Had the exact part to my car. I guess Ill be going to Napa for all my parts now. I went to auto zone and OReilly they said the part they sold me was the right one and it didnt fit go figure hmmm.

Jose was the man. He helped us a lot with fixing the top tank gas lid. Alondra st Napa Auto Parts RocksWe tried a few gas lids, they didn’t work, Jose offered us a temporary solution and was helpful along the way with our Uhaul truck

This is where the good Auto Parts in Seoul you pay more money theres no question about it but if you put the part side by side Napa is always the superior quality well-engineered refined finished No Junk no questionable or countries of origin.When youre serious you love your vehicle this is the place to go

Waited to get help, no acknowledgement from staff that they would help me next, then they helped someone else that came in after me. There were plenty of staff (3) only 2 customers before me. Left after waiting more 10 minutes. Went to Autozone and waited in line, but was told that they would help. Much better customers service. Ill avoid places that ignore customers and let customers cut in line

I never leave reviews. But this store gave me the worst customer service possible. Not only was I treated poorly. Was interrupted multiple times. Talked to in a condescending way, and he continued to prioritize phone calls rather than attend to a customer who is there physically waiting.I didn’t get the name of one of all the rude workers.But the main one Jordan C. (Elder male)Over charging for something that I easily went and found at autozone for cheaper with a life time warranty.And when I walked in Nobody greeted anyone. 3 people walked in after me and nobody said anything.

Horrible customer service. I walk in, theres no one at the counter and the first think I hear from the person behind the counter is Im busy its gonna be a few.

This is a fairly well stocked auto parts store with knowledgeable clerks and good prices. The building isnt flashy, but is in a safe neighborhood. If what you need isnt in stock, they can order most items from other branches or warehouse quickly.

Always have the part you need or ready to find it for you. A bit pricey, but the service is great!

In writing this review, Ive tried to be objective. I think some people just give a one-star because the didnt get what they want. I partially received what I wanted but promises were broken and I was overcharged and that is a huge burden to overcome.Earlier in the week I called in to order a $90 part which they said had to come from Sacramento because they didnt have it in stock. No problem, Im not in a rush...Ill wait. The part came in early and the rep called me as they said they would...Im happy. I said Ill be there within 2 hours.I arrived and the parts were boxed up nicely...I opened them and they were exactly as described...Im happy. I took the parts to the register to ring them up and they said it would be $102...a roughly 13% increase in price; on top of that, there was a $4.00 shipping fee that was added on which wasnt explained to me beforehand...very unhappy. I had ordered 2 of the same part and now I would be paying about $25 than I originally expected.They said I could get 10% off by using my AAA which I did but that did not bring the price down at all. The cashier went to speak to the rep who had just helped me out who did not come out because she was apparently at lunch, but she said she never quoted me $90.I had previously received 2 other quotes, one from OReillys for $99 and one from Auto Zone for $99. They both were available immediately and I would not be charged an additional $4.00. I chose to go with Napa because they were the cheapest but I was disappointed in the end by their bait and switch tactics.Im not one to beat a dead horse. My time had been wasted, I was overcharged and persons responsible did not want to face the music. I just paid the bill and will not be going back to Napa or recommending them to my friends. I will also be posting this review on some other sites.Please do your homework before spending your money at Napa, you could come to regret it in a very big way.
