Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices could be better on some of the chemicals but there is a convenience factor as well as free water testing with detailed instructions on how to fix and or maintain water quality. We havent used them for Pool service but their prices are better than other quotes received.

Lake Norman Pool and Spa is excellent! They looked at our pump one day, gave us an estimate and ordered a new pool pump which they installed two days later and it was very affordable plus the new pump is super quiet.
