From the beginning Jeannie was very kind and inviting when I went in for a repair. Jeannie and the team helped me feel secure that my car would be taken care of. They gave me constant updates and went above an beyond in the car. They had great communication along with a wonderful job completion. They left my car looking as though it never got rear-ended.

I came here for body repair for collision damage to my vehicle. Regarding my experience here—Everything, all of it, start to finish, was awesome! This has been a painful process for me in the past but Fix Auto makes it as quick and convenient as possible! And great customer service!

When we first took the car to that shop to get the estimate, they gave us a quote of 600+ but when we left the car for fixing suddenly the amount increased to 2600+. And if you decide to take it somewhere else, they will charge you $250. Not sure about you, but to me this feels like a big jump.

Fix Auto did a GREAT job on my car. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly and professional staff. Maytae is a ROCK STAR. What a great first impression she is for the company. She is very knowledgeable about the business and is super friendly. She walked me through the process and explained everything clearly and in a language I understood. She communicated with me the whole time about the progress on my car and it was ready earlier than anticipated. When I arrived to pick it up it was beautifully done and sparkling clean. Very professional and right on time as promise

Over the years, I have had several vehicles repaired at Fix Auto, all with excellent results. This week my 2015 Honda Pilot received a serious crease on the rear driver’s side fender. I immediately took it in to Fix Auto. I received a prompt estimate and a ride home. The repair was beautiful, completed two days early and within the estimate. The staff kept me informed by text every step of the way. They were courteous and professional. I have had consistently good experiences at this Fix Auto (Corona) location. They do the job right! This place kept me updated with how long it will take. It took an extra day but that’s only because of a part that had to be ordered. Very kind and friendly staff that even would provide me with a ride if I needed one. Overall the quality was great and I can’t even tell it was on an accident

Fix Auto of Corona is efficient and precise. Mayte Ortega the office manager was very helpful. This is the second time I used this facility. If need it, I would definitely come back and recommend friends and family.

Very courteous and serving. I had my father drop off my car and Fix Auto called Uber and sent my father home. They didnt have to do this but I was very grateful. Everyone I spoke to there was really helpful. My car did not end up staying there but I did not have a bad experience there.

Mayte was amazing and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. She made the process as quick and painless as possible, and was even able to speak to the manager to get my car finished a day early when I asked if that was able to happen. My car bumper was a mess after my accident. I called the local Honda dealership and asked who they used for their body shop and they told meFix Auto. That right there should tell you something about the quality of their work!I had a car accident many years ago and I remembered the headache I went through to get it fixed. Therefore I was weary of the process and when I went in to Fix Auto they really put me at ease. First I spoke with Scott and he explained the best way to have the insurance make an estimate.After deciding I was going to have Fix Auto work on my car the other drivers insurance started to drag their feet. I of course was a deer in headlights because what do I know about dealing with insurance companies?Thats when Charlie came in and if youve ever seen Pulp Fiction and remember the scene where The Wolf takes over and handles it. Thats what it was like watching Charlie deal with the insurance company.Im so grateful for the positive experience I had considering the circumstances I was in. They were also very fast in fixing the car, they gave me a two week estimate and I think it was finished in three days so yay! My car looks like new and the quality is outstanding.Fix Auto in Corona has a great team with Scott, Mayra, Diana and Charlie. They really are the dream team you want to deal with when your car has been banged up. I encourage you to check them out if you need your car fixed.

Fix Auto did an outstanding job with my wifes minivan. We were rear-ended, requiring a tailgate and rear bumper replacement. For the exact same type of repair on our previous van, another body shop took over four weeks. Fix Auto turned it around for us in four days. Anytime we called them, they would always answer the phone promptly. They communicated with our insurance, provided us constant updates and stretched to return the car to us by Friday so we wouldnt need to pay for a rental over the weekend. We turned in the car quite dirty, and they returned it spotless. Whereas Im used to other body shops returning the car with missing decals, etc., everything was restored perfectly by Fix Auto. Highly recommended.

Bro told me about this place cause he used to work at the local Honda dealer and he said that they would send crashed cars there to get fix so I took mine since some guy crashed into me... They actually did a great job with my car paint looks good and they fix everything the right way... the only con was that they did take a lil long than what they said but it was fine I just wanted my car to be fixed right so I was fine with it... really recommend this body shop for anybody that has a honda...

Im not one to give bad reviews but this was not a good experience. Not only did it take almost a month to repair my car but it was not done properly. They claimed that their supplier sent the wrong parts which caused a week and a half delay. Well even after getting the part, it was the wrong color. In addition the rear door when closed sounds very cheap and hollow, not the original solid thud sound. Grab handle in car was loose as well as a missing piece above my visor. i didnt want to go back to complain as I didnt want to deal with these guys again. The front desk staff are nice and all but they are lead by poor owner and management that dont even bother saying hello or show any concerns about delays in the repair process. Just unprofessional and I feel they were dishonest about the whole delay. Most likely they were just overcommitted and didnt have enough guys to do the work.

Felt pressures to have insurance work done there when the insurance company sent me there for an estimate. Then after saying. I wasnt having them. Do the work they billed insurance company who sent them a check.... I to have it resended.Seemed shady at best to me.The people working seemed nice and polite though.

They do not deserve 1 star. I do not believe all their practices to be legal and the books should be checked out. Either English is not a first language or some of the employees are unintelligible? Dont use them unless you are desperate......or just dont care about throwing money away for bogus estimates which usually arent rocket science. They try and force you to use them....mo WAY!!
