wanted, helped put together something that could be delivered quickly. We were a bit nervous about buying furniture that we had not seen, but we were very pleased after delivery and set up. We have even been back to get Tims help in ordering more furniture. The delivery men were great. This was a pleasant experience.

Walked in on a Saturday....Eric was my salesperson, he was very professional and patient....he even took the time to re-arrange furniture to pull out a sleeper sofa so I could try it out. My boyfriend owns a retail shop so I know how hard it is to find ppl with this level of customer service skills....it should be acknowledged and rewarded.

I’d give negative 8481648 stars if I could.Delivery time for my items was between 10-2I get a text at 12:21 that they are 16 minutes outAlmost an hour goes by and nothingI call and they say the drivers are on the wayAnother hour goes by and nothing againI call and now I’m last on the list and delivery will be between 3:30-4.I had left work to come get this delivery done quickly now have to find someone to come over for the delivery.I go on my way back to work just to get a call that they are now at my house @2:10 after I was told the delivery was going to be between 3:30-4The delivery itself was good and quickVery disappointed and upset with the last of communication and disregard for my time. also my two pillows aren’t going to be in for 2 more weeks.

I claimed a mattress underneath warranty through rooms to go and I was very appreciative that they did so. I had picked out another mattress and was set up for delivery. On the delivery date rooms to go delivery company just walked into my house without knocking . I then proceeded to tell the gentleman after a heated conversation to leave.
The sales person states the financing is same as cash for 90 days bit thats not true, youre still payinga good chunk on interest alone. Otherwise everyone was super friendly and helpful with picking out items and mix n match the dinning room set.

Terrible service. Changed the drop off time to 10pm. Who in their right minds delivers a bedroom set at 10p when they original scheduled time was 3pm? And the Manager wont come to the phone to resolve the situation. Terrible service, unbelievable wait times and they still deliver it late.

I would absolutely give them negative stars if I could. I will make this as short and sweet as I possibly can. First off it’s almost June and I still don’t have my complete set I ordered in early February. When I received the last part of my delivery (last piece to my couch) it was missing cushions. I immediately called customer service and at first they said it would be another 2 months for a replacement, I told them that was unacceptable. They proceeded to tell me that they were able to order just the cushions that were missing and it would be 3-5 business days. Turns out that was a complete and utter lie just to get me off the phone. Called again in 2 weeks and was told “yeah there is an order in, but absolutely no timeframe on that.” Finally called the store here in town and they were absolutely no help either. Spoke with one of the manager, Javier who NEVER called me back when he said he would and I mean about 4 different conversations where he said he’d call me back and just slap in the face, middle finger does not care to waste his time. At this point I was wanting some sort of compensation for THEIR screwup. Paid 2700 for a couch and still don’t have it completely. I was told there was nothing they could do besides have a replacement to me in a month. Absolute terrible customer service inside the store and out. You may think they’re friendly inside the store, but I promise you if you have some sort of problem with you purchase, you will not be taken care of! Period! People please read the 1 star reviews. If you have any sort of issue with your order (which is highly likely right now) I promise you will not receive the customer service that you deserve spending your hard earned money. I promise you the people who are saying “great customer service” are simply talking about how they treat you when you walk in the door and want you to buy something. As soon as you hand over your money and it’s processed you will lose any sort of customer service.“ DO NOT SHOP HERE, SERIOUSLY!!!

If I could redo the scale of customer service from 0-10, I’d make it -10 to 10 and give RTG a -10. Getting in touch with customer service takes a minimum of an hour, and when I finally get someone on the phone they hang up before presenting a solution. If an order is incorrect, expect a solution within 6-10 month or false promises that won’t be kept. If they tell you they will call you back, take your chances in Vegas instead. This company obviously doesn’t care for their customers and it shows, starts with management and the only way it’ll change is with cleaning house with the current. Until then, expect mediocrity for customer service.

We bought a purple mattress set for my son, We waited to have it delivered. He gets here in the plastic for the Box Spring the Box Spring underneath is all torn up but still in the plastic. So they saw it and still try to deliver it to us. Not the delivery guys fault. I blame Rooms to Go. Now we had to send it back. And now my son has no bed. What happened to customer service.

Total BS..they did not deliver my couch I had purchased on 3/14. The drivers told them no one was home which was BS, and I waited from 2 pm til 10 pm and I even told who called to inform me that they were running behind, I said we would be home. No one knocked, no call. My Easter lunch was a lot of standing around for people cause my couch wasnt delivered. And now they say it would be 48 hrs before my order could be pulled and checked into and another week before possibly being delivered. 😠. Very disappointed and not professional at all.

I went to a handful of furniture stores before visiting Rooms To Go. Out of all of the ones I visited, Rooms To Go had the best selection. There are soooo many couches here and theyre great quality! Our salesman was Carol Ramirez and he told me upfront the couch would be delivered in 6 weeks on ___ date. While 6 weeks is a long time to wait, he let me know up front and gave me the exact date it would come. Sure enough, on that date is was there. I would much rather my salesman/woman be upfront like Carlos was, as oppose to some sales people who say 3-4 weeks and then after 4 weeks you still dont have your furniture & and youre stuck calling trying to hunt it down. Since this transaction was so smooth, I would definitely purchase furniture from here again in the future!

Our sales person ordered the repent bedroom set and then instead of taking care of us we were forced to pay the difference. The point is this place is immoral they have no standards in my line of business if we messed up we paid for it not our customers. If all their employees are instead of being honest with their customers and then later having them come back to their store and waste time to only further pay more for something they thought they had purchased in the first place how many people are really getting screwed.
We just bought our fourth living room set from Rooms To Go...love working with Juan at the Corpus Christi store. We bought new furniture for our house in Port Aransas in the spring of 2017...six months later Hurricane Harvey hit and ruined it all. So we got the second set. Then we moved to Harlingen and bought furniture there...actually ordered it they Juan, even though it was delivered by the local store there. Sold that place and moved back to Port Aransas and Juan has our furniture on order. Can’t wait to get it!!!

They didnt have anything in stock. Didnt buy anything because I would of had wait weeks to receive it.
Purchased over $4,000 bedroom set, took over 6 weeks for delivery, not once did the sales person call to give me any updated status, follow up after the delivery. The mattress protector was already stained when I took it out of the package, the side rail was damaged as well. I have been on hold with customer service for over 2 hours just to talk to someone.Poor service, I will never walk in a rooms to go. I will never dump my money in this company again.

Rooms to go..... Hmm where to start?Their selection of furniture is amazing and MOST of the sales staff are friendly. Although there was one lady who literally scolded my 3 yr old when he was trying to climb up on a seat. Hes a toddler, hes going to want to check out the furniture and sit on different pieces....just like adults do. Other than that everything was fine at the store end. When it came time to deliver I chose Saturday since they said theres a 4 hr window. The couple days prior they told me it would be delivered between 3-7pm. So I did not leave my house because I didnt want to miss them. Around 6pm I get another call and they told me it would be delivered around 7-10pm.... THEN as 10 PM approaches they call me and tell me that they wont be here till after 10!!!! Once they get here not only were they EXTREMELY LATE but they also delivered THE WRONG FURNITURE!!!!! So now I have a dresser one color and a night stand another color!!!! WHICH IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!! Also the delivery people didnt even assemble it correctly. All they pretty much did was move it from their truck to my bedroom. I had to FINISH ASSEMBLING MYSELF. Im still not even sure how Im going to fix my bed because i dont have the tool required to take it apart and the headboard is heavy and Ive just been sleeping with a huge gap between the mattress and the headboard. I thought Id give this place a try since theyve been around quite awhile and they have a better selection but i highly doubt Ill be back

We have shopped online with Rooms To Go and always been satisfied. Going to the CC location was better than we could have ever imagined. The salesperson (Rob Buhidar) was incredibly helpful and not the least bit pushy. He was well informed, being able to answer all of our detailed questions with detail (and trust me, we had a lot of questions about the mattresses)! We loved the selection - probably was most difficult part was making our decisions as to what pieces we wanted, as there were so many tempting options. We will definitely shop in store again. And we will seek out Rob who was incredible. Give this man a raise!Also, they heavily enforce masks in store and use other safety measures (social distancing, no handshakes, hand sanitizer available).
