Went in to get the back glass of my phone repaired and it was done really quickly and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately not long after, the glass broke again while I was holding the phone.A phone call later and they had the part on order and replaced the glass for a second time at no charge as they have a warranty. It’s doing great. The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful. Would recommend.

I went to US cellular and asked about my phone that was in three pieces, and was told it was probably done for, but that I should go here and ask if there could be anything done. To my pleasant surprise, the man fixed my phone in about 10 minutes! Great Service! Saved me a fortune!

I came into CPR Cell Phone Repair because my Google Pixel 3a was having trouble with disconnecting from the charging cord. One of the gentlemen (James) at the front counter greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained the situation and asked if the charging port needed to be repaired/replaced. He took a look at my phone and said, I have some good news, I think its just compacted dirt in the charging port. He then proceeded to clean the charging port and completely fix the problem, FREE OF CHARGE! He could have just as easily sold me a repair I didnt need.These guys were very professional and courteous. I will absolutely be returning here for any future cell phone issues or repairs.

Fixed my half black iPhone 11 screen in less than two hours and at a decent price of $140 (might be remembering that incorrectly)! Replaced the LED and have been using it with little issues for a month now!

Outstanding. Shout out to James for resolving my phone issue in 30 seconds. Backstory: 3 hours with customer service reps day before, because I could not make or receive calls, but no problem with internet/data. They claimed it was a hardware issue, having checked SIM. James knew immediately what the issue was and fixed it by adjusting phone settings; professional, courteous, friendly. And James was military too so I salute him that much more for his service to country and community.

I needed to get a new hard drive for my PS4, and although there was a backorder on hard drives, the staff were able to track one down for me and fix my PS4 quickly. I went in with the touch screen on phone not working. I just wanted to get information off phone to new phone I got and they were able to help. They were very knowledgeable with what they were doing. I would highly recommend these guys for any phone repairs.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. My phones wireless charger had stopped working (Pixel 3) and Google Support suggested a store way out in Des Moines. I didnt want to drive, so I stopped by this store. Upon inspecting my phone, we also realized that my battery was bulging and that was a fire hazard. They ordered the parts needed overnight and the next day they fixed my phone on the spot in under 30 minutes. Phone is like brand new. The guys were also fun to talk to while waiting. The repair is also guaranteed by them so if it fails theyll fix it for free. Great service and thank you so much!

I have an iPhone X which suddenly stopped working one weekend. I spoke to apple about it and they told me the phone was not repairable. Before buying a new phone I went over to CPR to see if they could do something. They attempted a phone reset which did not work. They sent the phone over the their headquarters for repair and in the meantime gave me a loaner phone. They assured me that if the phone did not get repaired that I would not be charged. Thankfully they were able to repair the phone at a very reasonable price considering it was a hardware issue! The staff were very kind and helpful! I would recommend their services to anyone!

James and Alex are awesome! Although my water logged phone could not be salvaged, they had me fully functioning with a refurbished phone within a couple of hours. And, they were able to transfer all of my data to the new phone. I highly recommend CPR for their great customer service and reasonable prices!

First time Ive had a phone that needed the screen repaired. Repair completed in time quoted. Phone looks/works great. Had a concern post-repair. Contacted them via Facebook Messenger (after hours) and they responded quickly, and helped me take care of the concern.The only thing I would recommend higher than them is to get your phone in a protective case and screen protector IMMEDIATELY.

I went there because the face glass was cracked.(I dropped it) & he went far beyond the call of duty to not just repair my phone but to restore it. When he handed the finished product back to me, & I looked at it, it was as if he had given me a new phone. In addition I would like to say that I am a senior citizen & all three of the young men in this store treated with great respect. Not all young people do that. I had such an amazing experience with these experts. I drove an hr away to fix my Galaxy S10+ for such a good amount. They know exactly what they are doing. This place has parking spots and the store itself is extremely clean with a few seats incase you would like to take a seat and wait. They fixed my phone within a reasonable time, it has been about a month ago and it works perfectly fine. My front screen was shattered, my back screen was shattered and my camera had a crack. Now my phone looks brand new again. Thank you guys so much for your amazing help. I would recommend this to family and friends.

My PS4 died. I called them up and they knew exactly what was wrong. It was the harddrive. So I took it in. Asked if they could put a 2 TB HDD in it they said no problem. Final price was 265$. Now you all might think that is high. But you cant even buy a new regular PS4 for that price. And I got an extra TB. Here is the best thing. I basically just paid for the HDD. Because it had to get shipped to another store and the HDD was about 250. So in less than a week and for basically cost I got my pro back and better than before. Dont waste you time going anywhere else. Take your equipment to them. They will treat you right.

I needed a battery replacement for my iPad, and I didnt want to send it in to Apple. I made an online appointment with CPR for the same day and got a $10 discount on the cost. I dropped it off, went to catch a bite for lunch, and a little over an hour it was done. So easy. Will definitely use them again for any other repairs.

They saved me from having to buy a new phone!! They fixed a horribly cracked and bleeding display, and a nearly dead battery on my Pixel XL for less than half of what it would have cost to replace. It took a couple hours because they were especially busy, but it was certainly faster than shipping to Google for repair. They were incredibly friendly, and communicated about how long it would take, and gave me an honest estimate. Hopefully I wont need it again, but if I do, theyll absolutely be my first stop. I highly recommend.

I needed advice on how to proceed with my phone which had been run over by a car. They asked for necessary information such as my mobile network. They were helpful in describing my options, and did not use my plight as an opportunity to sell me a new phone from them. They reassured me that my data was not lost, which was thmy main concern. Days later, I brought in my new phone so they could transfer data from my old to new phone. They welcomed me to return to CPR if I had difficulty accessing information on my new phone. Friendly and helpful. Only comment is that after visiting them at least three times over the course of five days, the manager did not seem to recognize me.

This place is consistently terrific. The people who work there are knowledgeable and helpful. They have always successfully fixed my phone and even given me a loaner phone if they couldnt fix it immediately. Really like them.

My new battery took a while to arrive, but when it did that didnt fix the problem, I needed a new screen. Got that right away and it worked, but later the next day the phone crashed again.After they looked it over again, I was handed a replacement phone, no charge. Our office had to upgrade our computer system and he not only had to trouble shoot a plug for downloading the information from the old one that had an adapter that had been glued into place but also provided excellent post services that helped our office make the transition to a new system. I had gone into my cell phone provider prepared to buy a new phone after dropping it multiple times in the 2 months Ive owned it. They were not sure what was wrong with it but recommended I try CPR, just two doors down, before going that route. Although both associates working were helping other customers, they promptly acknowledged me. I had shown them my phone and they knew exactly what was wrong and gave me a quote of just 1 HOUR to fix! As promised I was out the door one hour later with a phone that now looked and worked like it was brand new. They also had a deal for a free screen protector which was an added plus. I went back to my cell provider following my repair to thank them for the recommendation and they were shocked at how great of a job was done in such a short time. Did I mention their prices were beyond reasonable?! I hope to not have any more issues with my phone but if I were to, this would be the first place Id visit hands down!

My phone was not taking a charge so I took it in to these guys. Guy fixed it right away! Took the pocket lint off the charging port. I offered to pay him and he would not take my money!!!

Well I have to say I’m a bit confused. I made an appointment to get my laptop screen fixed today (Sunday) through their website online. Keep in mind, they had offered appointments for Sunday’s. However, when we got to the store, turns out they are closed on Sundays. Why would they schedule a time for Sunday if they are closed....? let me know!!🤨

The guys at the CPR Coralville saved us today. My wifes s8 screen died 1 hour before our daughters wedding. All wedding info was in the phone along with all dating pics. They were able to put a Samsung Galaxy spec screen on it and bring it to life. Saved.
