Fancy, fun kitchen and cooking store!Such a huge selection of every type of cooking utensil you can think of. Dishes, glass wear and more.Simple to fancy they have anything you could want.The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive.I could definitely spend an afternoon here.This is a high end store so be prepared for higher prices and high quality merchandiseI already have started a wish list of things I want.

This store is not crowded and you can easily find parking in the mall area. The sales people are friendly and provide good advise when needed. My wife likes coming here for pots and pans. They have good prices for decent wares. Of course, they also sell the high end stuff if that’s what you’re looking for.

I love this shop. They greeted me as a long lost friend; I am a fairly regular customer. But havent been by for a while. I love the shop, and the ability to buy hard-to-find cooking tools and baking ingredients. And their very friendly and helpful assistants.

This is one of my favorite stores. Sadly, it will be closing in a few weeks, at the end of January 2020. Its easy in a situation like this to become grumpy and rude, but not these people. Ive been in twice since the closure was announced and the team members have all been terrific.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Just left the store and will never return. Store understaffed considering its the holidays. Regardless, I was patient and waiting my turn for help on the floor looking for an item. Young man was finishing helping another customer and told me hed be with me shortly, as soon as he could. Im guessing it was the store manager that came out from the back and approached said young man. Told him he needed to start ringing customers. He told her that he had a couple customers on the floor waiting for his help and should he help them first since theyd / wed been waiting. She said, No, I need you to ring now. Mind you, Id been waiting over 10 minutes for help. Flabbergasted, my husband said to her, Wait a minute. Were one of the ones waiting for his help and its been 10 minutes. She said, Were busy, I need him to ring. My husband replied, Then YOU can help us. She said, as she turned her back to walk to the back room, Give me a minute Sir. He said, No, you can help me now because that young man was just about to help us and weve already been waiting over 15 minutes at this point.My point is, when the male employee explained that he had floor customers waiting for help, manager shouldve allowed him to continue and perhaps gotten on the register HERSELF instead of walking away to the back. Or had him ring and helped the floor customers HERSELF instead of turning her back and walking away.So rude. And Ill be emailing this to corporate too.

I absolutely love this store! They go above and beyond with their customer service! I have two examples 1- Katie was super helpful when shopping. :) 2- They were even willing to send me a replacement item for free because I noticed the one I bought was broken after I got home (since they didnt have one in store to exchange). I will continue to shop here for the excellent customer service & great quality products!

We bought from this store for years. My daughter came in to apply and an older short blonde woman with a bob haircut was extremely rude to her. Expected her to know that she had to apply online. Was very short with her. After waiting patiently my daughter left and she said to the next customer “sorry about that” very sarcastically. Never coming here again. Apply elsewhere

Hi,Wwas a very good visit. I. Did get what I was looking. Great place to see all the items. I was looking for Xmas presents. Prices are high but have good assortment of items for presents

Patti was an absolute joy to meet. She knew the store inside and out and assisted me in finding exactly what I needed. She also asked me, prior to offering to my dog, if she could give me a organic peanut butter dog biscuit for my service dog. I would go back just to shop with her.

I love to cook and this place has every high end kitchen gadget you just have to have.The people that work there are very knowledgeable, especially about kitchen knives.

I bought an insta pot from another location. It was damaged. I returned it to the Corona location because it was closer to where I live. Janeen the manger happily exchanged to a new insta pot. She was friendly and professional with zero attitude. App friendliness. Great customer service!

Came into the store to see if they were hiring and a short older blonde lady with a bob cut helped me and was VERY rude. She was very short with me and expected me to know that their applications were online. After I left I heard her tell the customers behind me “sorry about that” very sarcastically. Won’t be applying here
