We never know what were going to see at Costco. Its our favorite place to shop. You can find everything from furniture to staples to office supplies to seasonal goods and more. We like going there to be surprised by new offers. If youre hungry, they have a good court with pizza and hot dogs or puck up meals ready to cook. Their rotisserie chicken is only $5! They also have the best gas prices in town.

Its Costco! Youll probably buy more than you expected to when you walked in the door. Thats if you can get to the front door... this Costco is super crowded, seemingly every day of the week and every time of the day. Store generally works well in spite of the crowds- the parking lot is pretty much a zoo, though.

Went on Sunday, about 3:45. Super busy, traffic of carts, like the freeway. Will definitely avoid weekend shopping at Costco. Some of the items I went for, werent in stock.

Love to shop at costco. Very well stocked and big variety of everything. Always new things to try too.

Not the best area wise but the costco is overall alright not so clean and organized.The staff are rude for no reason door clerk always got an attitude.Food court is disgusting employee doesnt even know how to wear a mask or a hair net.Really honestly no point on wearing a hair net if you arent gonna wear it right.

Still best priced gas (As it steadily keeps rising, more & more!) One of the Highest in the nation!

The staff has always been so polite & helpful at this location. They seem to carry items different than those of the Costco warehouses located nearer our home. Many times this location has water & other essentials of which the inventory has been depleted in the other Costco locations.

This is your typical Costco. Theyve made a huge change to their cashier check out process. Im not sure what theyre doing different but the extra long lines are much shorter. The most Ive waited this year is about 15 minutes. I enjoy shopping here even more now.

Again at the gas pumps Im waiting 20 minutes to get to the pump and it wont take my credit card so I have to go back in the store and buy one of the red prepaid cards come back and wait in line when the best they can say is were sorry It must have a computer glitch or your bank but this time I went across the street and filled up at mobile and my credit card worked fine so whatever their system is should fix because it seems like they went to force you to use their credit card and not a different Visa credit card see inside the store and at the pumps are not the same system as I used the credit card in the store and it worked fine so its not the credit card its their system you pay $120 a year you wait 20 minutes to get in line and it appears that theyre not going to change anything for you

Tire shop let’s just putting the best customer service! They do not open at 9:45am

Tire center was amazing. I received great advise. I also whittnessed a service rep get approached was talked to harshly and he were very professional. Always a pleasure.

Thursday at 4pm, pretty slow so it made for a quick trip

Self checkout is the best thing here. Its easy and people are there to help you.

As always, a great place to buy in bulk. I prefer to go on the weekdays. I dont like the mess that happens on the weekends. If everyone could take one bit of advice from me, it would be to stop blocking the aisles and pay attention! People are trying to shop and you stopping in the middle of the aisle to read a text or just wait while someone else gets something somewhere else is quite enraging!

This Costco is a fantastic place to be shopped. Recently, I purchased a copier. The price and reliability is second to none. Costco is behind supporting their products. If I do not agree with any product, I would return it and I have seen theres was no one frowning. I love Costco.

Love Costco. Buying things in bulk helps when you have a big family. The Kirkland brand is great. They have good clothes and we love the food court. The pizza taste good and is inexpensive. The chicken bakes and churros are good, we like everything.

Costco always has a great selection of products. They always stand by their products. And their associates are always very helpful.

Tire Service. Made an Appointment for regular service and a nail in one of the tires. In and out in 1 hour, 10 minutes.No complaints, fast service.

While it might be one of the older Costco’s in the area, the staff has grown with it. This location is a little smaller than some of the others but it stays busy. The staff here shows how important it is to put customer service first and make your membership worth while.

Those who work there are extremely helpful. Always find time to help, no question seems to be to dumb (at least they make you feel that way). Returns are easy, checking out usually goes fast. Love the self checkout that theyve just put in.

So Sad after how many year we go get hot dogs there without a membership Card. Now You have to have a memberships Card to buy a 1.50 hotdog 🌭. I know its for members only, but if you only wants hotdog. for 150dollors membership. NO WAY. I pass i will get hotdog from somewhere else.

Typical Costco store, Everything is excellent.

Always crowded. And the parking lot is under construction right now so parking is pretty rough. The people are helpful but finding anything is hard if youre not used to it.

Great clothing selection, and I find that ones a month the clothes has a discount price.

Ordered a large piZza for me..waited 15 minutes asked Jackie if they go by number..I handed her my receipt she looked at it..looked at another small paper grabbed the box of pizza handed to me ask if I wanted cheese, peppers of course..take off get home open the box its CHEESE PIZZA..I hate cheese pizza..so disappointed I called they were closed..ughhhh..next day I had my sister do it .I was at work..she called Manager Francisco he replaced my pizza..I was so happy..Thank you Francisco..😁

Great prices on fuel, and even better prices on food in the food court. No need for a membership to buy food in the food court, just need the membership to buy from the store or fuel.Fast service and cleanSeriously cant beat the food court prices: $1.50 for a huge all beef hotdog with a standard medium drink.The very berry Sundae with strawberries is $1.65, which is an amazing price for its size.

Costco is always a fun trip for me. They always have the stuff I want and also new things that arent in other stores. They have everything you need in bulk so it lasts longer and the quality is amazing. Their food court is also good to go grab a quick bite after all that walking around.

Even though were going through the whole covid-19 situation theres still a lot of people going in and out. Costco lines have been moving a lot faster. I found a close parking spot and I got everything I needed on my to-do list and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Costco is my favorite store. Who doesn’t love free samples. The service is amazing. The quality of the items are unmatched. The food court is amazing. Prices are great.

If you dont know what Costco is then its pretty easy to sum up. Large warehouse store where you buy most everything in bulk. The prices are pretty good, but the downside is you have to have (buy) a membership. It can be basic to expensive and they also have gas, which you have to be a member to buy. The gas prices are pretty low as well. I havent actually been to more but I heard they made the outside food court members only which really sucks. They had very good pizza, ice cream, iced coffee and other stuff for really low prices. Id go just to get an ice cream bar and iced coffee. The pizza was a steal too. I think they are losing out on revenue making it members only because I knew a lot of people who didnt have memberships go for just the food alone.

Tire shop and store are not consistent i. Customer service and the product quality is also up and down, they make up for it on returns that they just adjusted down.

If using the independent vision department / optometrist, your name must be on the Costco membership card in order to buy the glasses. My mother was going to buy me glasses, but they would not allow it, unless I were to buy my own membership. What a waste of time. They should have let me know over the phone when I scheduled appointment.

You can find few good deals the problem is they not restock the same items all the time.You can buy one time a very good item and probably in you next visit never find it.

This is by far the worst Costco Ive have to go to and I do instacart and shop everywhere from San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Eastview, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Moreno Valley, and San Bernardino on a consistent basis. This is the only store that never has boxes there is nothing more frustrating then having 35-50 items then at the end being told we dont have boxes, I was even told by Beth one time to bring my own we dont have boxes, I was amazed. I ONLY have this issue at the Corona location. My wife works for Costco for over 20 years and she does understand why they dont have boxes for customer. I guess the next step is to contact corporate asking them what Corona is doing with their boxes. Seems like a big store not to be able to find a box and provide customer service to their customers.

The Corona McKinley Street store was extremely crowded with no social distancing. I went in for a new membership and after I declined $120 membership another sales rep came over and tried to persuade me to get the $120 membership again.I wonder if they work on commission.

By far the slowest gas pumps Ive ever used. No wonder the lines are long, this was stupid.

Irvine store is always clean & the staff tries to be helpful. If stock is not in the place it was the last time you visited, theyll look it up to direct you to the new location😊

Worst Experience Ever!!! My mom is disabled and I take care of her we go to Costco often to get her things the Membership is Hers but I pay for her groceries cashier refused to take my payment stating my mom has to pay so I handed the money to my mom so she can pay the cashier said that’s the same thing and canceled our transaction then when we spoke to a “manager” she sided with the cashier and said it was against there policy that I couldn’t pay cause I’m not on the membership mind u it was being payed with cash I’m so disgusted with this store they should be ashamed of them self first time this happens and we been shopping at Costco for Years !!!! Never again canceled my membership

I have been a Costco member for years and normally enjoy the shopping experience but on my latest trip I had the misfortune of dealing with Tiffany at the pharmacy and her military commands she was rude to me and the people in line I will avoid her in the future!

This place needs some organizing and cleanings.

I have never had any problems shopping at a costco until visiting this location. 5 times now Ive had issues shopping here. One broken product after the other. Constant issues with self check out. Staff standing around talking while huge lines build up.
