If I had an option to leave 0 stars I would. We dropped our utv off April 3rd 2021. We were aware the dealer was behind and wouldn’t be able to begin working on the problem our utv has until May. We also stayed in touch with Honda corporate who informed us that Irv Thomas Honda did not reach out to them until June to figure out what they needed to do. Then in September when they went to “work on our Honda” the fuel pump was out from sitting for so long. So it was finally replaced October 11th. And they were supposed to begin taking our Honda apart several times we got a final date last week that they would begin on Tuesday 10/26 and it had yet to be started on so I called on Thursday 10/28 and was told there was others ahead of us and it would take weeks to fix our Honda that would be ready by 11/15 if everything went well because at the time our Honda was a “priority to them”. JOKEHONDA THEMSELVES RECOMMENDED US TO JUST GO GET THE UTV AND TAKE TO ANOTHER DEALER BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 7 MONTHS AND “IRV THOMAS HONDA IS HARD TO REACH!”If they couldn’t have fixed it and was down mechanics they should’ve said that from the beginning not on the 6th month and kept saying it was priority that they would get it fixed. Lies!!!! Irv acted like he was ready for it to be picked up instead of working on it.Also recorded alll of the last few phone calls with Irv and I am very tempted to seek legal help for wasting our time and sitting on our Honda for 7 months for no reason except they were “going to start on it next week”. I don’t recommend at all!!!!! So much more I can add as to lunch breaks at 6:30 in the afternoon unable to speak to concerned customers OFTEN.Highly advise to steer clear for mechanic work and take your bike to San Antonio b/c this shop seems like they are taking on more than they can handle.I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is was a terrible experience.
I had a wonderful experience. I was treated like a person and not a check. I had an issue with a bike I purchased about a bolt coming loose but I know this is a common thing. These guys drove across town immediately to pick myself and the bike up. Dropped me at home and fixed the bike free of charge that same day. You really cant ask for better customer service. There are some really bikes to choose from as well.

Wow, let me just tell you they are over priced. I bought two tires for my Honda motorcycle and wanted them to install them, so they set an appointment for a week later. I showed up today to get them installed and they charged me $349 just to mount and balance. The install cost more than the two tires.Even the parts lady says that seems really high. She tried to get help with this but was told they dont know why I was charged that much. Irv wasnt around and I needed to go, so I paid it. Wont do that again.Plus got new scratches on the rear side panel that werent there this morning. I just repainted the bike...

Connie was great. I just wanted to see about how much roughly would be a payment on a motorcycle, and she did a complete printout, out the door with taxes, title and tags.

To start off I ask the parts girl for a shift lever for my suzuki and she asked if it was the one to shift the gears I should of hung up right there and then told me the price and it was 100 dollars more then every single one I found before and after I spoke with this shop been riding for 50 years never had such a expierence of poor knowledge and price gouging.
Connie was very helpful and checked other dealers inventory for what I was looking for. Irv is knowledgable and I always learn something from him. Good people!
The employees were friendly and Irv Thomas helped me get the motorcycle I have been waiting for. Financing the motorcycle was quick and painless. The motorcycle I purchased was serviced quickly and I was on the road sooner than I expected. It was a great experience and I’m enjoying my Honda super cub a lot. I’m very happy that I was able to purchase one.
I called service to ask for a general price to “tune-up” my ATV, they had no idea what I was talking about, she ask me to explain “tube-up” to her, twice, she responded we can change the oil and filter, no I need “tune-up”, they had no ideaReally, cmon man, pitiful

Unprofessional very shady sales associate price tag on bike then they increase $ it on paper add on for all different fees. So happy we left without a purchase there read other reviews they are true you will be disappointed. Luckily we found another great place truly recommend its in San Antonio so worth the drive Alamo Cycle Plex very pleased.
Decent place, the motorcycles were dirty... kind of made me steer clear of purchasing one here. But the owners were extremely friendly and gave me honest qoutes.
Walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. They answered all my questions and informed me of many details of the bike I was looking into. Finance process was fast and smooth. My Honda XR650L was not in stock, but hopefully will only take 2-3 business days to arrive. 👍
I hope someone from higher up the food chain in Honda would would take a long hard look into this business and there arrangements with them. If they did the would be forced to come to the conclusion to pull there line from this store. This place is a joke. Honda you deserve better.

Took our razr in for a recall and we go to pick it up and are told that somebody else that worked on it damaged a bolt and washer, they can fix it but have to order parts and we will be charged for repair. Funny thing is our razr is brand new and only been in the shop for two recalls - both times to this joke of a shop, so if something was damaged by mechanic it had to be them. We took it in clean today and went to pick it up and it’s covered in mud. When I asked who was joy riding in it - I was told they were test driving it. BS!! You have lost our business and any business I have sent your way. I will make sure the word gets out to avoid this place at all costs! Everyone out there - take your business to Neessen Polaris in Kingsville, it will be well worth the drive!
I bought a kymco k-pipe 125 from here the sales person was awesome I got 20%off on a helmet cause I bought the bike cash later I had some mechanical issues which I took the bike in for the service department for they are very knowledgeable and speedy they made sure the job was done right even fixed a different none related issue for me Mr. Thomas called me himself to let me know my bike was in good hands.

This has got to be the worst motorcycle dealer ever. I will drive to McAllen or San Antonio before I go buy a bike from them. I would like to give them a more stars because there parts department is awesome but there dealership side is so bad I wont.

I had a bike repaired under full warrenty, all for free with no charges. That was great. I would have given five stars but it took about a month to fix the bike. That was the only bad part. Yes, I would purchase a bike from Irv Thomas Honda again and I would trust the service department. They left no scratches or damage to the bike despite having it for about a month.
I do not recommend doing business with Irv Thomas Suzuki. We brought a Polaris 4-wheeler for general repairs. It took them over two weeks just to provide an estimate. When we received the estimate, it was very high (+$1,600.00). The ATV was not worth repairing at that price, so we asked Irv to work with us on a trade in value. Irv was extremely condenscending and refused to negotiate with us at all regarding the value of the trade in. He lied and stated we had signed an agreement stating that we owed the money for the shop taking a look at the ATV. He actually added a written amendment to the original agreement AFTER we had signed trying to force us to pay monies we did not owe. We ended up picking up the ATV (no repairs were completed) and taking our business elsewhere. We received a second quote from another Polaris service center in Corpus Christi that was HALF the cost of what Irv wanted to charge.

1 star would be too many. I walked in to look at and possibly purchase a Honda Rebel 500. I greeted two employees and got no response or help at all. I walked out after less than 5 minutes. Very very poor customer service.
Terrible I took my Honda 5000 generator because it kept burning the breakers, 3 weeks later finally it was ready. I plugged a 10 gallon compressor n it kept tripping the breaker. I called n said whats going on how come they didnt fix it, they said we just gave it a tune up. We I am frustrated at this point now they r saying it needs a new motor. I ask y didnt u tell me this at d beginning before charging me an arm n a leg for for an oil change on a broken generator.Ambrose construction

I bought a Suzuki GSX-650F from these guys in July 2010. No one in the store seemed overly excited about selling anything, but they were polite and mostly answered my questions.When presented with evidence that their price was out of line with other dealers, they matched it, so Im satisfied with that aspect of the sale.I also had them service my Goldwing while I was there -- just a basic oil/filter change and rear end gear lube change. Not cheap, but done properly and on-time. Of course, I was buying another motorcycle from them, so they had an incentive to keep me happy in the meantime.Working with them was generally a pleasant experience, but nothing to rave about -- which is why I rate them average. The people themselves were fine -- IMHO the only thing they lack is a spark plug in charge to re-instill the idea that customers are the reason they exist.
Failed to do the work promised. Changed pricing for work involving insurance. Would not ever purchase a Honda product that might need them to work on it.

Absolute worst customer service and service department, my buddies rzr 900s went in for recalls and they cracked the bed plastic and claim they didnt do it. Another friend took his highlifter rzr 1000 in for transmission work and they left all the bolts loose and the transmission was moving around. On both occasions they denied that they did anything and refuse to make it right......DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...... Im all for shopping local but for any service I need or aftermarket accessories I make the drive to new braunfels because I do not trust his dealership. If I could give negative stars I would
I bought a new ATV, it immediate over heated. Took it in and they just put it under warranty. Two later same thing but they said they waived the $99 charge out of how soon I had to come back, great I thought! Loaded up the ATV there at irv Thomas and took of to New Mexico with some friends. Pulled the ATV off the trailer and it over heated. So I took it back again, this time the warranty was elapsed, so they charged me $248.00. I refused to pay out of principal. I thought I could get help from the court .Well because they didnt give me a receipt for the waived $ 99 charge it I couldnt show the judge the track record of my ATV failure. So, no dice there!Oh, I forgot to mention that I have been making regualar scheduled payments on this ATV the entire time its been in their possession, the ATV has less than 8 hrs on it and I have only ridden it very little.Now here we are in September 2015. I went up to pay him in person the $248 and was refused my payment. I was told irv would be back in 45 minutes and would give me a call but not before they service department reassured me that they would call and tell me if my ATV was even still on property. I never received that call, either of them. I called back the next day, same story, irv would call me back,no call. Well, I called back today and he wasnt there but they said he would call back. I asked about my ATV and weather or not it was still there or not and the lady not sure who replied that they cant give out that type of information, hmm. Well irv called back finally and refused to talk, he wouldnt except payment of the $248, and said that I would be hearing from his lawyer Collins. I told him that I wasnt pursing a lawsuit that I just wanted to pay the $248.00 to which he replied you can talk to my lawyer.If anybody reading this has any sound advice, Im all ears.
