Needed a battery. They installed it while we waited and had exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Thank you. Employees were great.

Awful experience. I was told it was going to take an hour to an hour and a half and it was 2 hours before they even started. Do not recommend and I will not come back

Very difficult for me to give only 1 star however this experience to have a simple oil change was the most difficult ever experienced! I waited for almost two hours to be told that they couldnt do the work as the oil plug was stripped. Had discussion with 4 different persons and all told me a different story. They said the previous location that dis the work which was valvoline oil change must have stripped it. Went back to valvoline and they plugged the plug very simply and showed the condition and there were no ossies with it all. This service at Wal-Mart was absolutely terrible and the store manager and district management should be made aware! Have had many oil changes at Wal-Mart and this was the worst ever! For All customers please be careful about services at this store. Sorry for being negative however this wasnt a good experience in any way!

I wanted to get my oil changed at Walmart off on McKinley. They had me on the phone for a whole 15 mins so the lady can tell me that they are open everyday from 9am until 6pm. I asked I can I bring in my car for a oil change, she said no.If you guys want the best oil change go to the car wash across from Walmart on McKinley. They do a great job. Been my car there for years and I completely trust them

3 hours to change my battery one car in front of be thats ridiculous..... Thats what a call perfect horrible service employees standing around and talking. 4 employees doing nothing and my car sitting there.

Fast and great service..

They had my car over 2 Hours, when they said 40Min.They parked my SUV, and left the car unlocked !

Very bad customer service. Never answer the phone. And when they do answer the phone in a hurry to hang up or rude..

As always none or either one to two people in customer service. My husband waited around two hours to pick up an item. Even after Walmart sent an email that the item was ready for pick up. Also, it was delayed for 3-4 days.

They dont put C into customer service!

Great service. They even vacummed my mats other Walmarts skip that and I never complain because its too draining. They did everything by the book. The service was great. Definitely coming back

The service manager Ruben is always incredibly rude to us. He is unprofessional and acts like he is to cool for his. It’s embarrassing he is the service manager. Prices are good but I hate coming here to do how unprofessional the techs are.

Automotive depts are usually very busy so I was pleasantly surprised to have received the level of service that day. The tire center was no longer taking any more vehicles. I arrived with a flat tire in my trunk (from my sons car) and explained to them that I didnt have an emergency wheel because that one was flat too, and because the car was in a shopping center parking lot (overnight) I feared it would get towed. Although I had seen them turn away several customers, they went ahead and helped me by placing a new tire on my wheel. These guys were very tired but they still assisted me. I cant thank them enough! They were very professional and very empathetic. Thank you Walmart Auto Center pros!

Auto center has very poor customer service and employees stand around and talk well my car is sitting there for over thirty minutes. Only come here if you have all day for service

Be prepared to wait. I ordered 4 tires online, when I arrived I was told they could only find 3 of the tires, after they finally found the tire, I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to install them. Next time I will go to Americas Tire.

Expect to stand around with a lot of Grouchy customers.Unprofessional organization, technicians and equipment.After four hours of waiting over two days they concluded they were unable to mount the 35 inch tires they had sold me because the tires are so large.Weak minds and weak equipment.Speedy Tire took care of the mount and balance 4 less money.

Easy directions from my home. Gave several options. Had the tire insurance. Tire was replaced, for free, and I was on my way.

Walmart execs need to fire everyone here. They declined changing my oil saying my oil plug did not torque. I was first in line at 630am and it took them until 8am to tell me this. When I finally left they were turning people away saying they were too busy. Later I took to my mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with plug. These guys are hourly employees milking the clock and causing chaos with customers. Shame.

Blew 2 tires and the staff here was great! They told me about 15-20 minutes and they were true to their word.

I usually go to this Wal-Mart off of McKinley to get my oil changed for yrs now and its Wal-Mart so you try not to expect to much but latley the people that they hired are useless they walk around like they are still at school laughing and joking around and you just wait there . They also took the air valve caps off of my wifes car and put some cheep ass ones they had lying around. So after so many yes of going to Wal-Mart to get my families cars serviced I will not be going back there again. Enough is enough!

Had my oil changed here and they forgot to put the oil cap back on my engine. Oil spilled all over my Engine. NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!!!

Went to get an oil change at this walmart and they told us that it was going to take three hours..i ask Why..he looked at me like a deer looking at headlights..we just walked away..

1.5 hours for an oil change usual crap service...wouldnt mind except they tell you it will only be a 35 minute wait

Oil change was easy and fast

I never come again. I have more than 2 and a half hours for an oil change that hurts from lousy service, dont come to change your oil to Walmart, you see that only horrible workers are practicing.
