Purchased a Toyota Highlander for my wife’s birthday! I called and spoke to Louie, he was extremely helpful over the phone and followed up with a phone call to scheduled an appointment. Day of looking at cars, he brought me exactly what I told him over the phone. Made it as easy as possible during the purchasing process and my wife went home with her Highlander extremely happy. Our salesman Frank, was wonderful, honest and kind. He worked very hard getting me the best deal on my car. But once we got to financing...that was a headache, at one point my fiance laughed about the haggling if service packages and gap insurance. And he laughed back at us, and even looked as if he banged his head on keyboard in distress and very unprofessional... it is your job to keep your composure. And thankfully, it finally came to an end, luckily before we asked away from the deal. I do understand that he wanted to see his service/coverage, and seemed frustrated. But if you know something that we the consumer should know about the car and any issues it might have, be honest. But dont act like that. Thats why I waited so long to buy a new car, did not want to deal with that. But, thank you Frank for being polite, and respectful and gave us our space when we asked. 🙌🤛

I had an overall good experience at Larry Miller and ultimately purchased a car that I’m happy with.Pro:1. My salesman Raul was my point of contact throughout the purchasing experience. He was responsive to texts and calls. It was easier working with one person for the transaction, and if he were unavailable he would update a colleague ahead of time so that someone would be aware of my circumstances when I arrive at the dealer.2. Larry Miller was one of the few dealers I found that didn’t charge a market adjustment in the months that there’s a microchip shortage.3. I’d forgotten that I’d put down a deposit for the vehicle. Joe from finance called after I’d already left the dealer and refunded the deposit.4. Because the dealer didn’t have the car I wanted and another dealer was going to have an earlier shipment, Larry Miller actually provided me with a complimentary rental vehicle for a week with unlimited mileage.Cons:1. When I arrived at the dealership, the price that I was being charged initially was $1,000 over what I thought Raul and I had agreed upon. Somehow they thought I’d forgone the cash rebate but I wasn’t under the same impression. After much back and forth, they honored the rebate but it was a frustrating moment.I would recommend this dealer to others, but I’d say to make sure all your communication with salespeople is written down, either by email or text. That way there’s no surprises when you arrive at the dealer!

This is the only dealership where I did not feel pressured to buy a car AND there was full transparency with no hidden fees which I truly appreciated. The staff at this dealership is extremely friendly, from the front staff to all the salesman. I worked with Philippe who went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. They didn’t have the car I wanted at the dealership but a couple of calls later, Philippe was able to get the one I wanted delivered to me that same day. Highly, recommend this place!

Very disappointed with service to my 2011 Sienna on Sept 7th. I took van to this dealer because I needed service done right with a quick turn around time as I have been extremely busy. Against my better judgement I went with dealer service.The very first note on the invoice states that a multi point inspection was performed and fluid levels checked. I payed $32 in labor to have a new radiator cap installed. I would expect for that amount in labor for a cap install, fluids would be filled and no leaks confirmed. However, my coolant level was next to nothing. I would not be complaining about this if it was a little low or even half. But the amount of fluid left in my car was low enough to increase the chances of myself and my kids breaking down in the middle of the summer heat. In my area you are looking at plus 100 degree weather at times.I trusted the work of the dealership initially and as noted have been busy, so I did not have the time to second guess their work. However, when braking I could hear a grinding noise. The rears were replaced, the fronts were not. I do not blame the dealership for the state of my front brakes. What I do hold the dealer accountable for is not informing me of potential issues, such as unevenly worn pads. How can I accept or decline a service if it isnt offered to me?While having my van looked at for the brakes by a mechanic, they pointed out to me the low level of coolant. The brake fluid was slightly low, but nothing to put me or my family in danger, so I would not make a huge issue over that.My service rep was great, however the service I received from the mechanics was not. I was told a test drive would be performed prior to returning my van to me. Im questioning if that was even done as there is no way someone could miss the awful sound the brakes make when coming to a stop.I have tried twice to contact via chat and twice I have been told a manager would contact me. I gave it about five days prior to contacting again. When I attempt to reach the dealer by their own website, I receive an error that it cannot be completed.They should fire whoever they use for chat support as they are next to useless. Almost as useless as the person who checks fluid levels.

I did not have a good experience at Larry H Miller.I originally took my Sienna to Larry Miller 3 years ago for a broken sliding door. We ordered the part, but they never called when it came in.I came in again this summer, and they tried to convince me that they already fixed the problem 3 years earlier when they never did. So they ordered a new part and not only did it take 2 months for the part to arrive, but when they did fix the van door, we drove it home and found that it was still broken. We then ordered another part and more waiting. Im finally glad to say that after 3 trips, 3 years and $800 my sliding door is now operational.With the exception of Donna and Andrew, I also found their staff to be rude. Im not sure the staff here cares.

Hands-down the service department should get a 10 star today. Yesterday I was running late to my appointment and Jonathan was supposed to go to lunch at a certain time, not only did I have my two little ones a stroller and car seats. He was very patient. The recommendation was that they bring me home in their shuttle. So I didnt have to spend that money on a rental. As a matter of fact one of the ladies says itll be so much easier.Driving home she pulled into my garage and helped me out with my kids. Today I woke up and I am figuring out how to get my car back, I called Jonathan and he has an arrangement for the ladies to bring the car to me within an hour. I am at the moment extremely speechless!Talk about above and beyond, talk about making my life easy and simple, talk about amazing customer service,talk about kind,talk about doing the right thing.Often times people in customer service make you feel like youre bothering them. A huge round of applause to the service department at Toyota in corona! I will definitely be back..I truly appreciate what you did for me yesterday and today!

Horrible service! Service advisor was rude so I had to ask for a different advisor for future trips. Every time I have service done here there is an issue. They were very unprofessional and the service manager was wearing shorts. I bought a Certified pre-owned used Toyota with an extended service plan from a Toyota dealership and never get the service that was promised. Asked for an oil change and they state that they do not accept prepaid package from the Toyota dealership and that I must pay for an oil change. It also takes over four hours for a simple oil change every time I have been! Only bring your car here if you want to overpay and try to be up-charged with every trip! Find a different Toyota dealership if you can!

I had an oil change appointment at 9:30 am on 2/17/21 with Toyota Corona. It was the worst oil change experience that I have ever had.The service guy checked his computer and said my prepaid three times oil changes had expired. Nobody had ever told me that this kind of purchase would expire when I was sold. Now I have to pay again. He also asked me to sign a document saying I agree to pay (this is rip-off)! The oil change price listed on their board is $35.00, and then I was told it is $64.99 instead. He said this is the new price. If you have an almost doubled price why do you still advertize the old one? This is cheating and false advertisement. Beside, the service guy’s attitude left me no choice.Advise: When you take your car to service, you need go to the service place that you can trust.

Just another sleazy, cheesy dealership the wants to screw you over. They won’t even honor their own price on their own website. I created an order with the Larry H Miller Toyota corona price in bold, bright red and when I got to the dealership they wanted $11,000 more. Even after showing them my email, text, print out of their website they still claimed that was not the real price of the vehicle. Don’t waste six hours of your life creating an online order like I did, because they won’t honor it and will just try to screw you over.

I brought my car into have a seat cover changed and Richard Gluck was so professional. He kept me up to date throughout the entire process. When I first brought it in he had to bring it to the manager and then get approval from Toyota. He called me regularly to let me know where we were in the process. He also explained the Toyota care program to me and the extended warranty too. He always provides outstanding customer service which is very uncommon these days.

We recently bought a certified used car out of state and needed to get the car serviced and a new key fob programmed. From the second we made the appointment to meeting Richard we were very pleased with how smooth everything and how accommodating they were. Richard took the time to explain the services and even offered a ride home. When I returned at the time he advised the car was completed and the entire process was so easy we actually are looking forward to returning for our next serviceThen I met Theresa and wow. Her smile was contagious and customer service went above and beyond. I explained I was having an issue with my app and remote control. All she did was ask for my last name and by the time I sat down and read my emails the problem was fixed. Bad service there. They dont honor free oil changes that you get with a certified pre-owned car. Their service dept tells you theres no charge then when you take it in they try to charge you. Dont take your car there. Horrible service!

The staff is always attentive and friendly but recently I went in to have some work done, specifically asked them to check my cabin filter because my air was not blowing as hard by the time I picked it up and was told everything got a green light I was frustrated because I knew it would cost hundreds to fix it.. I take my car home and tell my dad who insisted we check the filter again to find a black filter and napkins shoved up behind it causing my air flow to be blocked…. Took him a whole two minutes to remove it and me to spend more money to replace it…. Very unhappy experience —have pictures from the removal—

The wait for a basic oil change was four hours. That seems super long. It ended up being over five hours. Then They had so many suggestions of other things I should do And tried to upsell me. I know that is what they’re supposed to do but everything they recommended would’ve been almost $1500. The car is three years old. I will look at doing the recommendations overtime though.

I know the dealer makes a ton of money through the service department and rightfully so. However, it should be done with integrity and honesty. I took my vehicle in for a particular purpose. In doing so the Service Tech called me to explain what the Mechanic found and diagnoses. In addition, he mentioned a couple of other items that the mechanic said needed attention. One of the items mentioned I had just taken care of less than two months ago. After I explained this to the Service Tech his reaction was confusing. Point of the story. I know one of the items mentioned did not apply and this leads me to believe the dealer is just out to make dirty money.Disappointing.I still handed the the dealer over $1,000.00 for services rendered.

Worked with internet sales Manager Rudy Vides. I had been looking to purchase a Tacoma TRD Pro and teached out to Larry H Miller Toyota for that vehicle. They did not have one for me at the time buy I was told that they would have one soon.. I stopped by and left a deposit so it could be held for me upon arrival. Rudy called a day or 2 before it arrived to let me know it would be on the lot soon.. the day it arrived I headed to the dealership and and the truck was ready to go. I am a very busy person who did not have a whole lot of time to spend at the dealership hassling over price or contracts. I understand car buying is a difficult process but the haggle and back and forth with the salesman was terrible. They ran my credit 32 times and my score dropped 100 points. Then after all that the salesman told me i got 6% apr. Should have read the fine print before signing because now here i am at home with 10.9% apr which is double the amount of interest i would have to pay.

Took my 2009 Toyota Corrola in for an oil change. Ended up purchasing the three visits for $95. Just paid 8k for a new manufactured engine in July. They also flushed the new radiator and added fluid after pressure testing the radiator. It had started to heat up and I parked it. When I came back all the anti freeze ran out so I filled it back up with water. They recommended the flush for $200. I asked them to check my brakes as started to feel a little spongy. Another $250 for front brakes.. Service is great. $575 was expensive.

Made an appointment, they helped me out pretty quickly, asked if I wanted a complimentary wash and if I’d need a ride home, I said sure! Went inside to give my information and wait for an Uber and then went to wait outside. Well I was sitting around for at LEAST half an hour waiting for the Lyft to come get me, eventually someone comes out and asks if I’m still waiting. So we go and check the computer and apparently my name wasn’t even in the queue at all. So they gave me a ride back. Then I get a call saying to come in 20 minutes to give them time to wash it, okay no problem. I get there maybe 35 minutes after the call, and my cars returned... unwashed. At this point I don’t wanna waste anymore time so I just take it and leave. The actual service on my car was fine sans the wash, but everything else kind of put me off from coming back to this location.

This was on Saturday the 21st. Never dealt with sales here, only service. It is by far one of the worst. Had an appointment at 8:15 (I was on time) and did not talk to my rep until around 9 and did not get to sign paperwork until after 9. I also know for a fact that my service rep was at the very least double booked for the same exact time. I know this because I was talking to a customer who was waiting for the same rep and he told me his appointment was at the same time that I had. What exactly is the point of making an appointment if there is no way you can stick to it and get people in at the appointed time and get them out? That customer had to flag someone else down to take care of him because he had been waiting along with me forever and I dont blame him. Also there is no organized system of lines. Appointments and walk ins go to the same place so theres no priority for anyone who plans ahead and schedules an appointment. It just seems like they try to cram as many people in as possible with no regard for the customers experience at the service area and how much of your time they waste as long as they are getting their money. I expected a lot more from Toyota service but have been disappointed multiple times. The next closest dealership is actually pretty far and I shouldnt have to drive way out to a neighboring city to get treated right.

I do not recommend for any reason, my mother went alone looking for a pick up and they took advantage of her, she does not know much about cars, they offered her a 2021 toyota tacoma at 49,000 + - plus taxes and some extra details, you can go look in Internet that same truck and find it for less than 36000 + -. Anyway, she now has to pay 720 dlls for the next 84 months. I feel terrible for my mom, but I feel even worse because they took advantage of her.

Their staff is friendly, but A mechanic did some sloppy work. I did wheel alignment here, when I picked up the car, I saw that the steering wheel not centered.The steering wheel is not level. If level it, the car is always steering to the side.

Took it in for a 5000 miles service. They found a nail fixed it for 40$ And got a free car wash. They also unplugged my dash cam which I understand for privacy reasons but didn’t plug it back in upon return and I didn’t notice until today. So I was driving unprotected for 2 days. If something bad would have happened while driving that would have sucked.

I came to this dealer so many time but each time I come I’m very disappointed with the customer service I left my car for oil change my windshield was half crack no one did nothing about it . I came back for oil change to give them a chance at 3.30 pm they said they don’t take walk in after 2.45 pm it don’t make any sense if the dealer is open till 5 pm for service I’m not happy never going there again.

I was in the market for a Toyota Tundra for a few months now. Since I live in Corona I pass by Larry H Miller on my way home every day. From time to time I would see Tundra models on the lot, but usually it would be the lower trim models or the models with a bunch of chrome that I wasn’t really into. However, one day they had the specification of tundra I was looking for, a white 4x4 SR5 Crewmax with a TRD Sport package. Upon visiting the dealership I learned that that truck had recently sold, but they had another model that was on the lot, a Wind Chill 4x4 Platinum Crewmax. I walked in and talked to Fernando about the truck. He gave me a tour of the truck and it was nice, but I still wanted the TRD Sport. The GM also offered to remove half of the Additional Dealer Mark Up since they sold the one I wanted, but I left for the day to think about it. The next afternoon Fernando called me back and gave me an offer that I couldn’t pass up, so I showed up to the dealer to confirm that it was true. Long story short; I ended up getting the platinum for a VERY good deal.I’m happy with the purchase so far and the finance team also gave really good incentives that i took as well.I look forward to my next purchase here.

So this review would be a one star but Gaby who works there really tried to be helpful. We bought a 2021 Prius in January and although the sale went ok. The service department at this dealership is terrible. We called and made an appointment to get the upgraded filters that were an add on and had to be done at this dealership.When we showed up they said they had no record of us calling and it would be a 4 hr wait to get the filters. Then we remake an appointment for the following week expressing our frustration at the situation since we have to get the filters done at that dealership. The car said it needed an oil change so we reset the the new appointment for Oil Change + Upgraded Filters.You guessed it, we show up a week later, they say we are only scheduled for an oil change and “appointments for filters need to be made in advance” and if we wanted to do it today it would be a 4hr wait.So the filters are changed now and we will never come back and purchase future cars here.

Toyota of Corona is amazing. They have a huge selection of cars, trucks and SUVs. In my opinion they are a smaller dealership and with that comes outstanding customer service. They have always put the customer first. I buy all my Toyota genuine parts from this dealership. I found their prices are better than bigger dealerships as well. I also have never had to wait in a line either.Their Dealership is always clean, well lit, and the staff is very friendly. I really like that they have numerous vehicles on the lot with modifications. I have also seen a few Tundra and Tacoma TRD PROs. Some dealerships dont want to stock these vehicles due to the cost. They also have several Tundras, Tacomas and even a Sequia ready to go with lift kits and upgraded wheels and tires! I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but on my next Toyota purchase, I will definitely be checking them out!

Looking for a 4x4 Tundra I came across this dealer. I found the truck I wanted and called to make sure it was in stock before driving several miles in traffic. I test drove it and loved it, but when we sat down to do the paperwork I was told the price was $39,999.00 and NOT THEIR LISTED PRICE OF $36,706.00. The general manager came over and apologized stating it was a “price listing error”. I’M DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED AT TOYOTA AND FIND THIS HIGHLY UNETHICAL!Update: I called the dealer again and spoke to Roberto, he helped to knock off 1k from the 40k. Roberto even came to the dealer on his day off to help me get the truck.

Ive never felt so uneasy about making a purchase. I purchased a XLE 2021 Prius prime on 2/28/21 and when everything was being finalized the salesperson who was helping me stated that it didnt come with floor mats and they will be delivering it to my home. Without my consent he took my old floor mats and put in the brand new car. When I arrived home I realized that they did not put the electric charger. Overall not a pleasant experience, the financing person took a lengthy period of time to process the paper work and my monthly payment went up. When I brought that up to my salesperson he didnt seem to really care. Overall very disappointed and I urge anyone to reflect deeply before making a purchase at this dealership. I am hoping they resolve the floor mats and missing charger issues. They gave me 18 k on the car that I traded in which was worth no less than 21 k.Lastly the manager Scott Roberts has provided no assistance in providing a charger and stated I am experiencing buyers remorse.Never again.

Leased a new 2021 Rav4 Prime hybrid. Purchase price was, hold on to ur hat, $10,000 less than at Toyota dealership in Long Beach. It was loaded with the extras we were looking for. Mark Colacchio, our salesperson, new how everything worked and showed us. Finance guy wasn’t pushy, just professional. I hate buying cars but this was easy and not confrontational. 5 star experience.

I should have read the reviews before i contacted these guys, found a highlander i wanted that was agressively priced but had all generic info, contacted the dealership and between 5 emails that were specific about the car i was told the car is still available and was hounded on making an appt. i asked for a picture of the window sticker and low and behold the one they send me is of a different car. I called and said hey this isnt the one we talked about and the response is “oh ya that must have just sold im not sure why its listed” dude we had 5 emails that were all titled for the xle i was looking for... scandelous

The manager of the Service Department gave my car his personal attention. Also, he kept in touch with me every step of the way.
