This is the second time we have purchased from this store and we get excellent service EVERY time. Neal and Diane are super knowledgeable and Diane spent as much time as was needed to fit my elderly mother with back issues with the right mattress. They go above and beyond. Best mattress store to shop at with out worrying of getting the wrong bed. Neal didnt only chose my bed with just know a few key factors, I never layed on it until it got to my house, and I have had the best sleep since! He even followed up on the deliver and everything. The warranties are great and quality is amazing!

This is the 3rd mattress we’ve bought from Diane and Neal because they are wonderful, honest, people who listen, educate you and make sure you get what you need in both quality and price. We bought our adjustable bed when I was having significant back and sleep issues. They got me in the right thing and it has made a world of difference. Then when my parents needed a new set up because my mom was going through cancer treatment and couldn’t rest - they came up from Florida and bought the whole adjustable set up from Diane. It was shipped to my parents in FL and Diane and Neal made sure my parents were taken care of, bed set up properly and even called them to make sure all was well. Today when we needed a new set up for my son, Diane remembered my parents and me and made sure my son got exactly what he needed without us spending a fortune on unnecessary features, oh and we were there for less than 20min because they know what they are talking about! We appreciate you all so much!

We did not do a ton of research before purchasing a big girl bed for our 6 year old daughter. We knew what she liked based on a bed she sleeps on at her grandparents house. My wife took that brand and type and started calling around. Through this process she wound up speaking with Neil who was extremely knowledgeable and invited us to come to his store. We went last Sunday and based on what we were looking for he gave us a few recommendations. We found one we liked and asked if he could have it delivered the next day. Not only did he have it delivered, there was no fee associated with it. Our daughter came home and immediately fell in love with her new bed. We got awesome service and a great price!!! I was in need of a new mattress for a quest bedroom this past weekend. Went to a few different stores in the area not finding what I was looking for and not being able to get delivery when I would be available. I ended up at Mattress Express in Cornelius and met Neil. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Not only did we get a mattress we liked but for a better price then all the other stores we went to, but I also was able to get delivery the next day. Also dont let the name fool you he has some great deals on Bedroom Furniture there. We will be back to see Neil in the near future to buy a new Bedroom Set. Thank you for the Great experience Neil.

This was one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve ever had. Mr. Neal answered all my questions and helped me to find the right mattress for my family. I would recommend anyone to go Mattress Express of Lake Norman for a unique customer experience. They did delivery my mattress next day of purchase. Only thing that I would recommend to improve, is the delivery process. the driver should call the customer if he will be late.

My old mattress was almost 16 years old. Yes, I was way over due. I didnt know what to expect when I walked in the door at Mattress Express. I was greeted by Diane, she was very friendly, and was there to help me choose the mattress that was right for me. I wasnt there to shop, I was there to buy, so her expertise was very apparent right from the beginning. The person that wrote the one star review in this thread is probably the same type of person that has a bad experience every day of their life no matter what they do or where they go. I have been in customer service all of my life, so I know what to look for in someone who is on the front line, and also in a company. This was going to be the first of several places I was going to look for a mattress. Ive already looked extensively at mattresses online, but the experience I had at mattress express with Diane, and then Neal and his wife, were definitely 5 stars. There was no need to look any where else. I dont normally write online reviews, but this experience definitely drove me to do so. I would definitely buy from them again. Customer Service was less than desirable. I spent $4000+ on a mattress and an adjustable base. After about 10 days, the adjustable base stopped working. I contacted the store to let them know of the issue. I was sure that they would fix or replace it, due to the fact that I t was a little more than a week after they came and installed it. They didn’t. They simply said that there is nothing that they could do and that I had to contact the manufacturer.I have other beds to buy in the near future. I definitely won’t be purchasing any more from this store. I can get the same bed from any of many mattress stores, for the same, or lower prices. The next time though, it will be from a store who values me as a customer.

Love my new mattress! I have been needing a new mattress for sometime and finally my hubby was readyto retire our 13 yr old Foster mattress. Weird experience! I should preface my review by stating that i dont love sales people as a whole. I like to shop by myself and Ill ask if I need assistance so Im automatically turned off when Im approached and followed right away through a store. In addition, my husband and I asked about hauling away our old mattress to which Diane asked us if we have bed bugs!!! Id suggest putting that in paperwork and highlighting that portion so folks do not feel singeled out. We wernt even really considering purchasing either, as we fell in love with a mattress at Sweet Dreams, so to mention it without us even hinting at buying just seemed incredibly rude.
