We have slept well on a Sleep Number bed for about 30 years but it was time for an upgrade. Our visit to the Corpus Christi store showed us what the new models and styles could do for our sleep comfort. We so appreciate Michaela’s professionalism. She helped us choose our new bed and we are looking forward to delivery in just a few days.

Michella is the best she is always happy to see me. She is very knowledgeable and has sold me 2 sleep numbers. ILE & c2 and bedding. It’s the best bed and awesome sales lady. She knows her stuff!!!

The experience was horrid. I felt like I was in a car dealership not a mattress store. The sales associate didnt listen to us at all. She just kept pushing us toward a more expensive mattress. Once we picked the one we wanted. We were shown a price: Are r list but no one could answer our simple question: Are these the sales prices or the regular prices? The price of our purchase wasnt told to us until our credit card was run.In addition once we chose a mattress the add on sales pitches started. We had made it very clear we didnt want or need a base or bedding. Once again we were not listened to and more time was wastedAll in all our experience was terrible..

Need to use a different delivery vendor...a 200 dollar delivery fee should allow me little more choice on when it can be delivered. Never got to try the bed because of their unwillingness to meet me halfway.

The salesman knew their stuff but there is too many gimmicks and their prices are really high

So the salesman was awesome and the staff are good people. My issues are with the return no one told me I would have to pay a total of $500 just to receive and to return! I don’t want the bed because I think it’s a glorified air mattress so I returned it. Now I’m stuck with paying for delivery and return fees a total of $500. I could use that money to buy a bed I actually like.

I absolutely love my sleep number bed. I have never slept better! You really dont know how much sleep youve been losing, until you try the sleep number bed. I was constantly waking up during the night on a standard mattress, tossing and turning, but once I switched over.. no more restless nights. Its the most comfortable bed Ive slept on.

Marcus, showed us things about our sleep number R5 that we had no idea about. Anyone that has purchased an RV that has a sleep number bed installed should visit a sleep number store and get the right way to adjust your bed. We also bought special pillows that fit our necks and shoulder properly and to prevent neck strain. This was a great experience. THANKS MARCUS!!!

Being 250lbs and having a 110lb wife made bed firmness an issue, she was pretty much comfy on anything stiff and I was comfy on something super soft. Sleep number was the perfect solution and now I’m at 25 and she’s flirting with 85 and we are both finally getting some much needed rest!!

Jay was extremely helpful and gave me excellent answers to all of my questions. He also gave me a card for the sleep number customer service. Hes the guy Im going to go to if I ever need to buy another Sleep Number bed.

Buying my sleep number bed in the Corpus Christi store on SPID was actually a good experience Marcus and the staff were marvelous, they answered all questions I had, opened my account with their financial people with very little hassle. I highly recommend this store, am sure your experience will be as easy as mine. I left the store without a single doubt that I had made a good decision and was happy with the purchase. What you get is an adjustable bed that can mean your needs if youre willing to pay.

The sales people that helped my father purchase a bed were amazing. They were very knowledgable and help my father purchase the perfect bed for him and my mother.

Very happy with my in store experience with Chris, but when I went back to pay for the mattress I worked with a different sales person that was not good! He set up my delivery for the 19th and then after I left the store he went back and made a change because he forgot to add something and did not re state my delivery date. My birthday is on the 21st and I was looking forward to having my new bed for my birthday, but now I have to wait until the 4th! If you go to this store ONLY DEAL WITH CHRIS! Trust me I wont make that mistake again!

DO NOT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT LIED TO! Called the night before we went into the store. Spoke to Marcus. Told him we lived in an rv travel trailer. That was no problem he said. We went in the next day to check out the bed and make the purchase. Again we told him we live in an rv travel trailer, and we would need evening delivery since my husband and I both work during the day. No problem he said. I guess he was really needing the commission tht day, because he ran our debit card. Then proceeds to tell us they cant deliver in the evening. Said they could deliver the 23rd but it would have to be during the day. The manager Mike then comes into the conversation saying it comes from Minnesota and theres no way it would be here to be delivered in the evening. The question to my husband and myself was, if it was here to be delivered during the day why wouldnt it be here to be delivered in the evening? But before we could even argue that point Marcus says oh yeah I forgot, your gonna have to make some modifications to your rv in order for them to install it. Drill holes ext.. why wasnt we told that from the beginning??? So with that and the delivery we cancel our order all together because #1 Marcus misled us into thinking they could just come install with no problem of it being an rv. No we have to drill holes in our rv. #2 delivery in the evening to accommodate their customers is to much to ask. So ok done deal cancelled. NOPE $1700 was still charged to our account today! So now we have to wait however long to get our return.

I love the mattresses friendly sales personnel

I bought this bed thinking it would be good for aching back. It was awful. They would not take it back. I suffered with it as I spent a lot for the bed. I tried every number possible. Finally it went to the dump yesterday after I had my wonderful Cantwell mattress delivered. I had a Cantwell mattress before and loved it, so I am not sure why I switched, but it was a BIG mistake. The Cantwell mattress fit the adjustable frame, and in fact I found out Cantwell works on all the adjustable beds in and around Corpus. One of the selling points for the sleep number bed was a 25 year guarantee, but found out from my sister that means they will send you a part, and you fix it. I am happy now, and had the best night`s sleep since I made the mistake to get a sleep number bed. So glad it is now in the dump. I had spent many nights in my guest room because the bed was so bad. Do hope other folks do not make the same mistake.

The staff was a joy to work with and the matress was incredible.

Just to let you know, customer service stinks. If you ever need a tech to come out and check your bed, be prepared to pay $179.00 fee. Doesnt matter if your bed is under warranty or not.
