When visiting friends, I always love stopping by this Michaels in particular. They are always so So much better stocked than mine in Davenport. The customer service is always great.

Found the perfect piece of Bass wood for my project. I believe it was in the wrong price slot but they let me have it for a great price. Im very satisfied. Workers were extremely polite and helpful. My project turned out perfect

Always well stocked and full of staff who are happy to help find anything.I much prefer this place over the other chain in town that starts with an H, especially since Michaels has not been publicly taking positions on social issues.

Great Christmas Decorations

Regular prices seemed higher than competitors’ but they don’t play that huge sale game either. Overall quality of merchandise is superior as well. Friendly.

The employees are really nice and so helpful! I went in to purchase a cricut, and the employee that helped me was extremely knowledgeable. I explained what I wanted to do with it and she listened to me and took the time to help me. I got exactly what I need and I dont feel overwhelmed. I am completely happy with the service and recommend this store.

Advertising 40% off floral arrangements but told when checking out that it didnt pertain to seasonal items. No mention of that in the ad. When I questioned it she said: Thats the way it is and no Sorry or Thanks for shopping with us

Not as great of a selection compared to the Cedar Rapids store, but we have been driving to Coralville for curbside pick up since the CR store is closed for derecho repairs. Staff has been very friendly and orders have been correct every time.

Standing in Micheals for the UPS Access for 20 minutes is unacceptable. If you have time to browse do so..if not have your packages rerouted elsewher.

Good place to shop. I greatly appreciated that when I asked about coupons available, the cashier took out his own phone and scanned two for me. I wish that they would call for extra help sooner when lines are long. I have waited to check out up to 10 min before!

Michaels has really stepped up their floral section. I am loving the selections they are stocking. There were great silver buckets to display them in. Last time I was there all for 40÷ off. I really have always loved the dollar section. Can always find a treasure, especially thank you cards. There are tons of storage containers. Also a large selection of scrap booking items. Drawing supplies and painting supplies too.

Not busy while I was there but didnt find the Dpn I was after.

Shelves were neatly arranged and stocked. A few things towards the back of the store didnt have a price labeled. We were in there after 9pm, I never felt rushed or unwelcome. Everyone was very friendly in fact. Felt like a slow Monday vs 4 days before Christmas. Very refreshing. An employee roaming about searching for the lost, looking for something, and clueless faces wouldve added that something extra.I have no complaints though. We got some good deals and unique items that will surely get the kids doing something that doesnt involve a screen! And a few items for last minute craft gifts.Always a great way to lose track of time and get inspired to DIY neat things!

Ehh. . . so-so. I went to Michaels in Coralville for some very common stock ribbon that Ive purchased repeatedly at other Michaels stores, but they were out of almost every color. I had to compromise. Prices were good though.

Dirty floors. Two cashiers in peek noon hours of holiday shopping on a weekend. Waited in line for over 15 minutes while many behind me put back their purchases and left. Hire more people or pay your workers better so they work more hours! Wont be returning.

One of the yarns I was looking for wasnt there, that was supposed to be in an aisle. According to the app in the location, I looked, but didnt find the second one. Im glad I found one and could use a 50% coupon, for a very expensive, but soft, lush, nice yarn.

Tidy and organized. Employees are helpful and usually easy to find.

Had everything I could ever want for arts and crafts staff was friendly and helpful will visit again!!!

Sunday afternoon. 3:20 pm. 4 people in line. 1 register open that is not moving since customer keeps checking coupons on her phone. Next to registers are 3 employees talking. NOT opening another register. I sat my item down and left.

Nicely organized store, with beautiful displays. There was only one employee working up front, waiting on customers with questions and running the cash register. Where were all of the other employees?

Good prices good inventory

To the other Jews in the IC area, even though they advertise Chanukah decorations online, they dont have them in store. The staff was friendly, better organized than the hobby lobby in the area.

We went there on Halloween day. The store is huge with a lot of variety. The lady at the counter was really nice!

Very helpful explained about the rewards program. Were out of the Christmas tree that we were looking for. Tried to order it on line while we were there in the store. No llonger availabile on line called and located a tree at another store for us.
