Went in to help my girlfriend upgrade. If face masks are AT&T policy, why are you, as an employee not wearing yours properly with your nose exposed as Im not wearing one? Isnt that hypocritical? Other then that, good service.

Overall in store experience was fantastic, Corey was very helpful. But I started my account with someone previous to Corey, and they lied to me about my internet usage, This store is a complete rip off, I am much happier now that I switch to verizon. Like I said Corey is completely awesome and I wish she would move to Verizon so I could go through her over there.

Cory, Caleb, and Kevin were amazing helping us over a matter of a week with getting issues resolved and getting our port in from Verizon to work. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!!

They took the time not to just give me a quote on what a plan would cost if we changed from our current carrier, but also checked to see if we could get service where we live. Come to find out we would not have been able to get service where we live, I was so happy that this salesman was more focused on customer service than a sale.

The girl that set my account up for phones and told me I could hook up 2 phones while the phones I ordered came in and we would switch phones when we got them. So I ordered an Apple phone and it was supposed to be in on a Monday. Monday came no phone. Tuesday came no phone so we called at&t and they never even ordered the phone. She messed the phone up that she hooked up the sim shut down and she was in there trying to sell me her personal I phone. Chad what a way to undermine your business you work for. She is pushy and rude and a liar..That store has no phones in stock and the regional manager is a joke also. Would love to see the guy one day and interduce myself to him. The girl that works there will tell you anything to sell you something. I will be in contact with at&t and tell them what they did to me and how they lied to me. I wouldn’t recommend going there for anything. Who sits there and tells you about her relationship with her boyfriend and their sex life. Pretty unprofessional.

They messed up my account and I have been working trying to resolve this issue for like 3 months. One of the sales reps is pushy to the point it feels like harassment. He refused to let me speak. And then he lied to me about my bill, and continued to disconnect both my parents lines. Normally I wouldnt be so mad, but my parents live in the middle of no where. They need their phones active.We had been loyal AT&T customers for 15 years. Im rethinking AT&T entirely now and may switch to Sprint.

They are always so helpful and professional. I dont go to any other locations.
