I have taken my packages to this location a few times. Each time, I thought I would give them another try because not one of the packages I have sent from this location have made it to their destination. The workers here seemed friendly enough, but I learned that friendly does not mean knowledgeable, as the workers here were not able to answer additional questions from me.I have had better luck at other UPS locations, but I now make sure to drive out of my way and take any packages to an actual post office or make other arrangements.
Your listing said you were open on Sunday so I drove all the way there to find you closed. Update your hours!
People working here never say hello.It was so awkward today. I went to return an Amazon package and didn’t get greeted, she just pulled out the scanner, scanned and said … anymore packages or is that it, not in a friendly manner. I said I have one more for shipping on me, and she said I can’t take fedex (I didn’t realize it was a fedex label) but if it was me, 1. You greet every customer as soon as they walk into the door, 2. Even if you can’t help them with a service you try to help and guide them to the correct way.She was very think and had black and red hair by the way . I run a business and customer service is a must, these people need more training

Horrible customer service from the same girl. Tried going to the other ups store on limonite and she was working over there too...same horrible customer service. When other people are working the service is great.
BEWARE: Do Not Ship multiple boxes INTERNATIONAL With the UPS Store, they dont know how toImagine you need to ship some boxes, you go to your local UPS Store where you anticipate they will be able to easily assist you. You get turned away because the manager is not knowledgeable in how to input the shipment into the computer and therefore you get turned away with a car full of boxes. In fact the employee was more helpful however the MANAGER did not feel comfortable or competent doing her job (because they had done it incorrectly in the past). Im on the phone with UPS right now Go to the UPS customer center instead at 3480 Jurupa Avenue, Ontario as Ive been assured they would know how to complete this shipment. Hope this helps someone! Like others have mentioned, terrible hours. Theyre just as bad as the Starbucks across the street closing whenever they please. Its a huge inconvenience to drive over just to find theyre closed early.

Rudest center ever. They refused to answer the phone. I needed to see if they offered a service before driving over so I continued to call. They started picking up the phone and hanging up.
Posted hours say the open at 9 am. Ive been out here for 20 minutes and it is now after 9 am and nobody has even so much as started to open the store.

I know hardwork when I see it and this ups in particular has the best customer service ever! If you need anything just talk to Maritza she is the best around nothings gonna ever keep her down! I cannot recommend enough! 5 stars!
Please fix glue hours of operation. It says you close at 7 PM but in person the store closes at 6 PM. Wasted my time.
I went to drop off 4 packages and the young girl named Maritza made me feel very horrible like a lowlife. I had packages prepaid boxed up and because I covered the box in brown paper bag she would not accept them. I had been there 4 or 5 times before and other stores and have never felt embarrassed like that day. Her coworker Rodney was also there who said nothing and kept quiet. If Maritza is a Supervisor she needs to learn how to treat customer and if she cannot help she should find a solution and call for help. I deserve an apology it was uncalled for.
I like the store. I like the people who work in the store but the hours are ridiculous. For those of us who travel to Orange County for work you make it impossible for us to pick up our packages and mail. The store does not open and till 10:00 a.m. and closes at 6:00 p.m. so you cant go before work and you cant go after work. Some people work 8-5 jobs. And when youre coming from LA/OC and get off work at 5pm theres little to no chance on getting to Eastvale before 6pm. PLEASE change the hours back to 7pm closing or at least 6:30.

GOT THERE MONDAY. CALLED AND WAS TOLD DUE TO COVID 19 THERES NO GUARANTEE!!! I GET THAT THERE COULD BE PROBLEMS IN TRANSIT DUE TO COVID 19. BUT THIS PARTICULAR STORE DIDNT SEND OUT ON FRIDAY (THEY SENT IT ON SUNDAY, I HAVE ALL OF THE TRACKING INFO). IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID 19... THATS JUST THEIR EXCUSE. I used to like coming here until Christina started managing it and being at this store all the time. She is so rude, standoffish, and not helpful at all. What is worse is that she is like this all the time. Very poor customer service. Please be more appreciative of your local customers and stop treating them rudely.

The absolute worst. Lost my package. On the UPS website, the last known place of my package was at this facility. And then it was picked up by Jay I dont know a Jay, and Im not related to any Jays. When I asked an employee working there, they assured me that the package was not released to anyone without an ID, but I asked if it was there, they told me its not. I dont know what is going on here, but now I am jumping through hoops and spending hours on phone calls trying to get my item sent out again and on time. Im infuriated with their service.
The service is really great here. I use them all the time to mail documents and packages. I highly recommend this store!
