I’ve been coming here for a while now for my tires, oil changes, and tire rotations and it’s the only place I really trust. The guys here have excellent customer service skills and are quick with their work. Thanks Anthony and Edwin for taking my car right before closing today!

Started my Friday morning off with a flat from two nails in my back tire.(**Terrific**)Knowing that I needed to replace my tires to begin with, I searched for a local Goodyear store and found the closest one in Coram, NY.I’ve had only Goodyear tires on almost every car/truck I’ve ever owned over the last 30 years, because the few other brands I’ve purchased over the years reminded me very quickly why I wasn’t a fan.Not only did Anthony and the folks in Coram turn a bad morning into a good afternoon, but you can also tell that they genuinely care about their customers.If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would!👌🏼

My tire was damaged on the highway while driving from Queens to Long Island. I needed a tire replacement ASAP. Fortunately I was near GoodyearTire on Middle Country Road in Coram. I have a Honda Fit a small car and the tires for this car are hard to find. Again I was fortunate that Goodyear had one in stock and was able to replace the damaged tire. Anthony Salvo took care of the replacement and alignment. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was happy. After finishing the job I left. After 10 minutes I received a call from Anthony advising me that I left my wallet there. Omg. I was so grateful words cannot express. Everything was in tact. Nothing missing. Thank you Anthony. Wow, was hesitant to go to get my truck looked at by a service station or repair shop do to passes experiences, but from the very beginning of my meeting with store manager Anthony Salvo my new experience faded my last. He was not only professional an polite, he guided me threw in a positive direction which corrected my issues. Go Good Year for employing such a fine gentleman!!! Anthony and Mike are always accommodating when I call even for an inspection or oil change. I have been coming here for a few years with several of my cars and I am always on edge to get upsold at a repair shop. I have NEVER been coerced or lied to about about unnecessary repairs. These guys are the Real Deal and they have established my trust in them. I will be returning for future car repairs etc.

Ever since I got my first car I’ve been coming here which has been about 5-6 years and they staff as well as management have been nothing but great to me. Always have my car fixed back to perfection and running like brand new. Mike and Arty handle everything in an appropriate and generous manner. Won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon!

Anthony and everyone at this shop are incredible. Fast service. Honest work. Could not be happier. Usually when you deal with chain stores you go in a bit weary. They didn’t make me feel like I was being over sold on anything. I’m new to the area but I’m going to be referring everyone I can over to them.

Mike, Chris and team are always fantastic. Very few shops will work on my Mercedes. They do all the major work as good or better than the factory for a fraction of the price. No matter when I pop in, they always make time to take care of all my cars. Six stars if I could.

I go to Coram location all the time Mike and Anthony are always very pleasant to deal with. They always take care of my concerns and issues in a timely manner. They are a pleasure to deal with. I’ve never had a negative experience when I deal with them.

Bought tires on line delivered to shop, told my wife the truck needed a alignment.ok fair enough.then they said the truck needed front and rear brakes,front brakes had some padding and rotors are fine could get another 1000 miles on them,rear brakes are fine have almost full padding on them .These people are predators, they gave me a estimate 580 dollars for front and rear brakes.I know what my brakes look like they are fine,I will never go back there or recommend this place 0 stars if I could .I felt like I needed shower afterwards.if you like being bent over this the place for you

Terrible experience. My husband called the Goodyear number on my tires warranty and was told for a simple flat to just come in without an appointment and they would take care of me at this location. The store owner Artie I believe his name, was not the nicest from the moment I mentioned i was told to come without an appointment. Told me no one there would say that. Either way he said he would take my car. I mentioned that my husband was the one who called originally and he laughed at me in a condecending manner and seemed rather frustrated that I even mentioned the fact I had a husband at all because prior to that there was no tremendous issue and then all of a sudden Im told they are way to busy on a Saturday for a flat. When by the rest of the reviews it would seem having no appointment is no issue.When I picked up my car they had parked it under their Goodyear sign and it got covered in bird droppings, A LOT. I had to hose down my vehicle after pick up and there were many open parking spots. I felt this was intentional as the store owners attitude towards me felt very homophobic. I would tell anyone of the lgbtq community to avoid this Goodyear.

A bunch of crooks working at this location. My husband and I spent OVER $2k on new tires for both of our vehicles less than 6 months ago. They talked my husband into paying an extra fee that he was told would cover ANY and ALL damages to our tires. Well needless to say that was a bunch BS. My husband got a blowout in 1 of his tires last. He took the tire to be replaced...off course there was an extra $56 fee to reinsure the new tire and rebalance it. So the extra coverage on the tires is a big SCAM!! Along with the who lie they tell you when you pay for the coverage with a new set of tires!! Never ever will I use them for tires or anything for that matter!

Here again at goodyear in coram, meet new manager Antony and service manager mike, and again they did another fabulous job on my daughters car and my truck. They were Very polite and knew right away what was wrong with my vehicles and got them back on the road . Vey happy with the work they did.

Don’t go there. They used to have and honest staff back in the days but now they will rip you off. I went there and the mechanic told me$ 550 for a 1 hour job. 3 days later I went for the same job he asked over $ 900 and added $100 extra on the parts. So I went across the street bought the parts for $100 less and went to a different garage and paid 100 labor . So I paid $526 for the job Goodyear wanted me to pay over $900

Terrible place DO NOT GO HERE, I ask for a simple tire patch because of a slow leak and they take my car in and inspect the tire, that’s it that’s all they did, they said they couldn’t find anything but told me they patched it, I check the pressure in the tire and it was completely flat. They didn’t even check to make sure it wasn’t leaking anymore. Turns out they did nothing but waste my time that I don’t really have, not to mention their service isn’t the greatest either. How are you gonna put such poor effort in when you’re the experts. Never again will I go to this place and don’t advise anyone else goes here.

Horrible customer service! I made an appointment for 1230 for a simple inspection, they took 4 hours. Then the guy, I believe his name is Artie, calls and is so rude, trying to push other services on me without telling me up front if my inspection passed. I told him I had someone who could look at the issues with my car and he says “well why are you here then? Why didn’t you go to him?”. I’m giving you my business, there’s no need to be rude and unprofessional.

Have tried many places over the years for wheel balancing on high performance vehicles. These guys are the best, hands down. They get it right the first time, every time.Good customer service and follow up, too. They go out of there way to put the customer first. Showed up once 10 minutes before close for an oil change, and they took me in. What other national chain does that these days?

My family has been going here for years. Artie makes every visit so easy going and quick. The Goodyear crew always does an amazing job and never leaves us unsatisfied. My family prefers bringing our cars here for our tires/ brakes/ oil changes and all other services instead of going to the dealerships for our service needs. I recommend everyone to go to this Goodyear to see Artie or Mike!

Went in for oil change and tire rotation on 11/14... so when it was complete, invoice was written up for totally different vehicle, tires weren’t rotated ( I marked them) was told come back and they’ll take care of it .. was also gonna drop a thousand dollars on a set of Goodyear dura tracks. But guy behind the counter couldn’t be bothered getting me a price....shame. Ps my Firestone destination tires are great.

Amazing service and quick

Cant have only one garage bay open with 4-5 people in the waiting room. Went 50 feet down the road to Mavis and my car was being worked on within minutes.

I was exhausted, wet from constantly inflating my tired in the rain, my hand was burnt from what ever chemicals are in tire inflation foam they sold at the nearest gas station. Chris, the manager, greeted me warmly. I told him my troubles and he just took my car and got the guys to inspect the tire right away. I told him I really just wanted to replace the one tire to get me home, I knew I needed new ones soon but he surprised me. My tire was repairable! It was just a nail. Before I knew it they brought it around for me to take back. He patched the tire and the guys inspected it. Even more, he didn’t even charge me. It was the absolute sweetest thing anyone had done for me. A complete stranger just did me a solid. The whole thing took a while because the shop was very busy. The guys never took a break or even made a single person wait. It was impressive. I pulled over at a gas station to cry because I was just over joyed and didn’t realize how tired and frustrated I was until someone took some weight off my shoulders. 6 out of 5. If I lived in NY, I would only go here.

The mechanics were quick and efficient when I needed my tire replaced unexpectedly. The waiting area was pleasant and had water and coffee available. John at the desk was truly wonderful. He carefully explained the work and the costs to me. He went over it again to my spouse on the phone. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience at Goodyear was a positive one and I will be using the Coram GoodYear in the future.

This is the go to place for all your service needs. Anthony and mike are a super team that dont leave the customer hanging and make sure you get the best value for the work being done. As a long time customer I cant recommend them highly enough, and dont make the same mistake i did and make sure to BUY THE ROAD HAZARD!!!!

I had an appointment that was taken easily and on time. my inspection was done quickly and i was even given a voucher for an oil change on my next visit. very pleasant experience and ill be back next week for that oil change!

I brought my car in because “check tire pressure” alert came on. They checked for leaks, etc. and were unable to find any. They then cleaned the area around the tire, which had a buildup of “gunk”...because they were not sure if this solved the problem, they did not charge me a cent! It DID work! I very much appreciated their integrity, and will continue to take my vehicle there for service!

About six months ago I replaced my front and back rotors with pads. After six months the pads were done and the rotors were warped. I went back for my brakes and rotors to be replaced and I was told front and back rotors and pads are warrantied for 6 months and 6000 miles. after spending 550 on rotors and pads. The manager drove me out of the premises and told me he will call the cops if I dont. Dont ever go to them to fix your car. They are a bunch of liars and thieves over there. I will pay half your repair cost if you choose another repair service other than goodyear service. Dont ever go. You will regret you did. I swear to God. I will quit school for a semester just to drive customers away from there will billboards and placards.

Woke up to a flat tire. Brought my car in when they opened, John took a lot of time explaining all of my options, pros & cons of each, & was very friendly & helpful. I did not feel pressured at all to choose one option over another. I look forward to returning to this Goodyear location for all of my future car repair & maintenance needs.

Jon and Dan at the Coram location were extremely courteous and helped me as I pulled in one minute before closing, causing them both to stay late. They identified my problem within a few minutes, provided me with a temporary solution, and had me back the next day to fix the problem. Jon was informative regarding warrantees and was altogether a gentleman and great sales man. I appreciate both of them for helping me and not turning me away at the time of closing. I highly recommend Coram Goodyear.

I was pulled over a month ago bc I had a rear taillight out, & was told I needed to get it repaired at an auto shop within 24hrs to excuse the ticket. I was upset that I needed to go to a shop when I could buy the bulb for $3-$5 dollars & replace myself. But I went here bc it was on my way home...They told me they could get it done in 20mins, & it would be $46.99! I said it doesn’t take 20mins to change a bulb & they said I’m right, it only takes a few minutes, but there’s one car in front of me. I told them I don’t mind waiting long to be serviced, but I’m not paying $40 labor for literally a couple minutes of work...I left, went to jiffy lube in Selden & got it done for $16. I was out in under 10minutes. Goodyear was nice people, but overcharge.

Funny story - thought I had a flat at 8 am yesterday morning, went to the BP station near me to fill air into my back right tire. On my digital tire pressure stick i was reading 18 psi. I filled air, and went to work . Got out at 10 PM, visited a friend and as I reached her house, my tire was flat. I noticed a nice phillips screw in my tire, so I throw on the donut and did my research the next morning. Lucked out and came to the Coram Goodyear location, where John and Joe were some cool guys. I had given John a call on the phone prior to my arrival and he sounded practical and knowledgeable. When I arrived I had to use the bathroom at first, and he didnt mind at all. He was polite enough to excuse me and customer service me after, and was genuine. He didnt quote me on any pricing, so I was prepared for the worst.. but he gave me good news that my tire could be patched. He even told me a few personal things about himself, and knew the right way to deal with plugging my tire. I got my car back and I was charged $0.00.. Needless to say there was no way I left without tipping, and these guys are awesome. 5 Stars, and will definitely consider coming back.

After my dealership improperly installed my tires, Jon and Kris went above and beyond in helping me. I cannot thank them enough. Will be bringing my car there for service from here on out.
