I had my pearl wedding ring and diamond wrap taken in due to the ring being too big on my finger. Not only are they going size my ring but they are going to appraise my ring. I also have a bulova watch that needed sized down. They did that as we were waiting. The staff was helpful and so very knowledgeable. I think we have found our new jewelry store.

Great customer service. My boyfriend was needing a ring resized so we went to Diamond Leaf Jewelers. (They were recommended to me by a coworker who got his wifes engagement ring and their wedding bands from Diamond Leaf). They were quick to determine the correct ring size and gave us a very reasonable resizing quote. We took the quote and were able to pick the ring up within 10 days. The resizing was done perfectly, you cannot see where the adjustment was made.We are very pleased with the results.

One day while down at the Iowa River Landing (lots of cool stuff down there if you havent checked it out recently) I randomly decided to stop in to Diamond Leaf Jewelers and get my wedding ring cleaned. Before cleaning it Miriam checked it for loose stones and noticed that two were loose in their setting. It was a problem I had had before with the ring, but thought had been corrected by a previous jeweler. Miriam was very helpful in clearly explaining why the stones were loose and even showing me under magnification what the issue was. Though I am not from the area, I visit regularly for business, so I decided to have her do the adjustment to my ring to correct the problem.Just before the work was done she gave me another call with more detail and a few more ideas for my ring. Once we decided which route to go, the work was done within the time frame she had estimated for me (which was important since I wanted to time my ring being done with my next visit to the area). I was very pleased with the quality of work done. She made sure to let me know that she would check the ring in the future at no charge to make sure the stones remained set as intended.Throughout the entire process, from the time I first walked in the door until after Id picked up my ring, the most impressive part of the experience was the effort and care Miriam gave to me as a customer. I felt she was very invested in making sure that I understood what my options were. She listened carefully and was understanding of what my priorities were, and she offered helpful suggestions based on the feedback I gave.My experience was a fairly simple jewelry repair, not terribly complex or expensive. If she put the amount of concern and attention to detail into something as small as my issue, I am completely confident that she would be a terrific resource for someone looking for custom jewelry or someone wanting work done on an heirloom piece.

Miriam is so awesome! She has a great selection of engagement rings and everyday jewelry. You can tell she loves what she does. I had her rhodium plate and solder my wedding ring and it turned out perfect! You feel like family when you leave! I havent had any custom work done, but she showed me her computer set up, 3D printer, and some projects she was working on and they all look so awesome! If I ever need any custom work done, she will be my first stop! I would highly recommend this cute family owned shop to anyone in the market for something special!

I came across Diamond Leaf while I was looking for a jeweler to repair a damaged wedding ring, and I couldnt be happier that I did. Service was excellent and the work is absolutely top-notch. Their quoted price was about the same as another another jeweler Id stopped at, but Diamond Leafs quote included a significantly more extensive list of work that needed to be done at the same time to fully repair the ring, things that I wouldnt have known about until years later when the ring broke apart! They also took the time to walk me though all of their repairs with a magnifier, so I could actually see what issues they wanted to address, which I really appreciated. The turn-around time on the repair was a little longer than Id have preferred, but as with everything, you get what you pay for, and the time invested. Highly recommended!

We went to Diamond Leaf to have our engagement ring appraised. The gals were very rude. They watched and spoke with my fiance like he didnt belong in their fancy store, they insulted my ring, and called it dirty. They did appraise it at a good price, which Im happy with, but the customer service was sour.
