Amazing Customer Service. I pulled into this location 8 minutes before they closed, with my low pressure tire light on, and as TJ was airing up my tires he noticed a nail was the culprit. On this specific day, I was on my way to downtown Dallas to attend a theater production. TJ could have easily had the Not my problem attitude, but he kindly and graciously told me hed repair my tire. Not only did he save me from missing my show but he had me back on the road in under 30 minutes so I wasnt even late. Its employees and customer service like this that will keep me coming back to this location! Thank you so much!

Took my car to this location needing one of my tires repaired and all tires rotated. We were advised that the tire that was flat was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced, they actually stated they would be putting a new tire on in its place. We were also advised that the other tires were wore and needed to be replaced. Let them know we would not be purchasing new tires at that moment. After this conversation they had us wait over 2 hours for them to plug the tire that we were told was damaged and needed to be replaced. Am I now driving on a dangerous tire? After a 2nd opinion we find that the tread was not wore down enough on any of the tires justifying replacement. AND they did not rotate my tires as requested. All of my tires were purchased new from Discount Tire less than 3 years ago with the roadside certificate for each. I have been a customer of Discount Tire for years but I wont buy tires from them again. If you turn down the new tire purchase (whether you need them or not) when you go in for repair or rotation they dont want anything else to do with you.

I went to Discount Tire in Corinth as I was headed to Hickory Creek and had a low tire alert. While I was there, I mentioned about a month ago I had one of the TPMS sensors replaced at the Discount Tire in Lewisville and asked if they could check the other three. It turned out another sensor needed replacing so I gave the go ahead to have the remaining 3 sensors replaced. This was done very timely as well as having the tire pressure checked on all tires. The tire alert went away a short time later as it is supposed to do after the TPMS sensors are replaced.However, a little later a new low tire alert returned. I was still in the Corinth area and drove back to Discount Tire to the area where they do free air checks. It was there from a different technician that I discovered 3 of my tires were very over inflated and a 4th tire slightly over inflated. I was also missing one valve stem cap. The air pressure was adjusted to the correct level and the missing valve stem was replaced.What disappoints me and is worrisome, is the first time I was there just a couple hours before, whoever worked on my car, way over inflated 3 of my tires and failed to put on all 4 valve stem caps. Putting the correct amount of tire pressure in a tire is a matter of safety and neglecting to put the valve stem caps back on is just lazy, in my opinion.It was quickly fixed and for free but it was an inconvenience for me to have to return for this. Also, on a side note, I go to Discount Tire to have routine air checks and every time I go I end up getting home with one or more valve stem cap missing. This has happened at the Lewisville location but most often at the Corinth store. It might seem like a minor thing but on the other hand, how hard is it to notice for the folks working there who check the air to put the correct amount of air in the tires and always put the valve stem caps back on? In the future if going there for air checks, I will do their job for them and remind them to make sure to please put all the valve stem caps back on, as this is a recurring oversight on their part.

I have utilized Discount Tire stores throughout North Texas...I came to this store to order a wheel and tire for use as a spare on a motorhome. They located the wheel and had the tire in stock.

Had a tire got puncherd on the autobahn direction Denton. Stopped at Discount tire Corinth where they inspected and deemed the tire was not repairable. After talking with David the sales agent, was given the advice on a set of 4 Michelen Tires with a super discount including mounting and balance. Because the car is Awd replacing 1 tire with Awd would not have the same geometry. After driving away. I completely agree, best move Ive made with my Audi. I had a flat! They fixed for free! I really appreciate that from a business that gives back a little. Its a very effective way to create brand loyalty! Its also create relationship for later on. Service was prompt although they were busy. All safety measures were in place as far as distancing with an option to wait outside on some chairs.

Great service from Dalton and Team, went in for tire balancing and I was out in 40 min.

They broke the tire pressure monitoring system on my car. They refused to fix it, but begrudgingly did something, but it never worked. They claimed all 4 batteries died at the same time. Took to an actual certified mechanic for my car brand (honda) to discover its missing a kit. The connector should be metal (they had plastic something). Im having to pay to have my tire pressure monitoring system rebuilt bc discount tire destroyed it.

Well I would typically not have much to say. Decent pricing, fairly quick service and free rotate and balance. Now here is my issue. Its always about selling me new tires and pushing even when tread depth is still acceptable. They almost never get my wheel balance right the 1st time. 2 different vehicles also. I have had my car in 2 times after the original rotate and balance and they of course never check them 1st just say they rebalanced them and I am good to go. I explain each time the history. So after all this I decided it must be something else wrong with my car.....I take it to the Honda dealership completely expecting the worst most expensive response from them. Guess what, exactly as I thought Discount Tire had not balanced my tires as they had said the 3 times before. Honda charged me $53 for this!!! Not to mention all my time I have spent chasing my tail on this due to the incompetence of Discount Tire.I believe this will be the end for this 25+ years customer. Cheap prices only get you so far now days.I called and spoke to someone and asked if they log the tech who does each service. Answer is NO, I then explained why calling and gave the benefit of the doubt as to maybe machine issue... Of course this route was quickly taken and a short but dishonest apology followed. I have caught them several times doing shady things all in the name of selling me a new tire or tires. All a bunch of B.S.

We were traveling from Colorado to Texas, and the drive did not feel “right”. We decided to go to Discount Tires when we arrived in Corinth, TX, near where we were staying, to get the tires rotated and balanced. Our vehicle got in quickly, but while rotating the tires, it was found one of the snow tires was marginal. As the store did not carry snow tires, I decided to wait until we returned to Colorado to replace the worn tire. The mechanic had concerns with my decision, and voiced them to come up with a solution to get us home safely. The tread actually started to separate, and we could have had a serious accident. A new all weather tire later, we were able to make the trip back safely, as we ran into snow the last seventy miles of our trip.Discount Tires has been our store of choice since the 1990’s. The reason for that is the terrific customer service I have always received. Back in Colorado, I have an appointment to have new snow tires mounted on my car. I sincerely thank the people of Discount Tires in Corinth TX for caring for our safety above all else. You are the very best. Your customers are very lucky to have you.

Now, its very cool that Discount tire will fix a tire for free when it has a nail stuck in it. For that alone, you get four stars. However, 2 hours and 10 minutes, on a rainy day, to get one nail out of one tire is a touch much. Outside of that, very professional service, accommodating waiting area, and it looked like everybody was hustling. Well played.

Ever wonder if you can trust the dealer to rotate your tires? Well I bought a new car a few months ago. First oil change and tire rotation complimentary from the dealer. Took it in last week. I always number my tires with a silver sharpie so I can keep up with the rotations. The dealer said they rotated them & gave me a document saying so. Got back to work, nope, not rotated. I am never a fan of putting tires on our cars BUT when its needed I will always come here. My appointment was at 9am. They were busy and almost every day was full. They took care of me quickly and I was leaving within 40 min. Every appointment has been that way weither its a nail in a tire or a rotation/balance. Just what I need when my work schedule is packed.

My wife came today near closing. One tire had a nail and was down to 14 psi. Several employees, including the manager, refused to put air in the tire because it was below 15 psi. So, to this location, they believe it is safer to drive a flatter tire with a nail in it and go to another place to get air rather than give you a safe amount of air to take it to somewhere else that will deal with it. So we did, we fought rush hour traffic, with 14 psi, rather than this location giving us a few more pounds of air. They were too late in the day to put on a new tire, and yet they refused several times to give us enough air to get through the night. Somehow, to Discount Tire, it is safer to drive overnight with 14 psi and lessening, than to give us 30 psi.

Took 30 minutes for a free tire check. The poor guy working there had a duly truck in front of me and it took 20 minutes to do that. Perhaps the equipment was not working correctly or it was a new guy. They are normally pretty quick on the air checks.

I have been to a lot of different discount locations and have had fantastic experiences. I have been using them for over 12 years now. Loved their service loved their policies and everything that went along with it. When it got a little cold, naturally my tires deflated a little bit so my sensors went off. So I needed to get a little air. Without any surprise, so did a lot of other people. So I was being patient, and no problem in waiting. I even got out of my truck and took off the tire stems for it to make it easier and faster. But come to find out the whole reason why it was taking so long, it seems like it was this kids opportunity to try to sell more tires. He tried to tell me that my tread level was too shallow, even though I just purchased these tires not even 3 months prior. That is some dirty tactics in some real BS. I really hope other people are not falling for this period

I had my 20 wheels with oversized tires balanced and rotated. The tires were just purchased through a box store (hint - W) but the balance was way off. I told Justin about the shudder while driving 65-75 mph. He told me how far off my current balance was, which I suspected based on the intensity of the shudder. I was told an hour but they were done in 15 minutes. The shudder is gone and I am loving it. I love that you can watch them work on your vehicle through the picture window. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Discount Tire.

Took my truck in for them to repair a tire with a nail in it and rotate the rest and was met with a packed house. The tech assured me it would only take a couple of hours. Sure enough they sent a text in an about an 1.5 hrs. Andrew was extremely professional and the price was more than reasonable. Hate their policy does not allow you to pay over the phone and pick up after hours with a second set of keys.

Quick service. Good price. Easy in/out with an appointment. Ill be back next time I need tire rotation or new tires.

You try and avoid all you can but there is always something out there waiting for you. Your tires are always under attack when driving in DFW. Good thing Discount Tire is around. I just bought my new car and I wake up to find I have a flat and the dealership does not have any until Monday. I call Discount Tire and same thing none in stock. I drive over to see if they can patch it. I wait a few minutes and they drive it in and check the tire. I get the good news, THEY CAN! Good thing they were able to patch it cause driving on a spare tire is not very safe on these roads. Hats off to the guys at Discount Tire guys. My back tires needed to be replaced ASAP. I couldn’t wait even a day... my tires of course were special order tires. After explains that one tires had lots of wire showing and was busting through and I have 4 kids... they put me on hold. They retrieved 2 tires for me TODAY!! Thanks discount tire. Best price on tired Ive found. Gotta watch them mount the tires though and tell them to start threading lug nuts by hand or they will do it with the drill and cross thread them. Always check them after they are done to make sure they tighten them up. Once out of maybe 10 times Ive bought tires they didnt tight my locking lug nut and it gone by the time I got home. Other nine times they did good though! I dont buy tires anywhere else because of the certs Ive had many tires fixed and some even replaced for free. I always get some credit on my old tires when I buy new ones too!

Brought my sons Jeep Cherokee in to have a flat fixed. Through this teams extra efforts we avoided a future flat when they inspected all four tires. Great team - excellent communication - Superior Fast Service. Will be back for all of tire needs in the future.

My wife and I have been customers of this store for years. A couple years ago we spent close to 6k for new rims for both our vehicles. Well this morning I had a flat on one of my tires so I stopped in to see if they had a used tire. They did not so the rep. tried to sell me new tires as the tread on my current tires is low which I was well aware of. I told the rep. I wasnt interested in new tires this morning I just needed to get the tire fixed or a used tire. The rep. continued to try and sell me on new tires. I once again told him I wasnt interested and asked if they could just air my up. I had already put fix a flat in the tire so I was confident I could make it to another tire shop that I knew would have a used tire. The rep. told me he couldnt even give me air. Well needless to say they have lost our business forever and I will make sure to spread the word. Its amazing that they are willing to lose a long term customer over something as simple as air.

Used Discount Tires online site to order tires and set appointment. The Corinth location called to confirm appointment time and let me know my tires were in. When I came in they were waiting for me, greeted me personally and had me out in less than 30 minutes. Great service!!!

These guys are great! My first time at this location. True professionals, courteous and FAST. I called ahead and talked with Eric; asked him if they were real busy. He told me there were four cars ahead of me...maybe a 30-45 minute wait. Told him I was on the way with a screw in each of my left (drivers side) tires. Got there and Benjamin White took care of me in less than 5 minutes. Thirty or 40 minutes later, my car was done! Told me honestly that I might be due for tires in about 10,000 miles. Depth was measured at 6 or 7/32 and at the mid-range of their chart. Guess where I will CONTINUE doing my tire business. If theres any doubt--DISCOUNT TIRE!!! Thank you Benjamin and Eric. After more than 25 years of my doing business with your company, you are still making it the best!!!

The new Discount Tire in Corinth I dont know what their problem is I know I dont have a new vehicle but I pulled in there this morning to get a nail fixed in my tire after being there for over an hour my truck was in the shop for quite a while the kid came and told me that my tires were 10 years old by the DOT number which I work at a shop I want to work put my truck on a lift family. Number come to find out my tires were only two years old they were brand new in 2018 the 22nd week so are they just trying to sell me tires or they dont know what theyre doing I was very upset

Been here 4 or 5 times with 2 different vehicles and have had good service every time. Fair prices and helpful staff. Work appears to be done correctly. I’m happy with this location.

July 27, 2019:Today, I went down to Discount Tire, as I have a defective tire which was discovered when I had my vehicle aligned at another facility. The tire that I have on the vehicle has been discontinued, but this facility here did not tell me that. I found that out by contacting another location. They told me that they would have to contact Goodyear, which is the manufacturer of my tire, to find out about inventory and if they are able to order it. If not, they would have to find a substitute tire. The person that I talked to said that he had access to Goodyears inventory, and that they did not show stock. So that would necessitate a call the following Monday.Well I decided to contact some stores locally, and I found one store who did not have it, but they were willing to call other stores and after about half a dozen phone calls, found a store in Austin that has the tire that I need and are in the process of shipping it. I thought that was really good. I was just disappointed that this store here was not willing to do that. At least now I am able to get something started today, Saturday, instead of having to wait until Monday before they would have made calls.In the past, this store used to go a little above and beyond, but now Ive noticed a little bit of a difference to the negative, which is disappointing. This store could have called other stores until they found the store in Austin that has the tire and they could have ordered it But since they were not willing to do that, I am now dealing with a store few miles up the road. So now Im going to give this other store a 5-star rating and I did have a 5-star rating on this store previously, but Ive knocked it down to three stars.It literally only took this other store about 15 minutes on the phone for them to find another store that had the tire. That could have easily been done at this location, but they did not want to put forth the effort to do that for me. I have three vehicles and all tires are from Discount Tire. I do not have to go to Discount Tire...I do that freely. But Im seriously reconsidering going back to this location for any tires. I do come here regularly to get my air check and tires rotated, but as far as getting new tires I will probably be going to this other location, since they are willing to put more effort. When I get my tires checked, sometimes the caps are not on as tight as they should be. I have mentioned that a few times and I will make that a regular request.So if you get your tires checked, which they do for free, just be sure to specify that you want to make sure the caps are on very tight or else they will come off, as mine have in the past.July 30, 2019:They were supposed to get in contact with me, advising me of the status of reordering the tire. That return phone call never took place. For this, I will deduct a star. Not good customer service. I can mention names as to who I talked to, but I will refrain for now

I would suggest making an appointment if you can, get you in and out quicker, Ive had to go there with a flat a few times and they still got me in and out pretty quickly.

If I could give a negative number, I would.On the same day, they refused to rotate tires for my mom, saying they were worn out and needed to be replaced.8 hours late, same car, Dad goes in and asks for rotation, no details given. No problem. No attempt to bamboozle him about a need for new tires. Apparently, the tires are fine as long as a man is driving.We have wasted thousands of dollars there, believing they were trustworthy. No more.

This place was alright and the people are nice. The only problem I ran into last year was the boy (obviously new) who rotated my tires said I had wheel locks on that he couldn’t get off and was going to break them off and I’d have to buy new ones (his co-worker came up and said no they wouldn’t because I don’t have any wheel locks on. So when I left my car drove un-even so I went back for them to figure it out. They checked my tires to make sure they were on. I left and it still drove un-even, so I get out to look at it and one of the tires aren’t on the rim so I went back to tell them what the problem was and they fixed it.

Just wanted to say Thank you. Yesterday i had a tire that would not make the 100 mile more drive i had left to get home to my family that relies on me and i was in a tight spot and needed help. They went above and beyond to help me and i was safely able to get home and back to my job 2 hours from home today. Without yall i would be without a car and probably my job today. Thank you. As soon as i get enough money saved up Im coming to replace my other 3 tires so i can feel more confident on the road. My family will be doing business with you for as long as we live near a discount tire.
