Missions said that I could call them to pick up parts when I brought that up to the tech he said that he can’t do that because It would be on his time. But another tech on another call charged us for driving and picking up parts. I guess it depends on which tech u talk to.they wired evap and welded compressor wrong. Malek tech had to fix. Leak was still there so i brazed suction line myself.

Do not call this company to repair your commercial kitchen equipment. They will send out 2 workers, one of which will stand around and the other (Marvin Kerr) will take longer than what is needed to get the job done so that your bill will be inflated beyond other repair companies I have used in the past. I was also told that 1 more hour of work would be needed the following day which I said no because I physically needed to be present so that I would not be taken advantage of again. I do have HDTV cameras so I saw this happen already with the first visit. He showed up and what do you know he takes 3 hours instead of the 1 hour he quoted. Everything recorded on video. And what another fantastic bill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
