We have used Artistry Florals for over a decade, and they have never disappointed! (I feel remiss for not reviewing them sooner.) My husband sends me flowers once or twice each year (birthday, Mother’s Day, Anniversary) and always requests a “wacky” arrangement, however they are anything but! I agree with the other reviewer who said, “edgy & different is right up their alley”! To say the arrangements are stunning is an understatement. Never anything you would see when searching online for an arrangement, and the flowers are always high-quality, super fresh and gorgeous. They use unique fillers as well as unique containers that complete the look for an amazing gift. The first two photos are from an arrangement I received yesterday. The third photo is from a previous order - again, beyond stunning (honestly, my photos do not do them justice)! Super friendly staff that truly cares about their customers and theyre exceptionally creative. Their arrangements are worth every penny! Look no further if want to impress or if you are in need of sending something very special to someone you love.

Thank you for making a beautiful arrangement for my Mom, she loved it and it looked great at every angle. She said she rotates the vase everyday so she can see all the flowers.

The flowers received were not even close to half the value of the bouquet ordered. I am beyond disappointed. Not only that...my daughter paid an extra fee for same day delivery and it wasnt delivered same day. They said they were out of helium and would make up for it with a better bouquet. What I got was a $40 bouquet with (at least 1 half deflated mylar ballon). If I had an option to post pics...I would. Im sad shes so upset is the worst part. Im moving to the area soon...and they will NEVER receive my business!

Called in to order sympathy flowers for a friend. They were delivered less than 3 hours after ordering (same day) and they look amazing. They catered to my request of what I wanted to send and at a great price as well. Will absolutely be using them again. Thank you!

What a huge disappointment! The fruit basket looked nothing like the picture. I can’t believe that there are no oranges, pears or apples available in North Carolina! There were no gourmet cheeses, not even BabyBels. There was no Ghiardelli chocolate. These are not difficult items to get. The whole basket was put together in a very sloppy manner. Snyders pretzels were substituted for the crackers that were to go with the cheese and sausage that also was not in the basket. I can’t believe I paid $130 for this. Made a point of finding a local florist even though I’m up North in Western New York. I guess making the effort to purchase from local vendors is not always a good idea

The most beautiful Peace Lily was delivered to the funeral home on Friday! It was much more than I expected. I have been doing business with Artistry Florals for years and they always go above and beyond. It is so nice to know that you can always depend on them to be there for you!

SO disappointed in the $100 vase of flowers that I ordered for my sister in law’s service. I worked with the florist and ordered the flowers to be beautiful enough to be placed on the pedestal table next to the urn. She assured me that the vase would be full and beautiful. The vase ended up being placed on the far side of the chapel due to the numerous more beautiful vases that they had to choose from for the table. We were so embarrassed! The vase of flowers looked sparse and cheap! I would not recommend this florist! 🤬

I have received a lot of arrangements in my lifetime and the one I received from Artistry Floral last week is in my top 3. Lee is an expert at her craft. It was stunning and different. I was in an all day meeting so Security pulled me out of the meeting to see if they could place them on my office desk because everyone was stopping by to comment on how gorgeous they were. The photo does not do it justice.

The ladies were AMAZING! They were so helpful and created the most INCREDIBLE corsage at the very last minute. It was a fantastic experience and I will return for all of my floral needs.

Today being National Girlfriend day, I received a wonderful surprise! I arrived home and saw a beautiful bouquet of yellow flowers sitting on the table kitchen. I later found out that my boyfriend ordered them for me. The flowers were bright and beautiful. It made my day!

Absolutely the most outstanding arrangements I have ever seen. If you want traditional, ask for it, but if you want something that is edgy and different that is right up their alley. I cannot imagine anyone giving this florist anything lower than a 5 star. Id do six if I could! ******

TERRIBLE BATE & SWITCH - I ordered a birthday bouquet, via the phone from Virginia, wanting to do business with a local business. I discussed specifically with the sales associate that I wanted a nice bouquet and she recommended that I upgrade from the Standard size to the Deluxe for an additional $10- total cost for everything was over $65. She knew that I was in Virginia and apparently did not expect that I would ever see the arrangement.When I walked into the birthday girls house in NC later than day, the arrangement turned out to be only 2 large flowers and a small amount of wilted side pieces. It was not even 1/2 the size of the Standard arrangement shown on their website.After two phone calls, a replacement bouquet was delivered late the next day, a day after the birthday party (I paid specifically for same day delivery).

My husband Stephen and I used Artistry Florals for our ‘boho’ wedding Labor Day weekend. They created THE most stunning flower crowns and bouquets we have ever seen. They were even more beautiful than the photos we used as examples. Artistry Florals invited us to come in and see the flowers they recommended and they created samples that made it difficult for us to choose. We ended up ordering flowers to use as centerpieces as well as to adorn our venue and signage. All of the flowers they provided were fresh, fragrant, and all but one type were grown locally. Artrisry Florals has been around for many years and to date, I have never seen another florist come close to creating works of art like these people do. Thank you Artisty Florals for making our dream of the perfect boho wedding even more beautiful in reality!

Absolutely awful.... flowers were delivered during a 40 minute window of time when no one was home (which I authorized) and after 1 day are now dead. When I called to complain, they tell me its my fault for having them left outside even though it was mid-morning and they were in the shade. Clearly we were given leftover Mothers Day flowers. And I asked to spend $50 but was charged $72 on my credit card. Worst customer service experience (and quality!) Ive experienced all year.

WARNING DONT SHOP HERE!! Ok I just needed some flowers for my Lady love for her birthday.I Stopped in to the shop there in Cornelius this past Thursday and ordered a nice Birthday arrangement to be delivered on Friday . The Lady that took my order assured me that as the delivery address was LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE SHOP THAT THE FLOWERS WOULD GO OUT ON THE FIRST DELIVERY TRUCK OUT AT 11:30 AM ON FRIDAY!! My birthday girl was leaving at 3:00 PM on Friday so that was perfect timing!!! BUT the flowers were not there when I checked at 2:00 PM !!!!!I contacted the shop to find out that they were still there sitting on their COUNTER!!! After showing my A%% on the phone they rushed them up to be delivered, my Lady got them just as she was LEAVING WORK!!!What made it so bad is that when I called the lady that answered the phone BLEW ME OFF!!She wasnt sorry or apologetic in any way!!They are in my opinion not professional, trustworthy or competent to deserve to be called a Florist Shop!!!If you need flowers delivered then my advice is GO ELSEWHWERE!! BUYER REWARE!!!
