This guy Ernie is the man. He is passionate about his job and very intelligent with wirings and everything cars! This is my 2017 civic he helped me install rear fog lights, front fog lights with LED DRLs and LED side markers

My car was tinted at this business. I paid for a lifetime warranty. The tint is bubbling and peeling. I called to set up a time to get it fixed and I was told to call back before 7pm. I said I would call at 6:30. I called from 06:30 to 7pm and no one answered the phone. I left messages and no one called me back.. very disappointed. After reading about others and poor customer service, I see that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.So 15 hours later they are open. They never called me back and they wont answer the phone.

Highly recommend this place for tinting or anything else modifying your cars.

I recently got my windows tinted and I loved how they came out they were super fast and very professional.

I had my windows tinted about 7 months ago, the tint looks great and stereo depot did a great job. One of my windows broke recently and I couldnt find the receipt, but they still were able to help me out which meant a lot! I will continue to recommend this shop to friends and acquaintances. Went down to Stereo Depot in Corona last Friday to get my windows tinted. I was very impressed with the customer service I received at the counter and the quality of tint that they used(3M). I am really happy with the job that they did on my Toyota Camry. I have made an appointment for the end of the month to get a stereo and speakers put in. I have already referred them to a number of my friends and they will be the only shop I will go to for this kind of work in the future.

Best price in Corona! The guy did an excellent job on the Window Tint and he have several shades to choose.Im giving 4 starts, because he forgot some stuff in my car, plastic and he dropped little bit of the liquid he uses, nothing major.Anyway, my car is cooler and i like it!

Took my vehicle in for subs, amp, and alarm installation. Turns out they wired everything incorrectly and if I let my vehicle sit longer than a day I need a jump to get it started. Theyll try to make you a fair deal but what is the point if you have to take it to a shop and spend more money because you cant trust Stereo Depot to fix their mistakes.

Worst place I’ve been to came in wanted to get price on whole system. Mind u I was ready to buy one on the spot but she was rude asked her for a double din she told me there all there I was like ok what price are they she started to walk away turned around and said I can’t install it today I told her ok when can you she walked away and slammed the door never going back I’m glad I didn’t get it done there !!!!!!!!!!!

My after market stereos speker wires were short-circuiting. They fixed in less than 30 minutes and even added an additional bracket all for $35. Great job thank you

I want to start off by saying that ernie is a very nice and humble man. The lady he works for however is by no means cooperative, polite, or negotiable. I recently bought a new amp off them for a total of 253$. Ernie was great in speed and professionalism. However, being a inexperienced person with audio and custom stereos, I was not told that this amp would not be compatible with my old setup and I didnt have a clue till after the installation. I said thats fine but after driving with it for ONLY A DAY and not enjoying the quality of it, I went back to talk to ernie about it and do a refund. He said that his boss would most likely not do a refund. I didnt realize that for I was never told anything about no refunds before I payed. I called the lady and told her my situation and all I wanted back was the 200$ for the amp. She insisted that they could adjust it but not give me my refund. I tried negotiating and saying I would double the labor fee as an offering. She turned it down and insisted on adjusting it. I went on to argue and eventually she hung up on me mid sentence. All I wanted was my money back for the amp cause i didnt like the quality and I couldnt even be given that. I feel bad for great and understanding people like ernie who have to work with owners who have no understanding of customer service. Ernie said he would talk with her and to give him a call Monday. I shall send an update within a day or so. Very, very, very poor customer service from the owner.

Really slow service,was here for almost 4 hours when I was told by Ernie 2 hours at the most,I was the only customer there that day.more expensive prices than average,would never go back or do bussiness again here.

They dont have good customer service. Even though you are busy but it does not mean that you act like a sheet to the customer

Went there for a tint job via appointment. Entered the business and saw a worker talking to a customer that got there before me. The worker told the customer that his car he had dropped off today would be ready later on in the day. I tell him Im here for my appointment and he tells me he forgot my appointment that I made 2 days ago and tells me to come back tomorrow because of a job he booked RIGHT BEFORE I walked in..Very unprofessional...If youre gonna pull that stuff be a business owner and make it right by telling the prior customer that he messed up and would have his job on a later date, but dont shoo the appointment you had ALREADY committed to...Ill be taking my business somewhere else
