Before stepping into East Coast Granite my husband and I went to Home Depot and Lowes to be told that we could not be helped. My husband was reluctant to go into East Coast after a lot of disappointment. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed. It felt like a completely different experience. Our home came with granite countertop in most of the kitchen but not on the kitchen island. We wanted to purchase granite for a space that was “too small” for big box stores. Andrew never made us feel like our job was less important to him and his business simply because of the square footage. The team at East Coast did an amazing job finding us a slab that matched our existing granite. Our kitchen island has become more beautiful and functional. Thank you East Coast Granite!

We have used Chase and the team from East Coast Granite twice now and both times have been excellent experiences. Chase makes sure we are getting the right product for our needs, taking into consideration our budget and time frame. first job was redoing all the bathroom counters. second job was redoing the kitchen counters. both times, from template to install was one week. installers are thorough and do a great job and clean after themselves. i would highly recommend them for both small and large jobs.

I cannot say enough good things about East Coast Granite, & especially Andrew Lee. Countertops are an expensive investment you want to get right the first time. Andrew was extremely patient with me & really helped lay out all the options. He was very good about keeping me within my budget without pressure to buy the most expensive material. The communication was outstanding...prompt, courteous, and on top of any concern I may have. The demolition/installation crew offered suggestions to make my project even more spectacular in the end result. I was very concerned about damage to my kitchen cabinets, as I was not replacing those. Not one problem there. This is a dedicated, efficient TEAM who came my scheduled day(s). They didnt stop at 5pm just because of traffic or delays with jobs before me. My countertops were even installed earlier than planned. I also had a half bath vanity updated with beautiful Carrera marble, which I was personally able to pick out from their huge remnants inventory. They have an office in Huntersville, but their main location is in Indian Trail...worth the time & drive. Call ahead & ask when Andrew will be there. Bring pictures & measurements of your existing kitchen or bathroom, then let Andrew work the magical transformation. Ask questions. You will get straight answers. Andrew found a way to make QUARTZ! affordable in my kitchen for me. The results are stunning! This, by far, is the best company I have worked with in 3 residences. I would not hesitate to use your company again. Plus I let my real estate broker son & potential future daughter-in-law, who is studying interior design, know all about you.
