I always enjoy going into Home Depot. They have so much to look at, and give you so many ideas to fix up your home, yard, etc. They also have really nice sales. The staff is always nice and friendly, and willing to help. I was in there today to get some charcoal. It wasnt where it normally is. I walked until I came across an employee. I came across Mr. Greg. He was nice enough to take me to the charcoal. He asked how many do I need, and was very kind enough to put it in my buggy. He asked if I was about to check out, and said that he would load it into my vehicle. I thank him for his great hospitality, and great customer service.

Quick and friendly service. Ms. Willie Mae is the kindest associate Ive encountered in a long time. Purchased online and had to drive from out of town to pick up but didnt have to wait long for item retrieval or loading. Back on the road in less than 15 mins. Great experience!

Only one employee seem to be following the mask mandate..Kimberly in the Garden Nursery section. She was very helpful.. and courteous as well. I felt very unsafe in the store.. most employees wearing masks around their necks..how totally ignorant..will never go back.

Hit and miss, every time I go here, either the service is ok, or your treated like your at the DMV. I remember when Home depot used to have actual trades people working in their trades departments to help... lol,, remember you can do it, we can help. But now it seems they have abandoned that. It seems todays political narratives have now come before their professional ones. Perhaps this is their way of trying more and more to drive people online... who knows, but it definitely makes me reluctant when I have to walk in. Maybe they will have what I need, most likely not. More times then not,, I wont get GOOD help.. they will however, gladly take my money now to order what I need for them to send it to me later.... thats a one sided arrangement as well.Oh well, stores like that dont really care what people like me think anyways. Thank God for youtube.. I can get the guidance there that Home Depot doesnt value anymore.

I gave this place 2 stars because of the employees and lost prevention. Who wants to go to a store and basically be watch and made feel uncomfortable when all your doing is trying to by some nails are wood. I understand they have had a big problem with people running out the store but Ive been coming for years and never have tried to steal. So I think you should be able to give me a break and not peek threw the isle walls at me.

Although we passed several employees, no one offered to help us. There was one man in the flooring area who was helping another customer. He called for someone to assist us, but no one ever showed up.

I love home depot. With that being said the way the staff treat you not so much. I work for a living, so most of the time I go Im dirty not talking mudd dirty, but painting dirty, construction dirty. I go at night that way I have the things I need ready for the next day. They follow me around like Im going to take something. Its really getting old has happened for the fourth time. Which is a disappointment .

What makes a Home Depot different from others of the chain is how clean the building is. How organized the product is and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is.This location and its staff outshine others in every aspect.Kudos to the staff for making it such a pleasure to shop there.

Would give 1 star if I could. Have gotten a new washing machine and new dryer here in the last 4 months and both have torn up. Took over 2 weeks to get the washer serviced. Have no idea what we are looking at now with the dryer. And dont expect the manager Walter to be of any help. That is a joke!

She even involved my daughter and explained and let her watch the process of mixing paint colors to make others colors. What a sweetheart she was. If you are expecting a normal Home Depot dont go here. Its a good location for some items. Anything that you may need that is not an every day type of item. Plan on going to Warner Robbins or some place else to get it.

My mother and I shop here at least twice a month,, I am from Columbus ga but I drive to to th he home depot in cordele because it has better plants than the on ed in Columbus ga,, but on Tuesday we drove down and my sister bought a big gazebo tent for her back yard,,,it wouldnt fit in our CD at so we returned on Wednesday to pick it up. I understand about the social distance in the dtores,, but the employees in the back was so unprofessional. They were yelling at the customer that worked by, they were just standing around not caring about what was happening in the store and, I dont think I will be coming back no time soon.

Warped 2x4s and lumber. Most of the kids that work there isnt too informative on the products they sell. Have to look it up on the app they have so you will know where to go . This place isnt worth your time or patience. You are better off going to Lowes or Tractor supply.

They need to hire additional people in the paint area. We have been waiting over 30 minutes to even be helped to have paint mixed. I have a house in Cordele and it would be quicker to drive to Warner Robins to get paint and back.
