The best place in Varna! Top top!

The food is OK but WORST service ever! Especially if you are a guest at the hotel and they have to serve you, its like you are begging for their attention! They mostly dont speak English even though most customers are foreign people. The complex and hotel is amazing but restaurant unfortunately does not justify it.

Nice view and atmosphere but that’s all this restaurant provides. They denied to give us a table with a view because only hotel guests are entitled for a table with a view. The food is nothing special for the price and the service is quite poor. Food and service are must for a restaurant I don’t know why this place neglects them so much...I go to Varna every summer for a few weeks and explore the area but I will never visit this restaurant again!

The place, the view and the atmosphere are great! Food can be excellent and terrible - depending on your luck. Same goes for the service. Finding a table in the high summer season is impossible!

Horrible service. Worse experience ever!!!. We are guests at the hotel and we’ve made a reservation for lunch, the waitress placed us at a table and before ordering another waitress together with a customer came to us and started shouting to me and my family and being very rude, telling that that table is reserved by them the whole season and to move away at another one.No apologies, no sorries for the way they spoke to us and how they treated us. I asked for the manager to come, no one came after 30 min. One and a half hours lost due to this event and complete day ruined due to this.0 stars, will never ever again come to this place !!!

The restaurant is located at a nice resort at Black sea. And this is the only good think about it. We ordered squid and they served rings which were frozen before, as it is not possible to supply with fresh ones from the shops. For the owner a Mediterranean salad is in fact a lettuce 2 pcs tomatoes and 2 prawns, unbelievable !!! All portions are very small and overpriced. Service is not at the level they pretend to be. Do not recommend it !

Literally the worst fancy place I have visited. The food was awful-the fish was frozen even though the restaurant is on the sea side. I ordered Basque Chicken. For 15 BGN I expected something good but the chicken was tasteless, no sauce, just dry meat. The other people I was with ordered other awful dishes. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Its a great place, but no attention to detail. They have built hectares of hotel rooms, but they do not have enough places for dinner, reservations are required. Insufficient, unskilled staff overturning plates among customers. In other words, there is room for better!

Very poor service. The reservation is not recorded, you are waiting for a 20 minute menu and as much as a waitress who comes with a cheeky look and a mischievous smile, because maybe you spent another time sitting there because of the beautiful place, which is not the merit of either the tenant or the staff him. The food .... nothing specialFinally, you wait again to pay ..at least another 20 minutes ... In summary: Its not worth it!

I was forbidden to enter the restaurant for the reason that it was occupied by a private party. I came on Monday. The man at the entrance was very unfriendly. Total disappointment...

One of the most pleasant open-air restaurants on the beach that I have been to in Bulgaria! The service can be improved, the food is ok, the prices are appropriate for such a restaurant.

There is no other such restaurant in Varna that offers good service, quality with incredibly delicious food, in sufficient quantity, great prices and romantic atmosphere !!!!

The restaurant opens only at 08.30 and the services are very poor. In the evening you have to make a reservation because there are few meals versus tourists. The food is good but its a shame the quality of the services.

We sat for 30 minutes, asked for a menu, but I didnt even look at us. They surrounded us because apparently apart from the paralysis from the hotel other tourists do not serve. The only plus is that it is by the sea and there is a breeze, everything else does not deserve a star. Im sorry we wasted our time getting there.

My wife and I were really looking forward to a high-quality meal with a great view. Unfortunately it didnt turn out that way. The dishes we ordered did not come in the order we ordered, but all at once. In addition, a side dish and a main course was missing, which we were still charged in the end. The fish and octopus from the grill were great, unfortunately everything else was a flop. After we got the bill and pointed out the wrongly calculated dishes, nobody apologized and they still asked too much. This restaurant ruined our day. Definitely not again

The restaurant is located close to the resort. Golden Sands / Varna, situated on the Black Sea coast in a very luxurious complex. The terracotta is great and there is an alternative in bad weather to be housed in the indoor hall. The food is very delicious and the service is by a professional team of waiters. The restaurant features Sommelier, which will help you with choosing wine from the rich wine map.I recommend that you visit it.

The place is beautiful. A bit alarmed that the restaurant is big but empty - before the sunset there was only one table apart from us. We ordered grilled chicken on arugula (12 lv) and a leg of lamb with blueberries (38 lv, which is not even cheap for Bulgaria). And wine. After 15 minutes, the waiter came and said that there was no selected wine. After 15 minutes they brought food and we ordered another wine. The waiters are gone again. There is no blueberry in the lamb, and the food is slightly warm. Chicken is also so-so and without arugula. The waiter appeared only after 25 minutes. Without wine. Trying to order wine no longer began. They asked to warm the lamb. Warmed up. The lamb is not bad, but the price (and description) does not match. No service.
