The experience could not have been better. Kevin is a great guy and great at what he does. He was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. He installed a TV and 7.1 surround sound system and it looks and sounds great!! Can’t recommend him enough and will use him for any future projects!!

Been a customer for almost 8 years. Kevin is extremely responsive to all our tech issues. Recently, I experienced a receiver system anomaly. He attempted to troubleshoot via telephone. Unbeknownst to me a I/O cable had backed out during routine exhaust fan cleaning and interrupted “Zone2” music. Kevin availed himself, in-line with our schedule, with a new replacement receiver - at his initial cost - and payed us a house call. He found the issue within minutes (didn’t I feel stupid) and corrected the cable mis-alignment. Since he had installed all of our home entertainment system he was uniquely familiar with our needs as well as troubleshooting any issues. He is awesome resource for all your A/V Tech needs.-Toto

Kevin designed and installed our AV system years ago. He has always been eager to help train and troubleshoot in the few cases where we needed post sale and installation support. Most recently he helped me troubleshoot over the phone and determine a Spectrum technician had disconnected some of our cables when changing out a set top box. Kevin was patient with me and systematically walked me through the diagnosis and then how to properly reconnect the cables on the cable box, Apple TV and receiver. Great experience(s) with Kevin at Wired 4 Sound. We’ve used him several times since our initial media, living and patio upgrades in 2014. Wired 4 Sound recently did some more upgrades at our ranch house in Montague county and of course everything was great. Friends and family that we’ve referred to Kevin have also been very happy.

Kevin set up the speakers and surround sound in our living room. He did great work! I have already recommended him to a couple of our friends!!!

We had our outdated and poorly installed system replaced by this company, today. He was polite, friendly and informative. His disruption to business was minimal. The equipment is high quality. And installation was a great value. He took special care to ensure we knew how to use the system. And he did an excellent job of cleaning up after himself.The only issue we had was an IT problem on our end, regarding remote access, completely out of his control.

Ive yet to find someone whos more knowledgeable or affordable, and who takes more pride in their work. Trust me, this is the guy you want helping you with your A/V needs. He treats your house like it were his own.

After setting an appointment, I showed him what we were looking to do and he took a very consultative approach on letting us know the options we had to accomplish our goals. Kevin was very efficient and super-knowledgeable. The work he did was impeccable and we couldnt be happier. Many contractors are messy and give you the feeling that they dont care about your home and are just looking to get the job done and leave. Kevin installed our equipment and took the time to train everyone in my family on the new technology, and I think he left the house cleaner than when he arrived. We bought a new home with a media room. Based upon glowing recommendations from our daughter and son-in-law, we hired Wired 4 Sound & Video, LLC to install audio/video equipment not only in our media room but throughout the home and covered patio. Kevin Smith is the owner of Wired 4 Sound and the only party with whom we dealt with throughout the planning and installation of the equipment. Mr. Smith’s knowledge and experience were valuable during the planning stages as he recommended equipment suitable for the project, with an eye toward minimizing costs, without minimizing quality. The installation included a 110 inch bordered screen, a projector, Sonos-Connect AMP, mounts for large screen television in another room, gigabit switches, wireless access points, universal programmable remotes, several a/v receivers, and numerous in-wall and in-ceiling speakers. Wired 4 Sound’s expertise furnished us with the latest in state-of-the-art technology, at a price point which we considered quite reasonable.The installation was very professional and took most of four days time. What we were most pleased about was the fact that the speakers were fairly invisible and blended into the ceilings and walls, rather than speaker mounts on walls and ceilings that while effective are not especially appealing to the eye.We cannot recommend Wired 4 Sound highly enough, not only for their planning and installation but for their post-installation service. On two different occasions, we have trouble with our video and Mr. Smith immediately addressed the situations without charge, even though the problems were solely attributable to DirecTV. On yet two other occasions, we installed additional devices and Mr. Smith came by, again with no charge, and programmed the new devices into the universal remotes.We have no connection, family or otherwise to Kevin Smith/Wired 4 Sound other than as extremely pleased customers. In our opinion, you can not go wrong hiring Wired 4 Sound, LLC.

Great work and advice, save money on hiring an electrician because this he will do it better. Hes a no BS kinda guy, takes care of his customers.
