Great company that values doing right by their customers! I had a great overall experience, very easy to work with starting from appointment to getting our carpet installed. Super flexible when I had to change the install date, and were quick to respond when I had questions after the install. The manager even came out to make sure it was done right. Phillip, was a great help in my selection of carpet. He was knowledgeable on the different manufactures, patient and was very kind to obtain many many samples for me, before I finally made my decision. The whole process ran smoothly; from ordering, measuring and scheduling the installation. The installer(s) laid my carpet perfectly. They took care in not marring my walls or baseboards. This was a huge job (the whole upstairs) and it was done beautifully. I will definitely come back!

Flowers replaced carpet with new hardwood flooring in the entire upstairs of my home. Initially I had chosen a different flooring, but was later told that was out of stock, so I had to choose something else. We were off to a rocky start, but after choosing something else (a little more expensive than I wanted), Flowers came through. The installers were amazing. They asked me questions to determine they were installing the flooring exactly the way I wanted every step of the way and were completed in less than a week. Unfortunately, I am deducting one star because it took over 2 months and a lot of back and forth to be refunded for 4 of the 5 extra boxes of flooring that were left over from the project. The boxes were extremely large and storage in our home is limited. And also for the initial disappointment of not being able to get the flooring for which I was originally quoted.

Last Fall (2020) I had almost 800 sq ft of full thickness (3/4) hardwood flooring installed in my formal dining, main entranceway, and living room of my home we chose two widths of the same flooring and had the installers alternate the widths as they installed it, because our family room, which was installed when the house was new 72 years ago, has two widths of oak flooring installed in alternating widths the same way and we have fallen in love with this alternating pattern.The Flowers Flooring delivery and installation crew knew exactly what they were doing and both the delivery and installation 2 weeks later went perfectly. They were such a team that they almost didnt even need to speak to each other during the installation, yet both seemed to know exactly what the other was doing. Only one concern arose during the installation, and that was about how I wanted the floor framed around the hearth of the fireplace. In a short conversation between me and the installation crew, they understood how I wanted it, and they went ahead and completed this exactly the way that I wanted.The floor is beautiful. We are very happy with it and it has been admired by many of our friends. I have installed hardwood flooring several times in my lifetime, but Im too old to do it myself now. I was very impressed with the crew and their way of doing the installation. Thank you Flowers Flooring. My floor couldnt have been installed better. Had our downstairs oak hardwood floors resurfaced in clear and two weeks later our upstairs re-carpeted with Shaw Bellera collection OUTSIDE THE LINES carpet. They wanted 7 days for the hardwood resurfacing but finished in 3 days, Thankfully! The upstairs carpet was completed in one day as quoted. They stayed in contact the entire time and no additional fees required. I would absolutely recommend Flowers Flooring!!

The crew of Flowers Flooring that installed a LVP floor in my kitchen did not do a good job. The the quarter round trim was not nailed down flush to the floor and wall, several cuts made on the trim had the wrong angle which kept the corners from meeting flush. Where the floor was installed under the door frames they cut to much off of the bottom of the door frame leaving a gap between the floor and door frame, this looks bad and can not be fixed without installing new door frames. The bottom of the door frames were scratched by the tool used to cut space for the flooring and they did not restrain the damage. They left a mess on my porch were they stage their work, dripped stain on my brick work as they stained the trim. I was charged 45$ per appliance to move as floor was installed, two of the 3 appliances I had to move back in place. The LVP flooring they sell is great quality and is why I chose Flowers. I am putting down a floor in the living and want be using them again.

Flowers Flooring did a great job with my flooring installation. We put hickory in 2 bedrooms and did a set of stairs. The original stairs did not turn out as planned; however, Flowers worked with me to get them remedied and to my satisfaction. I always say you judge a company by how they handle a problem, and Flowers did a great job. I plan to use them when we remodel our basement. Their installers were very professional, and I appreciated the site managers checking in as the job progressed.

Flowers flooring was very fairly priced, and had wonderful customer service throughout my experience with them. They helped me select a product I love, and were experts at installation. We had a full house installation of LVP done in 4 days, but nonetheless the crew still managed to respect my privacy and be understanding of the fact that I was not only living in the home, but also working from it! Flowers Flooring was absolutely amazing. We have been trying to match our existing wood floors for many years to carry through the rest of the house. No other company, including the big boxes, could come close to matching our floors. Flowers Flooring sent someone out to measure and see firsthand what we had. Within a couple days we had our estimate and verification that they could source the floors. The flooring materials arrived within just a couple weeks and were installed much sooner than we ever expected. We are thrilled with the results and the quality of product and installation. They are a must for any flooring project, even exotic hardwoods like we have.

Flowers flooring completed the entire flooring in our home renovation. This wasn’t our first home, but our forever house on Lake Norman. Every contractor was carefully chosen to work on the home. Flowers had also restored the floating staircase as well with both paint and stain matching the new flooring. We did have a problem with Anderson Flooring and Flowers Flooring did their job in executing a claim and fixing the issue, without a hitch. Furthermore, when I compared pricing against other lake Norman companies, they were the best. The best and the cheapest hardly ever happens! The flooring install was complicated as we have hydronic heated floors. The job was done perfectly. The product supplied was great and a lot of attention was shown in the detail work. Nice job!

I think they’re prices are extremely high for the work that was done but ultimately the crew did an absolutely phenomenal job. Their craftsman’s ship is without a doubt, stellar. I ended up hiring another crew to do my 165sq ft basement and my stairs leading to the too floor for $700 compared to $6200 that flowers charged me. At the end of the day- I’m happy. $6200 gone or not.

They followed up with us weekly as we got closer to being ready for an install date and were quickly able to get us on the calendar. We remodeled our master bathroom and our installer laid 12x24 tile in our bathroom/closet. The installer was WONDERFUL. He was very professional, detail oriented, and cleaned up after himself each day. From demo to grout it took about a week.

Recently had carpet replaced in our upstairs bedrooms and closets. We are very pleased with the work performed, courtesy, and timeliness.

We have used Flowers Flooring for 3 projects now; hardwood floor downstairs, new carpet upstairs, and change carpeted stairs to hardwood and changed railings and spindles. Each time, the job was done perfectly correct, no hassles, and the team cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely no complaints and I recommend them to everyone!

We recently had our wood floors sanded and refinished and our carpet replaced throughout our home. Flowers Flooring did a great job! We were very pleased with the results and the price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of work. I deducted one star solely based on the fact that I didnt feel like they did a good job at informing us upfront about all of the details involving the wood floor refinishing. This was quite a life-upending project: we spent a total of 8 nights in a hotel and a full month without furniture or washer/dryer in our main living spaces. We were totally naive about the process and obviously did not ask the right questions. We didnt realize we would have to be totally out of the house with four cats for so long, which added significantly to the total cost of the job. We discovered this when we paid the down payment and signed the contract to begin. Then, we did not know there were different kinds of finishes (oil or water based and different levels of durability with those) and additional costs related to those. We discovered this when the floors were being done. Then, we were told we could move back in, but not told that sliding furniture or using a furniture dolly could damage the floors if done too soon. We discovered this once we scuffed our new floors. They were great about correcting the mishap and giving us a great price on upgrading to the highest level of durability. The finish job is excellent and we are really pleased. They even went above and beyond by replacing a damaged board free of charge. They were very professional. We just feel like all of the surprises could have been avoided if the sales people had better educated us upfront. Nevertheless, I would still recommend them and use them again myself.

Highly recommend! After months of getting quotes from different companies I decided to go with Flowers. The process from start to finish was great. I had to do a reschedule of installation due to another home project and they worked with me on that. The day of installation they showed up on time and was done by mid afternoon. Purchased hardwood flooring from HD for installation in the second floor of our home. Hired Flowers Flooring for the removal and disposal of existing carpet & padding, as well as installation of 5/8” hardwood & trim. Flowers delivered the hardwood from HD to the interior of our home so that it would acclimate to our temperature/humidity before installation (HD would not deliver to the interior of our home because of Covid-19). Flowers installers were scheduled to start on a Monday and Flowers management confirmed the same via email the previous Friday. The installers called Monday morning to confirm their arrival time and showed up when they said they would. For three days these guys worked their tails off, removing all of the carpet/padding, moving furniture, sanding plywood flooring joints, sweeping and removing the debris, positioning & nailing the hardwood & trim. They were courteous, professional, craftsmen in doing their jobs. Each day they cleaned up and removed their tools so that our second floor would be useable to us at night. A Flowers Supervisor visited each day to check on the progress and to ask our opinion of the work being performed. At the completion of the work, we did a joint walk through of the installed floor.My wife and I are extremely pleased with all aspects of having carpet and padding removed, and hardwood flooring installed by Flowers Flooring and highly recommend them for future work! They truly understand customer service!
