Why is this place still listed its been closed since 2018

Fantastic experience with Imprinted Sportswear! We needed shirts for company representation at Twin Image Salon in a super short amount of time and they did everything we wanted in SUCH a quick fashion! Very willing to help us out when we needed it most!

Been taking my company shirts there for 10 years. Have always brought them my own shirts in blue or black and got white embroidery. Recently, brought a few Navy Blue Polos for embroidery and they put ROYAL BLUE embroidery on them! And proceeded to tell me it was the fault of the person I had drop them off. To which I replied, why would someone want Royal Blue embroidery on a Navy Blue Polo Shirt? The reply from the snotty girl then turned to the person that used to do the embroidery retired and it was Royal Blue in the records she left. Two different excuses, no resolution and I had to pay $5 for each shirt with the wrong color embroidery. This is no way to run a business, and I will take my business elsewhere from now on and do my best do direct others elsewhere as well.

Ran into some big problems with IS being understaffed. They made everything right! And a beautiful tshirt! Thanks Jacob!
