I originally went here for a hair cut. I spoke with Stacy on the phone about my bleach disaster and explained that I had extreme breakage and brassy orange color. She said we would discuss it when I got there. She was very friendly and informative. And she took on bleach project and achieved the color I wanted. Due to the already damaged hair being processed again, my damaged, short hair was even more damaged and worse. The cut I wanted wasnt very different than the shape I already had. I had compromised a possible undercut if needed. But it kept getting shorter and shorter on top until I panicked. Then she told me to look in the mirror at the back. (This is when I really lost it). There was choppy gaps in the back, (which she was calling a stack.) I was visibly unhappy and she asked what I didnt like about it. I told her it looked like a bowl cut in the back. She offered to blend it. Which I declined, because theres barely anything left. I have kindergarten bangs and a spot in back that looks like my kinder friend cut my hair at school. Would you want her to fix/blend it? I just wanted out of there. I bought product and gave the money. I said keep the change, which was only a few dollars. I just wanted to get in the car so I could cry. I honestly should have refused paying for the cut, but Ive never been in this situation. I gladly paid for color. It turned out great. But I shouldve never been charged for this cut. After I left the salon, I had to go get extensions to fill in gaps. She called while I was there and left a message claiming she never saw a gap, it I just have been taking about where she blew it dry with the rolling brush. Never claiming responsibility for her mistake. Will NOT be going back.

It is an amazing place to go and all the people are amazing and the clothes and other things there are amazing also your hair will look some good after they know what they are doing Stacey does an amazing job with everything and she is so nice there is no complaints about this place

I made an appointment on Thursday, May 24th for Saturday, May 26th at 10:00. Went to scheduled appointment at 10:00 and stayed until 10:30. Doors were locked. No courtesy call to say I can’t make it, decided not to work, nothing.... I would never in my life go back to this salon. Rude and very inconsiderate. They even sent me two text messages to confirm my appointment. Even after responding still a no show. Beware ....do not waste your time as I did.

Love my hair ! Done today by Stacy Borland . The Perect Shade Hair Salon was the best experience that I have had . Stacy also did my mother in laws hair. She was so happy. Said she has not had the right hair perm in years. Thank you Stacy we will see you again.
