This was my first time ever going to an eye doctor and I had a wonderful experience with Pro View Eye Care. When I initially called, they had to make my appointment for a month out, but informed me that they would put me on the cancel list. So if someone cancelled before my original appointment date, they would call to see if I could take the appointment time. Luckily, I was able to get in a week after I initially called. Dr. Patel was very sweet, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions as I have never had to get glasses before. When picking out my frames and going over what the lenses would entail, everyone was again, very sweet and informative. I’m glad that my doctor gave me a referral for Pro View Eye Care.

The Optometrist is Exceptional! He Genuinely does his best to deliver the best care options. I rated 4 star because the girl in the glasses department would not give me time to browse for a new pair. She kept following me around. I finally decided to leave without purchasing new frames.

ProView has been so wonderful to go to these past 5 years. They are so great, polite, understanding & thorough with there exams. They explain & listen to all our concerns. They truly are a wonderful office. Took my 3 year old because we had concerns & they did a wonderful job with her. She didn’t cry, she did everything she needed to do to get checked out.

I’ve been going here since I was very little and have always been happy. The previous Optometrist sold his practice to two new Optometrists that now run this office and they’re amazing. They treat you so well and are very caring about your eye health. The office staff is amazing as well!

This was my initial visit to this optometrist. My mother and wife have enjoyed the customer service and came highly recommend. Overall a very good experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean, well lit and are following COVID protocols. My reason for giving them 4 stars is because there was a wait if 10-15 minutes after I made my frame selection for them to process payment and conclude the process.

I asked for an appointment and got one in the same week. They were very helpful and friendly and were able to provide me exactly what I needed in terms of my contact lenses. The staff was great and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Office staff was very friendly and accomodating. The office itself is bright and cheery. Technicians were quick and thorough . After the initial tests and pictures taken the doctor went over results with me and i felt very comfortable asking questions. I highly recommend this office .

This was my first eye exam and I must say I was very impressed. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. The office was very modern and technologically advanced. Dr. Arabi is very kind and explained information to me. The optical was also very advanced and had a great selection of frames. Definitely a great experience and I would recommend this office.

I went to see Dr. Arabi a few months back and I was very happy with my experience. I did not have to wait long and Dr. Arabi was a very pleasant young fellow who took his time with me and listened to my concerns. The best part of this experience was that he did not try to sell me unnecessary things like most other Dr. offices tend to do. I recommend him.

VET experience/review (if your a sillyvillian know hes 5.0* but for vets read on...) Have seen Dr Arabi since he opened his practice and it was my first VA choice experience. There was an optional eye electronic photo that when the ladies in the front office didnt think VA picked up the tab. DR Arabi did the photo pro bono twice (over 2 yrs) but turns out VA does cover that photo. Now they are very familiar with vets and Amy in the back helped to fix my glades with a new pad that had fallen out of my VA glades - she could have just said sorry we only fix ours not VAs but she didnt and even cleaned them before she gave them back. Thanks Doc, thanks ladies.

Extremely friendly and professional staff! Dr. Arabi is highly personable and makes you feel like you’re his most important patient of the day. Leniece, Jenny, and Amy make you feel welcome and appreciated from the time you step in the door through the whole examination and eyeglass fitting process. Dr. Arabi, I learned, belonged to the first graduating class of Santiago High School in Corona! If your kids went to school there or are students right now, I would highly recommend Proview Eyecare as the place to go for your eyecare needs. They’re good with kids and seniors like me.
