I felt harassed. I understand they work in sales, but when I say NO - thats exactly what I mean. The female working approached me with a sample which I was polite and said, No thank you. She proceeded to tell me the sample was good for colored hair. I once again said, No thank you. A third time she opens her mouth to ask - that is when my fiance had to step in and tell her no. As we were walking off I can hear her getting angry and grumbling under her breath. A little kindness goes a long way when dealing with potential customers. Had she been polite and quit offering the first time I said no, it would have been possible for me to consider this business in the future. But due to the poor business practices, harassment and anger - this business will not be on my radar ever.

Love the women working and they do a great job but once home the product doesnt work the way I wanted and expected it to. They do not give refunds and the sign isnt visible seat while they are doing your hair. I left the mall in tears because I couldnt get my money back. NEVER GETTING SCREWED BY YALL AGAIN.

Bad. They would not let you leave and scammed us. We were forced to buy it and she kept making deals with us. Just wanted to go shopping but wasted 30 minutes and $25 of stuff we didn’t want and need.
