Best experience Ive had and a long time. Saw the dream truck I wanted online called Catalano Motors and Derek answered and was excited to work with me. My credit history was denied several times. Derek introduced me to Gregory who also tried several times. Days in I was still denied. So 3 days later I decided to go to the dealership and look at their other vehicles they had on their lot. But I only desired one truck. I eventually broke the news to both of them that there was only one truck I was interested in and did not want to compromise to another vehicle. I was just about to walk out when Derek asked me to wait a moment as he tried one last thing. He eventually called a bank and explain my situation and my work that I do. The bank eventually decided to give me a call and question me about my work and credit history. I dont know how but Derek and Gregory created some kind of magic that allowed me to get the loan from the bank and the truck of my dreams. I couldnt be more thankful to both of them for not ever giving up on me, and and having the relationship they have with their Banks to be able to work with me was a blessing. I thought I was working with professionals. Worst dealership I have had to deal with and one that needs to be taken off the market for selling a truck to a customer with Major problems (known to them and covered up) to include cracked heads and a broken Y pipe. The Oil cooler was also clogged and from the hoses it was told to me this is more than likely a problem that has been ongoing for a while. I would steer clear of this dealership and their cars. I was asking questions to them and they acted as if they had no idea about any of the vehicles. Be Warned they are Con Artists. When I called to request the vehicle be purchased back (2 days after buying and bringing to a mechanic) or if they could help on an approximate $7k bill they said they might be able to work $3-500 max. but he would not take the vehicle back. He said you bought it as is, it is no longer our problem.

We took our 5 year old daughter with us and once we entered the office they offered her a coloring books and crayons since we all know purchasing a car can be a lengthy process. I saw a great deal on a 2013 Ford Edge Sport with low miles (under 47k) and got in touch with the dealership. My hopes werent very high having dealt with another dealership and my banks denying me financing so I didnt expect much. Initially I was contacted by Greg who is very friendly and respectful of my current situation. I did get approved for financing but the APR was way too high. Enter Derek. Derek is a miracle worker! He was able to get my APR down to a percentage that was very reasonable based off my credit, I was blown away he was able to pull it off and did everything he could to work with me. He really went above and beyond what I expected from a dealership and Im very very grateful!When I went to see the vehicle and potentially sign for it I was expecting a HUGE catch. The car was in GREAT CONDITION and matched the description online. When it came down to the paperwork, NO SURPRISES, and I was out in less than 20 min. It was a very pleasant experience and honestly Im still surprised how helpful and convenient everything was. My husband was very specific about the kind of truck he wanted and Catalano was the only dealer in Southern CA that had exactly what he wanted (2015 Toyota Tacoma double cab with 4 wheel drive and low milage). Being so specific didnt put us in a good position if we didnt like the dealership! We drove from Glendale and Corona (over an hour drive) and was pleasantly surprised with a great purchase experience. I recoil at the used car buying experience, and would opt for a trip to the dentist instead, but Catalano made the experience as painless as possible with their no-pressure sales approach and pleasant demeanor. We took the truck to our mechanic and our mechanic said it was a great truck, so we feel great about the decision we made, and my husband is happy--which is awesome!!! :)

Bought a great truck at a fair price. They honored the over-the-phone price with no hassle. We ended up with the 3 month warranty and had to use it for a fuel pump, but no problems and still happy. Really happy overall and will check with them first on my next used car purchase. BTW, I drove over 2 hours to go to them and it was worth it.

I am always skeptical of small dealerships but Catalano Motors quashed those fears after the first call. Kevin was amazing. I was on a budget and upsidedown on my current car. Kevin was honest from the get go. No hard sales tactics no pressure. The first car I looked at was not what I wanted so I decided to wait. Kevin was very understanding and did not try to push me into a car i didnt want. About a month or so later I found another car on their website, contacted Kevin and he was there to help. So we just bought a car from here, we worked with Javier, he is by far the best car salesmen I ever worked with, we got out of there in less then an hour, Im telling you this not a typical car dealership where it takes hours for paperwork to get done and come with down with an agreement. Javier was really genuine and loves the military. I would recommend this place to anyone.Update: well our car only lasted less than a month, make sure your car has warranty. Wasted thousands of dollars. Car stalled in the middle of the road in traffic with our kid. Had to wait 2 hours for a tow truck. Watch out for lemons.Update: we reached out to our used car salesmen today and no call back or text back. We texted our used car salesmen the cost of repairs for the Lemon vehicle which is 4000 dollars and no text or call back. My wife and I wont be able to afford the repairs leaving us down to 1 vehicle, Ive been late to work for 2 weeks because of having to drop of my wife at work. It should be illegal to sell vehicles that break down in less than a month. I hope they could sleep at night knowing they screwed over a family.
