Went to Christine Wig and Beauty Supply store last Saturday for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Im from San Antonio and I have not found a wig store there with as much inventory as Christines. Sadly due to COVID I was not allowed to try on any wigs but they had very reasonable prices for the human hair wigs and they felt like a good quality as well. The service was good, we were greeted when we walked in and were helped immediately. Will definitely be going back to try on some wigs when they allow it!

I absolutely love this place! Not only does it have a TON of hair to choose from, but they have nails, eyelashes, make-up, sandals, clothes, hair products and jewelry!! I mean, wow! Any girls dream! Be prepared to spend at least a couple of hours in there!

Walled in this store me and 2 others. We were in there for about 5 minutes and never got greeted until someone just happened to see us looking at something. My interest was to purchase a human lace wig but I didnt feel welcomed in. Although I did make a purchase on a few items I just didnt feel very welcomed in what was already a closed in space. They did have a wide variety of products to choose from and some what reasonable priced. Next time Im in town Ill give them a second chance. Level up with customer service. Its an important business practice that should be exercised DAILY. Until next time.

Christine herself helped me make my wedding memorable. I will be going back to her time and time again. I had to show up in person to thank her for the hair and good quality makeup. Your one stop hair shop right here. As you can tell I love to color my hair. My friend told me about this place. So I got a plug now. I use to hit up Sallys, but Sallys can hit your wallet. You know what I mean? My only criticism is that their inventory has been lackluster. I dont know if its because of covid or what? But they all of a sudden stop selling certain hair colors and brands. However, if wigs is your thing. You wont be disappointed. They have plenty, and many of those.

Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been going to Beauty Max for years. The day I was ready to invest in a more expensive wig they were doing inventory so I headed to Christine Wig. I am glad I did! Laura answered all my questions and was very patient. She did an excellent job helping me try on the ones I liked. I definitely have a new store. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. It was the best shopping experience for a wig that I have ever had.

One out of two available stores owned by same worker good variety but nothing like houston or Dallas options on urban wear if you can catch my drift and they mostly double charge for everything things your gonna pay ten dollars for in houston such as a half wig for example they charger over 40$ there

This place do not let you try on wigs due to the pandemic and the customer service is not good.

Its a really large store. A bit dusty and gloomy but carries quite a bit of stuff from wigs, make your own wigs stuff, costume jewelry, and hair products.

Horrible experience. Was out shopping with my mother and decided to check this place out. As soon as we went in it started out fine, we were greeted and then we proceeded to look at the hair accessories. The lady that greeted us was at the register when we walked in not even a minute later she was in the hair isle with us and asked if we needed help which was fine. So then we go to the next isle to look at the makeup and she followed us there too. When I say this lady was literally on top of us, she was on TOP of us. Who can shop comfortably like that? When we confronted her she said she was just there to help. Well help your way out of my damn space! Very rude and treats you like a thief. Never going to get good business like that. I will not be back, ever.

Ive been buying their extensions for years and Ive always had great customer service. In my opinion, theyre the best hair extension (Ive never bought a wig) shop in Corpus. Plus, sometimes you find something neat in the makeup isle that you normally wouldnt see anywhere else.

So many reasonably priced wigs to choose from! Very helpful staff member who didn’t mind finding the color in the style I wanted. Not five stars because store wasn’t that easy to find...

The man people are complaining about in other reviews that were left was perfectly polite and said hello as soon as I walked in. He was with another customer while I had a look around. They have a wide variety of wigs, extensions, makeup, and more. Would shop here again

Great selection, but highly marked up prices, yet I still continue to shop here because of the location on the southside. The male owner is always so rude and unhelpful, no matter how much money myself and all my friends continue to spend here. If he doesnt wanna be there or deal with customers, perhaps he should hire more staff, as they are ALWAYS helpful in any way they can. I assure you of there was another beauty supply shop on the south side with reasonable prices, it would MOST DEFINITELY give them a run for their money.

Sold my mom a $100 synthetic wig when she came in asking for a natural hair wig. She is 80 years old and lost an eye to cancer, which causes her extreme pain when she has pressure on her head. She wore the wig this morning and because she was not measured for fit, the wig, which was too small, caused her debilitating pain. The owner did not make sure that she knew that once the wig left the store, she could not return it. He felt that since it is on a sign in the store somewhere and on the receipt, she should have known. You dont get a receipt until AFTER a purchase, so without being made aware verbally, there is no way for a buyer to know that there is a no return policy. She didnt even have the wig for 24 hours. Very disappointed that my mother was parted from her money so easily.

BUYER BEWARE they don’t tell you but on the very bottom of your receipt is “no exchange no return”! The man at the counter was very rude. Our sales rep had 1 day training and was on her 2nd day of working. I wanted more instruction and information but was rushed out. I’m having to watch YouTube to learn.

I am a white woman with hair loss. And I have been wearing hats. So I decided to try a wig. I went in to Christines and was treated so well and felt like a completely new woman!!

If I could rate this zero I would. I walked in attending to see the wigs to see if I would want to buy a wig or dye my hair. But was just going today to try them on and see what color and style I liked. So this lady comes up to me asking what I was looking for. And I told her that I wanted to try on the wigs to see if i would want to dye my hair or not. And she told me no that she would only help me if I had intentions to buy a wig. But she cut me off before I was able to say that I would also be interested in a wig. This lady was one of the most disrespectful lady in the wig distribution industry. I felt like my money wasn’t wanted and that I was not treated with respect. If I’m going to spend 100+ dollars on wigs I would like good customer service. I will never go back to this place and will not recommended anyone to go. I would recommend sally beauty or Armstrong Mc call beauty supply which are both located in Corpus Christi too. Was really disappointed should have never thought this place would have better service then Armstrong Mc Call beauty supply. Will NEVER go back!!

Rude owners. I tried to tell the cashier (owner named Joseph) about his misinformation on a hair product he persuaded me to purchase. He immediately got defensive and insisted that he knows about hair. Sorry sir, sometimes black women know a bit more because WE ARE PUTTING THESE PRODUCTS ON OUR HEADS. They do not employ any black people... now I know why.

I was surprised by the diversity of wigs. Makeup opened and used. The store is poorly lit. It was a mish mosh of disorganization of the store.

So awesome OMG the wigs are amazing and really real looking!!!! The girl working was really nice and helpful, definitely will be coming back for wigs and supplies. The makeup was awesome too!

The stores reasonable priced but its pretty messy. Martha made me feel uncomfortable kept asking personal questions getting way too close to my daughter & I. She watched us from 3 feet away the whole time I was there.

Omg words can not describe the HORRIBLE experience I had. To begin with their prices or over 3 times more then what you can order on line. They are super RUDE and PUSHY. I spent $220 in that store and I had one idem that i needed to change for a different size. I was very pleasant and said i dont want a refund just an exchange. The owner said NO once you walk out the door there is NO EXCHANGES .I said the lady wouldnt even let me try it on she said it would fit. He said Oh Well NO EXCHANGES EVER FOR ANYONE.

The clerk helped me out to find the perfect hair color. But the ramzy human hair extension are too expensive.

The owners here are extremely racist. They tried to accuse me of stealing makeup after I told them I had put the item back because I wanted to purchase another item. The worker/owner then proceeded to ask me what was in my pocket, which was my cell phone. Then he came from behind the counter as if he was going to try and search me so I left before the incident went any further. I will never spend my hard earned money there again!!!

They didnt have any natural redhead wigs.The staff was friendly, but didnt have want I needed.RED HEADS DO EXIST!

This place has horrible management, they can not keep any staff in this place. They are complete Rip offs, if a item is not priced corrctly they will not honor it, and will make you pay the price it should be even if it was their mistake.. The store is not organized and stuff is everywhere.

I was a little confused when I saw white girls on the poster in the store window. They also didnt have big tubs of eco style or the conditioner that goes with cantus natural hair shampoo.

Worker gave me wrong color hair from the one I picked and would not even try to help me with exchanging or anything. Just said since I walked out the store with it I had to lost my 50 dollars I spent on the hair. I would not be doing business here again..
