Ordered some fastners from them that I needed, when I went to check out the website stated that shipping was free and my account was charged for the items I ordered. The next day I get an email stating just that shipping was free, no mention of what the shipping charges might be. When I asked the to honor the order I placed, their response was to just cancel it. False advertising and poor customer experience, would not order from them.
