A product I ordered online on 09.27.21 from a retailer says its to be delivered on 10.01. The tracking number I got says FedEx is the carrier. Status online stated delayed. Today is 10.12 and STILL NO package. The retailer already refunded me for the inconvenience and yet FedEx still hasnt delivered. Been on the phone today 3x and on Oct 7, 9, 11, no one from customer service know where it is. Case number has been created, and every time they will transfer me to case manager, Isaiah, I will be on hold for more than 5mins then next thing I know Im on an automated survey... what is that?! π€¦ββοΈ Retailers should not use this shipper as they will end up refunding their customers for delayed products. FB page of FedEx also have tons of upset customers for ridiculously bad customer service and delayed packages.
I needed to ship off a package and they were very helpful and informative. The staff always seems to be rather attentive. They can be rather busy from time to time but I dont mind coming here for shipping.
I needed some copies of my documents, Brenda L. (The young hispanic girl) took care of all my photocopy inquiries while she was by herself and taking care of other customers at the same time. Very professional girl who is very knowledgeable and absolutely fast at taking care of customers. The first time I went to this place and planning to go there in future for my office works or shippings. Thumbs up for this Fedex Office location

Iβve had multiple packages claim to be delivered but when I check minutes later theyβre not there. When you call to make a claim they tell you thereβs nothing they can do because it was delivered to the correct address according to them. Now Iβm weeks from having a baby and out a diaper bag and the money it cost. DO NOT HAVE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED THRU FEDEX
Long line. Watched as a counter person named Mel couldnt seem to make up her mind about being in a good or bad mood. Treated a lady w/kiddos in front of me so rudely for what only seemed to be a trivial matter. Very odd.
I was there Friday, received excellent customer service, she also acknowledged those who came into the store. 5 stars to her.Was in there Thursday, the young man was not cheerful the store got busy he did not acknowledge them. When I got home I found out he messed up my copies. Not happy. It was only 2 dollars worth and he messed it up. 2 stars. Needs more training.
Place is a joke it is always something with this place will never use FedEx again because of this place customer service sucks...
Always personal and efficient service whether I call in to this location or walk-in. I have used this location for both my personal and business needs and am very happy whether that is using the laminator, printing, or mailing off packages. For some projects they might have to ship it out of the store, but the return time is reasonable. The store is always so clean and the prices I pay are very fair, they are open later into the evening which is so helpful.
My label was too light to scan, and I was sad thinking Id have to go home and come back, but then the nice woman at the counter told me I could forward her my label from my phone and she would print it for me. So nice! Saved my day.
Garrett was very helpful but Fed Ex maybe you should staff more people on a Saturday?! He got busy with 5-6 customers at once. Mel and the manager are great as well its just usually slow service.
Extremely disappointed. A friend packed an extremely important FROZEN package and arranged for OVERNIGHT delivery from this store. The package got labeled and placed on the ground and was forgotten for the next 24 hours (at least). They put it on the truck the next day without a second thought, even though it would take at least two days total at this point to reach the destination, which by the way was in Arizona, where it is currently 110 degrees! Fortunately we were able to intercept the package and a different employee called the dispatcher and had them return the package so it could be repacked with fresh dry ice and sent again the next day, after another night in the freezer. Needless to say we will use a different store in the future, hopefully one where employees understand that sometimes theres a good reason for shipping something urgently.

Fed ex is saying I did not drop off a package when I clearly dropped off 2 packages to be shipped. I knew I should have used usps but I gave fed ex the benefit if the doubt. So annoying! And such a rip off!
I was having a terrible day until I showed up and Mel, omg, made my life better. Now Iβm stress free. She saved my life. Best location ever!!!!!
By far the best Fed Ex store I have been in. They are very friendly, helpful and are willing to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable!

I like being able to drop off large packages at this FedEx location, however, it seems like for some odd reason I never make it early enough for same-day shipping. I also wish they had some sort of outside dropoff slot.
