I realize that BevMo was acquired by Go Puff earlier this year, however, stocking BevMo locations with laundry detergent and toilet paper is a no go for me.I do not want to walk into BevMo to be greeted with grocery items. I want to walk into BevMo and be greeted with an excellent selection of wine, beer, mixers and all things related to the consumption of alcohol.Including the Go Puff items makes BevMo look like and function like a gas station market. And the gas station markets have more style than the redone BevMo stores do.If you have to carry the Go Puff inventory, do it from the warehouse at the back of the store. No one seeks out BevMo to purchase grocery items. NO ONE.I have no idea who at Go Puff thought this was a great way to enter the California market. Its not.

Asked for a bottle out of locked cabinet. The worker checked the price and assumed I didnt want it, and proceeded to put it back in the cabinet. I had to tell him again I wanted it. I have bought bottles way more expensive than $159

I did not receive my clubbev discout. The manager didnt honor the shelf price as I was overcharged at the register. Very poor customer service. Dont think I will be back. Rather go to Total wine and more.

Its bevmo... when I was 18-24 I thought this was the best store ever. Realized they dont have all the nitty gritty stuff. This is not a place for hard to get exotic bottlings. If you need booze for a dinner party or concert then this is the place to go. They match prices to total wine so when you go there and want something look up the price at total wine on your phone and if its not below their cost they will honor it.

Be mo is awesome. Adult shopping for spirits. Great selection. Prices are ok. Sales prices are good. Customer service is great.

They Are Ok only Problem sometimes its That they Do Not Will Take They Coupons if Its Been Expired Already How Bad to Do That to customers Because All Stores Welcomed Their Coupons Even if they Are Been Expired Already To Keep Customers Happy .All What I Do its Take One Iteam of my List Why Should Purchase The Amount Required By The Coupons if theyNot going to Honor it. They insist that you wear a mask while standing in line outside in the bright sunshine. Incredibly stupid since the ultraviolet light in sunshine is 100 percent fatal to viruses but most people dont have a clue.

Bring medically exempt from wearing a mask does not give staff right to be rude, & intrusive to customers. When staff wants to push people out of the business, then why are the doors even open? If I was the store manager I would fire myself for having such horrible staff under my supervision, obviously a huge fail on thier part. After being a BevMo customer since this location opened, NO MORE. I hope they go out of business like the rest of the businesses in the complex. I will purchase & highly recommend everything from El Cerrito Liquor.

Great place to do some damage to your liver. Anything and everything you need to host a great party. Great staff willing to help you and advise you for all your needs. A little more expensive than big stores, but worth it Wish they had a bigger selection of Canadian beer. but that is just personal wishes, so am not gonna knock stars off for my quirky wishes.

This location is awesome. Huge selection of everything you would want. 4 or 5 isles of beer, then a huge cooler with tons more of popular beer. Probably 10 isles of wine and champagne, then glassware and lots of drinking related accessories.They also have a huge selection of liquor and mixers, and even some cigars to choose from too. The staff is always ready to help and have a great attitude.

A fine and helpful store. The employees went of their way to help me find the different gems I was after. That 5 cent wine sale combined with the 20% off coupon was is a winning deal value ! Even the stuff the store didnt have...they were super nice in tracking it down to make sure there wasnt a shot at it anywhere or at any store. Nice peeps.

Was lied to and mislead .. I call the store and speak to wendy and I ask her if she can check a product for me and what location has it in stock ...and her reply was yeah our systems dont allow us to check other store inventories .. I called the mira loma store right after and the gentleman there pointed me to 3 locations that carry what Im looking for.. dishonesty will keep customers away from that location
