Just stopped by Publix to pick up some subs for the kids before heading to the lake for a nice evening on the water. We were greeted by the outstanding service from Matt at the deli. We ordered three chicken tender subs and Matt happily delivered. He was eager and willing to serve all of us. He even tossed our tenders in honey mustard as per our request. While we waited for our subs, we conversed with Matt, who was very friendly. After the subs were finished, we bid farewell to Matt in hopes to see him again soon. We will definitely be returning. 5 stars.

If somebody asks you not to bag their stuff, just chill and dont do it. There may be a reason they are asking. Even if the cashier is mentally slow, or whatever the issue is, you need to be able to follow simple instructions. I dont want to use 11 bags for 20 items. i use about 3. and I recycle them, and re-use them. Next time I come through, and I ask you not to bag... I will not be nice about it if I am ignored. I am a super nice dude, I dont mind being asked 4 times, I get it... its your job. But dont just ignore me and do it anyway.

Found everything I needed. Heads up, you must absolutely get a sub sandwich from there. They beat the brakes off of all the national chains that are supposed to do ONLY sub sandwiches. Delicious, fresh, sub-stantial, economical and FILLING!! You will never have to beat yourself up about spending a kings ransom on a commercially built chain sandwich. They dont need Tom Brady or Stephan Curry to hype them up. They stand on their own merit. Well job, Publix!

Some of the friendliest faces in town. Great customer service at the self checkout (Justin) as well as in the deli(Matt). Ive never been so educated on my purchases! Pri especially are a bit higher than other stores but Id pay for the smile everyday! Thanks to all the staff. Youve gained a loyal customer. Really wish they had a loyalty program tho (:

I needed last minute subs for a work event on a busy Friday. Two local sub shops couldn’t do the large order on such short notice so I tried Publix. Heather in the deli was so accommodating, friendly and quick to get my large, last minute order done. Greatly appreciated.

Publix is awesome. The employees go out of their way to be helpful. The quality of the produce and salmon are top notch. This is by far the best place to buy groceries.

I want to thank the young man that helped me take my groceries out the other day! Donovan went above and beyond the call of duty! I love Publix as it is, but the other day I had my baby in my carrier and a full shopping cart. I also had to grab fountain drinks I ordered from the deli. Donovan was so kind and patient and even helped me get straws for my drinks since my hands were full! I am so grateful for Publix and their amazing employees!

Did a order ahead sandwich. After waiting 25 minutes past my order time they still had not made my sandwich. Proceeded to then make it wrong, and then never even so much as an apology. Worst customer service I have received in a long time. If you are looking for a quick spot to pick up lunch on your work break dont bother coming here. You will be left with NO TIME to actually eat.

SANDWHICHES OMG SANDWHICHES. Here the sandwhiches are my saving grace the days I forget my lunch. working just down the road is awesome cause I can just go grab a sammy. The deli and hot bar always smell really good. its not the best parking lot wise the entrance needs some work but its not terrible. mooresville walmart is way worse.

Rounding up the sushi people to help with the heart shaped combo, creating a beautiful bouquet out of the $4 bouquet of carnations I had picked out for the clearance polar bear vase, trying to call another store for me if the sushi people weren’t around at the time of my visit. For those few people who rated the store down to one ⭐️, what are you saying to hundreds of people who found great satisfaction when they visit this store? No answers needed but if you applied for jobs you’re not automatically qualify to work there, every one has a moment, a day in life that we don’t have total control over. If you were not satisfied on your 1st visit, at least give it another try instead of tearing down the store credibility.This is a msg for those who exist to destroy rather than construct.✌️✌️✌️

This is one of my favorite publix to shop at until checkout today.My cashier Mike was very rude. He might need more training in customer service. His attitude sucks and he needs to learn how to communicate with customers. He tapped on my wine bottle as if to ask for my ID and then just stared at me like Im suppose to respond to his tap on a bottle. I told him I didnt hear him ask for my ID and that that is not how I communicate.

This is your basic supermarket in the LKN area. They have more selection of the basic comfort foods...for example their cookies section is multiple times more impressive than Harris Teeter right across the street. (I wish we had these two stories in NYC Manhattan mind you)! I also find slightly cheaper prices than H-T but the store staff is a bit less friendly and more importantly I hate to say it..but more people in H-T seem to understand mask wearing in public is key right now. So Publix loses a gold star in my rating for not being strict enough in enforcement of its own safety policies in this pandemic.

Looked at Publix for Gluten Free bagels... carry Udis, pricey. But thats standard these days. Tried their QUINOA salad.... peanuts, soy beans, spinach, craisins in lime juice bare. YUNMY! WILL BUY AGAIN

Great staff! Great prices! What else could you want. We literally drive past the Harris Teeter down the road and an extra 5-10 minutes to go here and shop. The meat and the produce departments are clean and the product has been high quality.Publix also has a warm food station and a deli sandwich station. Will edit review after Ive tried it.

My favorite grocery store in the area. Premade food is excellent, produce is solid (though nothing beats the local farmers market), and they have everything I need. Excellent check-out clerks and a good number of self checkout stations if Im really in a rush

I always enjoy shopping at Publix and this location does not disappoint.I usually get a sub sandwich from their deli...time & time again the sandwich’s are spot-on. Yes, they are a little more expensive then Subway but their quality is superior. How can you go wrong with Boar’s Head meat? Make sure you get some spicy mustard on your sandwich...you won’t be disappointed.

Recently went through the Cornelius publix. The staff all seemed fairly happy and eager to help. I went about my business until I went to checkout. Publix employee Nathan did an outstanding job helping me with my checkout and was a great person to chat with along the checkout process.

Worse place ever to shop. I went to the bakery to order a wedding cake, and I asked for the book and the lady said I don’t know. Everything is very pricey over there, and the checkout lines are long.

Great staff and great store! The pre-made food selections are incredible. I love the organic sections as well. I always thought Publix was a little pricier than other stores, but they are usually pretty competitive.

Some people just describe themselves as haters. This publik is in my neighborhood, I am there almost every day, Ive never seen more than 3 people waiting on the check out line. Self check out is also available and if you want to check out at the customer service booth, they will be gladly willing to help you . Compare to Walmart, yes the price maybe different in some Items because theres not a Walmart close by but other than that this is always a great place for grocery shopping and people are always nice and courteous.

Ask for Chris in the floral department. I asked him to make bouquet for me with autumn jewel tones and he arranged the most prettiest bouquet I ever seen from a grocery store! 1 day notice for thanksgvg...Amazing!

Beyond expectations! Helped me with flowers, balloons, pastry, cards and steaks for a birthday party. Everything went fantastic, even when I was early for pickup, they were ready. TY Publix, Ill be back.

THE BEST SUSHI IN CHARLOTTE AREA - this is a big claim. But the gentlemen who works there during the week makes the best sushi that I have had in all of Charlotte ( and I have had alot ) He will gladly custom make any roll you ask for on the spot. 10/10

I applied this store 3times, then I went to see manager she says I will give you a call within 2weeks, if I dont call she said come to see me. After 2weeks I went to see her and she never show up. I am Muslim women, they are racist thats why never call me.

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Usually come here to eat lunch and never have to wait in lines. The only reason I am not giving five stars is once in awhile they are out of some food during lunch.

Picked up a cupcake cake that was supposed to be in the shape of the symbol and all they did was put cupcakes together and draw the symbol up there. Had no choice but to take it since the party was in a hour.
