I went in looking to get on a brand new plan. Had an unlocked phone and everything. However when I told him that my previous plan was on my moms account, he claimed that in order to even start a brand new plan that has nothing to do with my last one, we still need the original account holder. Which I know isnt the way we have to do it as Ive been put on different plans before. It felt as if the employee just did not want to do any extra work, or was not trained properly. I will be going to a different store in order to get on a brand new plan.

Went in today to ask about adding a family member to my plan and the woman working could NOT have cared less about helping us. She talked down to me like we were unintelligent and wouldn’t even look up from the papers she was reading to give us any type of proper customer service.
Dont leave a trainee alone
When I arrived at the store the employee was outside on the phone, and she smelled like cigarettes. After I walked inside I saw that she decided to bring her dog to work. Several times during my visit she left me to attend to the dog. At one point the dog even threw up in the middle of the store. I was in the store for much longer than necessary due to her misunderstanding which information she needed from me. Overall I had a very poor experience at this cricket location.
Switched from Verizon and Ive been super happy!

I called about changing from US Cellular. I dont like the idea, that I must pay a $25.00 activation fee especially if Im changing companies. In NJ, I had Cricket and I was only charged $15.00...and that was voided, because I ported my number.
