People were nice. Thats about the only good thing I have to say. As we were trying to get home, we kept losing air in a tire because we picked up a nail or screw. Called and was told about a 20 minute wait. We get there and told about an hour. So we wait.... Almost 2 hours later its done. We head back to the interstate to continue going home. The sensors finally read as it takes a few minutes after you start driving, only to see the tire is sitting at 15 psi. We pull over to add air, thankfully we carry a pump, and fill it up. Notice the valve cap is also missing. Call the store only to hear I dont know they always check that stuff.... Guess not always. We just kept going home. At this point too tired to want to go back and fight with them.

Driving through Ga and happen to get a flat. Ended up near Cordele and the people at Mavis helped me to get a new tire quick and get back on my trip. On top of that, they noticed it was an easy patch repair instead of a new tire and did that instead saving me time and money. Staff was great and helpful

The cover on the undercarriage of my car came loose on I-75 2 hours into my 6 hour road trip. Stopped at O’Reilly auto parts in Vienna and they recommended I go to Mavis Tire in Cordele. They welcomed me, pulled my car in to check it within 15 minutes of my arrival. They bolted it all back in place, no charge! I was back on the road within 35 minutes! Great service! After experiencing a flat while out of town, all of the tire stores were closed, so we rode back (very carefully) on the spare. Mavis saved the day on a Sunday morning. They provided details on my former tire and why the blow out occured. The gentleman was very helpful, very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease in a not so great situation. Mack is a rockstar!

Awesome stock, i normally have to order tires online but they had them in stock! But i was told it was going to take maybe an hour and it took 3, other than that, guys were very understanding, very customer oriented! Id love to do business with them again!

They were very efficient with getting me in and out for an oil change and front alignment! They didn’t try to over charge me. They helped me discover issues I didn’t know I had with my vehicle. Great staff great work great place!

Had a flat tie issue. They looked at it and said it could be patched. They did not try to rip me off! Could not have been nicer. It took some time as they took care of paying customers first, but that is understandable. When done, they told me it was on the house! Hard to do better than that!!

I have been a long time customer of this location. Last night, I got a warning on my car that one of the tires had about half the pressure that it should. I took the car to Mavis this morning to determine the problem. Even though the car had tires not bought at Mavis, because I just purchased the car a year ago, they repaired the tire (small nail hole) and did not charge me. Their staff was efficient and very friendly. I appreciate their great service today!

Amazing service and super helpful technicians! Not only were we able to get my 2017 Jeep Renegade repaired quickly and very affordable, but the technicians working on my car gave us very good advice for preventing the issue from happening again. No one lies getting their car repaired, but if you must, this Mavis location is your must!

Ive used Mavis since we moved to Cordele (since it was Kaufmans) and have always had good service. Recently had some brake work done and they really went above and beyond. Great place.

Made appointment online around 3 AM. Was at Mavis early. The manager got my car right in and though I was only expecting to replace 2 brakes, it needed all 4. The manager worked within my budget and got me safely back on the road in no time. The entire staff was great. It leaves me to wonder where persons who posted the negative reviews had gone. Though Im inclined to take those who spend time writing a review seriously, my experience in Cordele was very good. I will be going back.

My tired was at 12psi when I got in it after work. Mavis was packed so I left the car. That was about an hour before they closed. They opened at 9 this morning and I got a call about 9:40 that said my car was ready and that it had a screw in the tire. I asked how much and they only asked that I left a Google review for them. So here it is! 5 starts for great service and not trying to sell me something I didnt need! Most places try to upsell and they just fixed my problem. Such a relief for that too!

I cant say enough how much we appreciate Mavis Tire and Brakes in Cordele! We ran over a very large nail or bolt on I-75, scary scenario, but our tire was ruined. They were the closest to get it fixed. We pulled in and not only did they come out to help us but we were in and out of the door in 30 minutes with a brand new high quality tire. If i could leave no stars i would. Took my daughters car up there to have all new tires put on. I walked in and the first thing out of the techs mouth was huh not today. Got a call on the second day saying her car battery was dead. I asked could the jump it off, and they said they left their jumper cables at home. I asked could one of the tech take the battery out of the car and chrage it inside. His respinse was that the tech did not want to. What happen to decent customer service. Pathetic!!!!!!!

Needed an oil change and tire rotation for my wifes van. Called at 2:30 and was told they were backed up a couple hours (thanks for being honest!! Most places would have had me come in and just wait). As a way to save me some wait time, he suggested I come by in the morning. Worked out perfect!!! Crew was attentive and VERY careful to not soil my wifes van!! Well be using you again. Im new to the area and all my friends told me this was the place to go. I can see why!!!
