We have been using the ADS vacuum devices in our aerosol producing procedures for about six weeks now. We have found them to be invaluable at keeping the operative area clean. It really does remove the aerosol, what you can see, and what you cant. It has become a standard operating procedure for us. It keeps the operatory clean when you are trimming temporaries and adjusting dentures chair side. The ADS machine is sturdy and visibly a quality built product. In the mid-range the noise level is acceptable and the suction effective in clearing aerosols. Use it a level 10 to remove acrylic chips when grinding a denture. Patients like that we are improving our safety and cleanliness in these tough times. Other devices have come on market, but this unit looks the part as a serious piece of equipment, not a flimsy, jerry-rigged add-on to our HVE. We should have had these for decades. Who likes taking all the spatter of the day home with you each day?!

I have been working with Tekitronics for the last 6 years and can only say the best things about them! ADS external suction is great, dependable, quiet in mid setting, attractive, portable and compact.

I bought two of the ADS extra oral suctions for my office. One for my Hygienist and one for myself. They are very nicely made. Powerful suction. Clean and professional appearance. They roll very easily and smoothly from room to room. The sound is loud but Patients actually don’t seem to mind the noise because it masks the annoying sound if the drill. Patients reactions have all been positive and appreciative for the added measure of controlling the aerosols and making them feel safer. The customer service with Tekitronics is excellent and Cesar is always helpful with any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend it if you are in market for purchasing an extra oral suction device.

Made a purchase of extraoral suction system in response to the current situation. The suction power is very strong and draws up the extra droplet and aerosol particles, the movement of the droplet into the vaccum is visible. Feels more protected with this in the office. Would recommend the purchase, great product and great customer service as well

We are enjoying our 3 ADS External Suction Units. I started with 2 units and immediately ordered another as soon as I saw how well they work.The units are operating flawlessly and our patients feel extremely comfortable seeing us, knowing that were doing everything possible to keep them safe. Our staff is also pleased that they can control our own exposure to aerosols and decrease our chance of infection.I was impressed by the videos Tekitronics sent me, showing how the units work, but I was blown away by how effective they really are! My hygienist was shocked by the lack of overspray from the ProphyJet polisher. My assistant says she sees any spray produced during restorative treatment being sucked away as soon as it leaves the patients mouth.There are other units being sold out there, but the quality doesnt seem as good as what Im now using. The ADS units are reliable, effective, and backed up with exceptional service before and after installation.

Dr. Rivas and I are very pleased with the services, IT equipment installation and support. The entire staff have been available whenever we have issues. They go above a beyond to make sure our office running to its peak performance. Highly recommend.

We have enjoyed working with Cesar and the team at Tekitronics. Six years ago they wired the entire office, set up the server and workstations and installed the new XDR software which has worked perfectly with our Open Dental software. The patients love seeing the x-rays on the monitor and we love the speed and efficiency of the system. We continue to pay for the monthly support which gives us the peace of mind knowing that we can quickly restore our system should it fail. We have rarely had any issues with the system but when we have, the team at Tekitronics have quickly resolved them. I do not think 5 stars is enough. Derrick with the tech support dept was the best! He went WAY above the call of duty, helped us beyond what he needed to! Derrick called a company on my behalf and dealt with their phone tag for over 3 days, he called me periodically throughout the day to let me know that he hadnt forgotten about me, but was waiting on a call back.This whole company went out of their way to take care of us and an issue that honestly really had nothing to do with tekitronics.It was beyond kind of Derrick and Cesar to go out of their way to handle our issue.I kinda wish I purchased more through them so I had a reason to deal with their outstanding tech support and business ethics more often!Again, thank you!And to those wondering if this is a company to buy from and deal with, the answer is YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
