Nancy is wonderful. She went out of her way to help my vacationing father with fixing one of his hearing aids. Harlan made special time to evaluate the issue with hopes of correcting the device. Hes expertise and understanding identified the issue. He was not able to repair at this time, however, he provided a work around while my father was here locally. Highly recommend their center if you have a need for superior service and questions about hearing aid devices.

I brought my elderly uncle to him for assistance, recently, and was very impressed with Harlans professionalism and his attention to detail! He is thorough as well as sensitive to his patients needs! I cannot give our experience with Harlan at Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Cornelius enough stars.It first began last year when we were in town escaping the hurricane with only a pop in to get some domes for my grans hearing aids. She hadnt been able to hear with her old hearing aids for about a yr. He worked her in the next day and sat down to make sure she was comfortable and ended up getting a new pair of hearing aids. While we (mostly me) were skeptical at first based on her old providers past behavior, Harlan was absolutely amazing. He showed us the difference between her old ones and the Beltones. My gran heard better than she had for at least 5 yrs.We have been back and have even connected them to her mobile (well we got her a new mobile so they could be connected). Harlan, yet again, took the time to teach me how to connect it and walked me through what we needed to know.Just today, we tried getting the wax guards down here in Myrtle Beach and the hearing aid place was making us jump through hoops for 25 min just to buy the dang wax guards. I made my mom just hang up. I looked up the number, had my mom call Nancy at the Cornelius office, and within 5 min we were set to receive them and it was all taken care of.Harlan makes sure that your experience is no more difficult than it needs to be and doesnt take advantage of people.Now if he could just open a place down here in Myrtle, life would be perfect :D but until then we will happily travel up to Charlotte to get outstanding service!!

My intention was to donate my hearing aids to Harlan to help someone who might use them. I was disgusted with them and had been since I bought them in TX several years ago. I really felt I had been duped. Harlan encouraged me to trade them in, as the new aids were much improved, and said he’d still give mine to a deserving person. Despite my extreme skepticism, we tried, and we succeeded! What a difference and a pleasant surprise. Now I wear them all the time and can actually understand the dialogue on movies and shows. The rechargeable batteries and the phone app are fabulous. I’m so glad I gave Harlan a shot.

Had the hearing test performed there and was immediately impressed with the sincerity and level of professionalism shown by Harlan Cato. He and his secretary were there as I tried to submit to insurance to help for the costs of the hearing aids. Since I have gotten the hearing aids Harlan has always been proactive in trying new programs and helping to improve my experience with the devices. I am very pleased with the results I have gotten from the devices and would gladly recommend Harland and his office to anyone who is having hearing issues and considering purchasing hearing aids. Harlan is really dedicated to helping others achieve a better quality of hearing in life..

My budget was not enough to by the Belton hearing aids, Mr Harlan went far and beyond helped me to buy the hearing aids from another company that suits my budget, also he gave an appointment to check their functionality because I have to sent them overseas to a family member. I was very impressed by his professionalism, kindness and compassion, I also have the same impression about Nancy his assistant.

Buying a hearing aid has two parts. One the product itself and two the assistance by a expert audiologist in its fitment and maintenance. The Amaze hearing aid is truly amazing and the folks at Beltone did an excellent job getting it perfectly fitted for my specific hearing deficiency and continuing to assist in the use and care long after the sale.

Great experience today at Beltone in Cornelius. Mr Cato was very helpful in taking care of my 90 year old mother. Her requested hearing test was important in understanding her condition. But what was unexpectedly very beneficial was recognizing the need for a good flushing out of her ear. It definitely helped improve her hearing. Thanks for the kind and helpful attention. This person is amazing ..Harlan I cannot thanks this person enough i wont go to any other and I have been to the other bigger maker and they didnt care or was concern about my hearing liked Harlan was... and his secretary was amazing too ...he care about his people and did more for me then any other... and I work out in all kind of weather and his suggestion have been great for me and my hearing if i could put a million star here i would.... my business will be with him from now on....

Very friendly, were able to meet our needs. I have my Dad who is a veteran and was unable to get him in for 2 months, ridiculous, all he needed was a cleaning, the VA is over loaded and unable to meet veterans needs. The a Gov. needs to adhere to the care of our vets a lot better than they are currently doing.

Harlan from Beltone save my life by fixing my hearing aid. I was shampooing my hair with the hearing aids in caught myself took them out but the damage was done. Harlan tested them and found out that the filters had to be changed and new batteries put in. The hearing aids work like a charm. Thank you very much Im indebted to you.

Harlan and his staff are amazing. First class customer service with a smile. Harlan takes as much time as needed to improve your hearing aid experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about hearing aids and their capabilities. My husband is very happy with the programs Harlan did for him. He has had his appliances for years and never knew these adjustments could be made to improve his hearing!
