Went today to add our daughter to our plan. Trent at this location was above & beyond great service. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, all around good person! The service & billing with AT&T is great, & customer service is good! Shout out to Trent!
Trent, the salesperson, was the MOST helpful AT&T representative I’ve ever worked with. He was knowledgeable about the products, promotions, and helping me in transferring data from my old device to the new one. I’m from Tennessee and was here on vacation when my old phone started acting up. Trent made this experience a pleasant one! I actually had a good time! Thanks Trent!
Trent is hands down the best customer care rep and manager I have dealt with in years. Brandon assisted as needed and I watched the 2 of them jump between customers and tasks as a team to get everyone taken care of as fast as the systems would allow. I will only goto this store and I will only deal with these 2 gentleman for the foreseeable future, great guys and I left knowing that any issues that may arise with my upgrade will be handled with ease.I have not left a review for any company in years, but these guys beyond earned it!!
Sales rep told me I could not transfer my prepaid line to regular family account and said only way around it is to add a new number.I felt this was wrong information and went to a corporate store (Tanasbourne) which did confirm this was false information and took care of my transfer of billing responsibility and cancelled the new number this store created for me.The manager also helped me escalate this situation to upper management because they said this is cobc (sp?) that the sales rep blatantly lied to me and my husband.Word of wisdom, only go to the corporate ATT store on 185th Tanasbourne next to the Starbucks and Zoom Health-this store will take great care of you and not lie!This store in Cornelius lie and slam sales with zero integrity. I came in here one time and will never go here to buy anything from AT&T. Let me do it all online from now on. This place was not inviting, helpful, or friendly. Its been some time since I came in here but they sure seemed like it didnt matter that I was interested in some accessories for my phone.

After a horrible experience next door at Verizon, we came over to AT&T and I switched carriers! I couldnt be happier with my move to AT&T, but most of all I was extremely impressed with Alejandro and his knowledge, customer service and patience. It was very relieving after our experience at Verizon to be welcomed and helped so professionally. We had a very pleasant experience and cant thank Alejandro enough!

I came in during the weekend update my plan. I got a $50 plan that would allow me to go to my car and use the Google maps where ever I go. A wonderful young lady helped me, she wears glasses on the short side and told me how it works and I left happily. I came back a few days later because AT and T charged me way more than I was told in store through my card. Unbelievable! I came back in and was greeted by the same girl and I told her that I was sorry and moving to TMobile. She was a wonderful employee however the manager there was being very rude and disrespectful and talking over me. I am an older woman, no one should talk over their elders!! He screamed at me to leave. I am never coming back here again!!!!!
Very disappointed. Came here a week ago for an upgrade. Sheridan is a wonderful employee, very well knowledgeable with the iphones as well as promotions. Double confirmed everything to ensure I’m getting the best deal. However, I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to be hassled with lots of people, but one of the associates came up and joined the conversation and kept talking over Sheridan. Quite disrespectful and rude of them and left a negative taste in my mouth. The guy is a male of a smaller build. With black hair. Couldn’t get his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag.
Seriously fix your automated call system. Its so broken and disgustingly unacceptable. Would have come in to buy a new Pixel 5 outright but since your system refused to connect me to a representative to confirm stock I have to go elsewhere.

I drove up to Cornelius, Oregon to visit some family members and I was looking to switching from Verizon to AT&T. I was greeted by a hispanic male that has a small build. He identifies as the manager, however would not give me his name. I came in the store with my wife. As we were talking, he was very condescending of my wife and overall being sexist and focusing on me. I hate that. Dont come to this store unless youre ready to be degraded by the person running the place.

I was helped by a young man named Garion. He was very friendly and helpful. I had two people in front of me but immediately acknowledged me when I walked in. He helped with my account and answered all my questions about adding direct TV to my account. When two more customers came in he pulled all of us into a conversation together. This guy was the best I have ever dealt with at any AT&T store.
Usually I don’t go out of my way to write a review but as someone who has always worked in customer service I must say I’m shocked on the horrible experience I had at this location. I walk in and the employee had his back towards me and didn’t even turn around to greet me, I stood there for about 10 mins before he asked “do you have a quick question or something” When I told him my reason of being there which was to activate service he said “well it’s going to be an hour I’m the only one here”Why is there only one employee at this store on a Sunday?? Not only is that a safety issue but it’s bad for business, walked right out and went next door to Go wireless.
Will and the manager were super helpful and friendly, was a very nice welcome to Oregon having just immigrated to be with my wife!

Absolutely terrible. One employee working and he refused to help us because he was “pretty much booked” for the day. We got there an hour before closing and he told us to come back the next day. I hope this place closes. This is the second time!!
All the employees are super helpful and nice, never had a bad experience when Ive gone in with billing issues and theyre always having awesome deals! Definitely a more relaxed environment than most retailers Ive been to. Jorge hooked me up with a new plan that was way better suit for me!
Ugh. It really depends with this place. I have only actually been helped here ONCE. Certain employees are super nice and the best, but others could be better. Some times the people here dont even know what they are doing.

Walked in to buy a sim card and frnando made a big deal out of it, i just needed a nano sim for a prepaid plan, other stores has sold me one for $5 and he wouldnt sell it, when i told him i will leave them a review on google he acted like he didnt care, he said go ahead man, thats not how customer service works. You should always take care of your customers.
Two people being serviced by two associates when I arrived. They were pleasant but 30 minutes later they were still with those same two customers and I now had 8 people behind me. I can only assume they are still helping those first two people to this day.Long story short: Understaffed, expect a long wait.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I dont write many reviews but this time I felt obligated. I went in to purchase a phone and was told Id have to return my old phone. No problem. Then when I received my new phone they said I didnt have to turn the old one in. Then I received a text stating I was going to be charged since I didnt turn my phone in. I went back to the store and a different person said I could only return the phone at the Washington Square store. That person basically admitted the blonde girl I spoke to made a mistake because he remembered me from when I had come in previously. I called 611 and they stated in no uncertain facts that indeed the store should have taken the phone back regardless. I went back to the store again and the blonde sales girl vehemently denied this and wouldnt lift a finger to help. Why would it be up to the customer and not the businesses side to take care of an issue like this? I contacted the head office and they stated theyll follow up. I hope no one else has to waste their time like this.
The dude who helped me was the coolest dude ever. He went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met. I think his name is Garrian? Darrien? Something like that.. Anyways.. He rules. Give him a raise.. Seriously.. GIVE..HIM..A..RAISE..

Dont trust the blonde saleswoman there. I did a little bit of research on AT&Ts website before going into the store and that saved me a lot of money. I went in to get a new plan and she somehow found a way to try and charge me $85/mo for it. I dont know what she was really offering me, but I went to the Beaverton AT&T store today and they only charged me $40/mo for it. When I tried to tell the saleswoman the price was wrong on what she was offering me, she stood her ground and claimed the $85/mo plan was the only choice I had. Even when I quoted the AT&T website, she refused to admit she lied or apologize. When I mentioned this to the employees at the Beaverton store, they informed me this location is a authorized retailer and not an actual AT&T store. This is a franchise and is not controlled by AT&T corporate. No one goes into a phone store expecting 100% honesty, but the woman trying to charge me over twice what I ended up paying at another AT&T location is just ridiculous. Take the time to go to any other AT&T store (the one in Beaverton if you can, the line was long but it was worth the wait) and youll probably save some money.
Do not go here! Basically worthless. I got a plan and device but decided against it before leaving the store. Plan was never canceled and I was charged for 2 iPhones anyways and sent to collections. Store manager is never there and the staff is completely useless! if you need a new phone or plan with at&t just DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Jorge and a blonde girl working there has stolen money from me.I gave them 70$ for my phone bill, and they forgot to give me the change. When I look back at the bill, they only charged me 67$ while keeping the change. This is fraud and I WILL BE reporting.
I wouldnt go back if my life depended on it. Rude disrespectful people with no training or knowledge about their own product and about customers needs. They just want to sell you something and thats it. They havent got the time of day to help you the wait time is terrible They dont have any work ethics. Im a retired business man and the customers always come first not there and its not how you run a business. They either need to be weeded out or retrained. Its pretty obvious in reading the rest of theach rewiews. The blond girl that workshe there has no idea whats shes doing and very very rude. I went there to take care of a problem with my Samsung 7 that I just purchased there and at the time they said they look into it for me and call me never called. The next day I called and she told me she call me in an hour I called her back in 4 hours and she said she would call me back when she had tIm never heard back Im so pissed of that Im thinking about sitting out front and telling anyone that goes in beware absolutely the worst art store Ive been in bad bad bad store
Do NOT use this store! All I wanted was to upgrade my wife and Is phone and try and keep our bill about the same. The young associate started pushing their $1 tablet deal - such a good deal since youre buying a new phone.....etc. I said I did not want any additional data charges - he told me there would not be any as it could use my own WIFI as well.. What he FAILED to mention or disclose was the hidden activation charges that added $140 to my bill! And when I tried to return them just 5 days later - with everything still UNOPENED and in their original packaging - he told me there would be a $45 restocking fee PER DEVICE! They are deceitful and misleading - just to make a sale and get their commission. THEY ARE NOT EVEN A REAL AT&T STORE! Buyer beware!
I just got my first bill after upgrading my phone, not new service, or service change, just went in to get my phone, and apparently the associate there took it upon himself to sign me up for a mobile protection plan at 12 bucks a month without asking me or getting my approval. I had to call att and have them remove it from my plan, and when I asked why he may have done this I was told associates get a kick back for signing up customers. Really sneaky, and dishonest business. Wouldnt go there again.
