I LOVE this place. I bought a Heritage here after taking riding classes. It has been an A-1 experience from the get go. EVERYONE who works here treats you like family. I initially wanted to buy an Indian, but after taking classes from excellent teacher MARK and learning on a Harley, I thought I would give it a shot. JUSTIN has been my follow up contact person for sales, but I have dealt with many along the way. The girls are ALWAYS super nice, informative, and helpful. Justin is knowledgeable, not pushy, and helped me get into the bike I wanted. There was no up-selling or pressure. They hold a lot of events, in which I just attended the car and motorcycle show on Fathers Day weekend. I am extremely glad I purchased a Harley and I am so glad it was from here. In the service department, Landon, Daniel and Jimmy have taken very good care of my bike and restored my faith in the customer service of Harley. After dealing with other dealerships who have misquoted prices, not helped me on a recent recall and even been condescending because Im a girl or because of the bike I ride, the guys at AEHD have treated me very well AND in a timely manner. Yes, I ride a Street 750 and yes, she does have over 34,000 miles on her! These guys are keeping us out there racking up more miles!

I visited the Harley shop with out of state family visiting. I am not well versed on Harley shops. It did seem all customers inside & out were enjoying the store. There were picnic tables outside being enjoyed.

I took there ride safety class and would not recommend first day was PowerPoints instructor just sat there while we read off the slides and that was the first day. Second day was riding he wanted us the earlier and didn’t give us a choice from the original scheduled time we had to be in our bikes at 6:30am . Then in terms of break we were in all our gear in the hot sun till about noon I requested a sooner break cause I was dehydrated and he refused and told me to get back on my bike. Then a few hours later we got a break and it was for 5 seconds and had to continue back up. According to osha safety they recommend you need to have at least a 15 min break if in the hot sun in the shade . I would not recommend this class to anyone for your safety and being all self taught when I have never rode a bike before .

Dealership General Sales Manager Sonic was completely disrespectful. Would not let me speak and when I had a chance to speak he would talk over me. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bad service from start to finish.

There was no one in the showroom but me. They didnt even say or even try to help.

Just wanted to give kudos to the staff who’ve helped me out over the last few months. It’s been hard for me as a new rider to find a bike that fits me and that I feel confident on. I purchased my first bike a few months ago but wasn’t feeling it so I traded it in for something smaller. That decision caused me to have a hard time with my confidence but everyone involved in that process was very sensitive and understanding to my situation. Thanks to Juice, Michael, and a few other willing-to-help team members I left with a new (to me) bike. Juice even followed up a few days later (which may be his routine anyway) to see how I was getting along with my Superlow. Just all around great customer service.

Walked into AEHD and spoke with Juice! If you want a great bike and not sure what fits you best come see him. As a new bike owner I did not know what to expect or how I would get my first bike but Juice and crew heard my concerns and got me where I needed to be with an awesome bike! No one had masks, not even the workers. One worker even told my husband to take his mask off cause he couldnt understand him with that thing one. One a good note though it was not crowded, but keeping 6 feet without masks was not a thing here and it made me feel unsafe. I left as soon as the shark of a sell man left us alone.

Cant even begin to tell how very disappointed i am with several things. Danny Watkins, my salesman was & has been great. Everything else has been a disaster.The bike has been in the shop, oh ive lost count, i think 10 or 11 times in the 1 year Ive owned it? Yep, everything from check engine lights, speed sensors, speedo off by as much as 8 mph, oil leaks, and finally a rear cylinder head. Thats right, a $28,000 brand new motorcycle and already have had the rear cylinder completely torn down 4 times!!And its back in service department for another oil leak on same cylinder. Tech attempted to repair, went for test ride, still leaking!!!!Did I also mention that I came off a perfectly good, low mileage, PAID FOR, competitors bike with 70,000 miles that had NEVER been in the shop not one time. As a matter of fact, i owned 3 of those bikes and all 3 havent been in the shop this much.I also have owned several enduro bikes. Same with them. Not a one in the shop. Speaks volumes for HD doesnt it? And this is my first ever Hardley Davidson.....AND LAST!!!!So Im not so sure about service department be capable to repair anything at this point. I guess my plan right now is to keep repairing it until extended warranty runs out and dump that SOB like a rock and go back to a more trusted motorcycle company.This post is not so much to bash AEHD because theyve tried working/repairing all issues, but one would think that they could get a handle on this machine. But apparently they cannot. So I believe its time for HD to step in and handle this at this point.

My husband and I just got our motorcycle endorsement in Lewisville and pulled in to American Eagle honestly just looking for helmets. But we got an awesome experience and what a fantastic sales team!(Jego?) Dont quote me on spelling of his name but was a superior salesman!!!! I knew exactly what I wanted. I called the sales dept and Chris answered. I explained that i was in Utah and wanted to know more about the used Road Glide. He helped me by sending lots of great pictures within 15 minutes. I sent my brother, who lives in Grapevine over to take a look. Chris insisted he take it for a test ride. Very smart. My brother has owned several harleys so he knows what to look for. We settled on a great price, that I was happy with and David in finance made it happen. I ended up going with Harley Davidson financing because they beat my credit union rates. Thanks to everyone.

Pretty happy overall with my purchase experience. Sales rep was attentive and courteous. The sale price of my Ultra Classic was fair. The available accessories and parts were satisfactory for my needs. Keep an eye on all the lines in finance with your paperwork, and ask all the questions you need to before making any commitments. Make sure you know what every additional $ line is for, and do you have to have it. Warranty is a smart investment, particularly the wheel and tire warranty. Thats it for my tips. Safe riding!

My closes Harley dealer is Sherman tx . (30) mins away . I drive 1 and a half hours to get to American Eagle . Why would I go to all this trouble ? Service after the sale . The bikes might be the same but American Eagles service and my hero Dannobody else can compare. Cheaper and better . They always take care of my warranty issues . I dont have to argue . Dan always takes care of me . This veteran is 100 % device connected disabled and my check is fairly small . But Dan with American Eagle makes sure my bike is combat ready . Thank you guys

We went to American Eagle Harley-Davidson to watch our kiddo perform during an event. The staff and patrons were wonderful. The store manager saw we were watching the show and talked with my hubby for a bit. He made us feel welcome and appreciated for being there. It was a great event. I hope they do it again. And if we ever need a motorcycle this will be out first stop!

One of my favorite dealerships! Staff is friendly and there’s a wide selection of bikes and clothing. Hannah helped me pick out a mesh jacket today (these temps in Texas are no joke, y’all!) and she was very knowledgeable (and hilarious). They always have lots of Saturday events and shenanigans too. Really a nice place to buy a bike . They have clothing for bikers . Parts, accessories accessory a shop . They sale new and used bikes . Usually on the weekends they have a live band outside and refreshments that goes to charities. Friendly staff and clean store . Lots of people get together here on weekend . Up date Had a great day at corinth, got some shirts and some accessories, my brother got his bike serviced, we listened to the night prowler : Ac- DC tribute band . Got our photo taken . We stopped at a music store after leaving and someone took my corinth harley shirt out of my side bags . But thats okay maybe they needed it more than I did . Im not even mad because I had a great time at corinth harley . Now they have the 5 stars . Just a great day even though someone at music store got my shirt. Thanks for the awesome day corinth eagle

Bought my first HD here from Rhonda. She was awesome and took care of us.

I purchased a 2007 HD Electra glide and was informed based on my questions and a few shotty photos from the dealer. No pics were close up except for 2 because I asked if there were any dents or rust and only 2 showed up, so I trusted them. I felt I was getting a reasonable deal. Hence my credit was not the best and I believe I was treated unfairly because of that. They figured it would be hard to get one somewhere else?, couldnt tell you. When I received the bike I had to go to PA from MD(2hrs) to pick it up because it would be an additional week til delivery as it has already been 4 weeks which I realized that. When I got there I saw the bike, inspected it and was amazed of how dirty it was. It was definitely just wiped down with no pride of selling a HD. Pretty much the customer was sight unseen, 1000 miles away, we will never see him again kind of issue. Even my 2 friends that drove up with me said Man that is pretty dirty for what you paid. Even inside the saddlebags were a washer, rusty bolt and a nut, from where who knows. Handlebars moved forward and back- had to tighten at delivery, Saddlebag was loose, Hwy Peg slipped down as I rode home, brake lights did not work when I applied lever and foot brake(answer from dealer)..I dont know, and at 65 mph the entire bike wobbled side to side....Scary as S*@t!!So....you tell me, would you be satisfied?
