I ran into a problem painting a bathroom. I went to the store and Wilson waited on me. He was excellent. He was very patient as I explained my problem. He listened then asked questions so he could determine a proper solution. We decided on the best way to solve my situation. It worked. I couldn’t be happier. The other employees I worked with were Dan and Kelly and they were all very kind and professional. I feel this is a great store with dedicated employees and a great resource.

I always have a great experience at this store. During my latest visit, Kelly did a great job helping me figure out what I needed for my project and match my paint from 6 yrs ago. She was knowledgeable and professional!

DAN you are the MAN! This review particularly has to do with the astounding, professional and friendly help I received from DAN at Sherwin Williams. It is not my first time here, but it was the first time in a while. DAN helped me on the phone and in the store to meet all of my painting needs for a small project. I can say this--customer service could not possibly be better. I would hire DAN for any business if I was looking for someone who exemplifies great customer service. My experience could not have been any better!!!!

I am struggling to understand what people like about this Sherwin Williams. Whether there’s no line or ten people in line, there is no greeting, and there are usually 2-3 people standing behind the counter not meeting my eye nor offering to help. I would definitely go elsewhere but am hoping to buy a gallon of paint for touch ups.

I would highly recommend Dan at the Sherwin-Williams store. He is so knowledgeable and helpful. He provided me with great information on paint colors and undertones. He helped me calculate how much paint I needed to purchase. He guided me with paint for my walls, trim, and cabinets. The store is clean, organized, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Id refer all my friends and family to this store.

Went in looking for advise on specialty painting of brass. Got excellent, detailed help, and was introduced to local contractor who answered most all of my questions. Went in with a problem and came out with solutions and leads to 4 contractors who might be able to help me. Give them a shot seems like a great resource and paint supplier.

Professional and polite, they do take their time with each customer so the wait can be long at times, bit its worth the wait. They are very attentive to make sure you get exactly what you need and want the first time.

Walked in the store expecting someone would help me find the things I needed for a special project, no hello, or can I help you find something. All I got was direct eye contact, a girl was on her phone, the manager was there but never said one word to me. This store needs to work on hospitality and Customer Service.

Staff friendly and helpful. I buy great quality paint because I am not an expert painter. I do my best and want to use the highest quality paint.

I went to Sherwin Williams this morning because I needed help coordinating a color scheme for 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Stephanie Kesselring helped me with the task. She was enormously helpful. She has an incredible eye for color, design and excellent communication skills. She was a joy to work with. I could not be more pleased with her recommendations.

I waited 20 minutes before walking out today. No one acknowledged me. No one said, we will be with you in a moment. I would hu of expect better customer service for any customer walking through my doors.

Went in Sunday to purchase 1 gallon of deck stain. One person running the entire store. Waited 15 mins in line with still 2 more people in front. Had to leave without stain due to excessive wait. Love to product but can never seem to get good customer service. I believe a 54.00 gallon of stain could offset the cost for 1 other employee.

Had a poor experience while looking at paint samples. First of all, you had to go to the desk to get help. No one ever asked if I needed any help, even when they passed right by me. Guess I didnt look like a contractor. This place came highly recommended by a former contractor but I felt ignored & not valued. Even when I did ask for help, the person kept talking about things I could not relate to. I just wanted a sample of whatever color a friend had told me they had but salesperson kept talking about it being a restorative hardware or something like that. I asked what that meant to me and basically it meant I couldnt have a sample for whatever reason. I was very turned off by the whole atmosphere and lack of help and extreme lack of interest by salesclerk. Im going back to ICI Dulux.
