Could not have asked for a better experience!They really went above and beyond for us. Tiffany was so amazing and spent extra time and effort to find the phone we needed, make sure we had the best phone plan (went out of her way to save us money), and seamlessly helped me transfer my phone. 100/10 service—highly recommend and will definitely be back for all my phone needs!

Very poor customer service. Employee does not even pretend to want to work. Been standing here 15 minutes and she has not even addressed our presence. Seems to be at table talking family or friends. Another couple came in behind us also waiting. As if employee not even here. Absolutely terrible.

To quote the corporate AT&T representative I spoke to in order to clean up the horrendous mess these people made: “Don’t ever walk back in that store!” They lied, added TWO additional unnecessary phone lines to our account, and added multiple unnecessary monthly charges that resulted in a $350 monthly bill (we were told in store it would be $160). The corporate rep stated the sales people at this store appeared to do all of this in order to boost their sales and likely makes money. It’s been almost 3 months now and Im still working to clean up the mess they made of my account. Thankfully the corporate reps are AMAZING! Please don’t ever access this location!

I went to the store to get help with my phone.The lady, who helped me was very friendly and tried hard to find a solution for us. Anyway, I spend more than 3 hours in the store without any solution to my problem.AT&T blocked my phone for no reason. They claim my phone was not able to get LTE/4G - what is simply not the case! Since a couple of days I can not use my phone to make any calls.Unfortunatly the nice lady in the store (who did a great job!) couldnt help me with that, even though she did her best.Apparently AT&T forces me to buy a new phone! That is not fair at allAnd actually I think that is a fraud.

If I could rate this store a ZERO, I would!!!My husband and I switched carriers from Verizon to AT&T. The employees in this store were not knowledgeable about the products or the plans.The employees that “helped us” did not help set up our new phones. We were told it would take too long; do it at home.After trying this for over three hours, we went to bed. The next morning we both had messages saying that the port was unsuccessful. We went to a corporate AT&T store 2 hours away and they figured out that our phone numbers were NOT imported from Verizon!!

I was kind of surprised to see the reviews for this store being positive. I drove over there yesterday to purchase a phone at 3:52pm. I was asked how they could help me, I told her I wanted to get a new phone. She then proceeded to tell me that they were closed for lunch until 5. There were 2 people behind the desk and two others. Not sure if the other 2 were customers or friends. I was very surprised that this store being located in a mall would turn away a customer at that time of day for over an hour. Needless to say I didn’t go back. I’ll go to another AT&T store before I would spend my money at the coralville location.

If you need help with any of your services from AT&T whether it be wireless phone service, internet and television, this store is the place to get it... the sales representatives are very polite and helpful and Paul the store manger is very informative with any questions or concerns regarding your AT&T account or if you want to create a new account they are all there to help.... The retail sales consultant, Tommy, was very rude. This man had his AirPod on and was the on the phone with someone the same time he was serving us. He tried telling me that discount and deduction are the SAME thing. I told him they are not and he started yelling saying that I’m telling him that he doesn’t know what he’s saying and he called the security and he told us to get out of his store. I’ve had a friend complain about the same guy. He’s services are poor and he doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

Just wanna say that Coralridge was an experience.... just last month this store was full of rude employees but the Store Manager Paul was a breath of fresh air!!! He was funny courteous knowledgeable and very honest he helped us with getting my husband a phone for a very great price!!! I recommend any Att that Paul is working out of!!!

Dont bother shopping at this location. I wont return. I have previously had good experiences here with customer service, knowledge, and product availability. I guess they changed owners over the last few months and it has completely gone downhill. I stopped in yesterday to buy new devices for my family plan, but there were none on display. Two employees were helping another customer, but there was nothing for me to even browse while I was waiting. Finally, a third employee wandered out of the back, but didnt acknowledge me, even though I was standing in line on one of the little 6ft distance dots. One of the busy employees told him to help me. I asked if I could see some phones, so I could make a purchase. He said they dont do that, I would have to buy a phone first. I asked if they didnt have inventory, or what the reason was for no demo floor models, etc. He said that it was company policy, which wasnt the case at the other two AT&T stores I have recently been to. I asked if I could at least see it in a box, before I paid for it and he told me it could only leave the back room when its paid for. He offered to show me phones on the tablet, but I could easily shop from home, if thats what I wanted to do. I came in to view and touch actual phones to make a purchase. He tried to tell me that it was because a customer had broken a phone. Businesses have insurance for that reason, so thats doubtful. The customer that they were helping before me was an older lady and had fallen for their trap and bought a phone, just so she could see it, for hundreds of dollars. They made her switch her sim card and have the device activated before she could even try it. She didnt like it, so had to go through the lengthy process of returning it and having her old phone reactivated and the sim card put back in. I dont know if this is some sort of racket they are running, or if they just have bad business ethics, but I will not return to this store. Like I said, Ive even purchased a phone and added a line back in October at this store (during Covid, so its not like this is a new situation) with no problems at all, and many to phones to look at, so this must be their new way of doing things. I was happy that there was an AT&T kiosk in the Best Buy connected to the mall, with all the phones I could look at and touch, so I can actually shop. I suggest you go to Best Buy as well.

AT&T has had a store in the Coral Ridge Mall for many years. Over the past 10 years weve been buying our phones there. They have a good selection of phones and accessories. The sales people are really helpful.

Yesterday,I spend 1.5 hours to set my own account taken from my previous family plan.The staff is hurry to drop off the work and the efficiency is very low. Most important, I want a prepaid plan. He did not let me know and gave me a post plan. I have told him I need the prepaid plan. It seems he wanted me to use a expensive plan. Its unbelievable and bad service.

Customer service was top-notch in store and on the phone. But the overall coverage, dropped calls or theInability to send multimedia messages was enough for me to can the service. In Washington Iowa or Just south of Iowa city is absolute ZERO Internet service making it impossible to run my own business.Probably wasted at least two days worth of revenue dealing with customer service on the phone or multiple trips into the store with issues. Luckily they were all nice to deal with. Unfortunately coverage is what I need I took my business to Verizon.

I received good service from Richie at the AT&T store. He was able to resolve an activation problem with a GoPhone that I had purchased online. The problem was unique and took some time to resolve. He was informative at every step and kept working at it until a solution could be found.

Worst service I have ever had with a phone company. The guys in this particular store are a hoot. The lady is not helpful at all. They have overcharged us so many times and when we went in to ask for help all the lady told us was “it is what it is”. Well I don’t want to be paying an arm and a leg for horrible cell coverage! She was not helpful in the slightest and had such a bad attitude towards us I felt like we were just inconvenienceing her. Will not be renewing our phone plans. Mad that we are stuck with this company for almost 2 more years!!

Its always busy whenever I go because its the only AT&T store within 40 miles but I have yet to meet an employee who wasnt courteous and respectful. Theyre usually pretty bogged down but they try to be as accommodating as possible to those who are waiting for help, and while its difficult, its important to be patient. I last went in for an upgrade and it literally took 5 minutes. Ive never done that so quickly before. And the man who helped me, Alan, was ridiculously nice. If you want to get in and out quickly, try to get there early in the week on a morning when they first open. Starting around 4 pm they begin to get busy and just avoid Friday nights altogether if you dont want to wait.

This isnt for the cell service.At first, they were very kind to sell me a TV/Internet package. The deal sounded too good to be true. The sales agent falsely advertised a channel that I thought would have been included in the package. I called to cancel and thought that was the end of it. Turns out they didnt cancel it. Now they are claiming that for the 2 weeks of service, I still have to pay the installation fee of $60. I would have considered switching to AT&T in the future but this experience has left me with quite the sour taste in my mouth.

My recent experience there was terrible.Before I went into the store, I called 611 and trying to port my girlfirends phone number to my account. And the representative had already got it taken care of, I just went into the store to get a new sim card. But this guy at the store refused to do it, the worst thing was he was rude! He tried to teach me what to do. I got really unhappy.I walked out of the store, called 611 again, the people on the phone still claimed the store should be able to give me a new sim card. So I went back to store and had the person on hold, hope they can talk to each other and got things done. Maybe I was just too native, after they talked, the people on the phone said, it the guy in the store refused to help, there is nothing they can do. What the F***!!!!.I think I am going to switch to Verizon at some point. It was really a terrible experience. I no longer trust At&t now!

Literally the most useless store in the world. Anything you come in to ask/do they tell you to go online and do it yourself! I wouldnt be here if it was easily handled online! These are things like BUYING A PHONE, or paying CASH. Stores exist for a reason, not to tell people that you should go online.
