Pleasant experience; staff was quite patient with me even though I had a lot of questions. Seemed knowledgeable about a lot of different use cases. Prices are OK, it seemed hit or miss on what they had on-hand and what required order and wait time, but I guess its common for these places. For a first time customer Id give them a 5, but I could see the specialists would have concerns about in-store stock, so maybe 4.5 overall.
