Can I just say how amazing the sushi is??? I think I can!! Im actually here craving some as we speak 🤭. Its so savory and wholesome and fresh and delicious! Pure quality... Ive had sushi other places but in all fairness no where comes close to HAMACHI! The staff they are humble and pleasant and it was a pleasure to dine. I normally do take out but decided to dine with my boyfriend and he was blown away. Enough about me!! If youre in the mood for amazing delicious sushi 🍣😋 take it from me and go there... Super fresh! Absolutely Delicious sushi. We had salmon sashimi, salmon- avocado roll, dragon roll, spicy tuna app, miso soup, Tom yum soup! Sooo soo good! My mom who doesn’t really eat sushi loved the dragon roll. I would highly recommend this place.

Went for lunch today with the hubby and as usual we loved everything we had. There lunch specials are insane! You choose your specialty roll you want, you get soup salad and an appetizer roll, if I were with anyone else I would’ve shared but my husband can eat. This place has always been one of our favorites in Coral Springs we’ve been coming for the past 6 or 7 years and it has never let us down, everything is delish and the service is always amazing and the place is always clean. Can’t wait to go back!

I eat alot of sushi and the options for rolls here are truly original. Flavors and mixes I havent seen anywhere else.The location is a decent size, perfect for a date night or small group. Went with my family for the first time and I can tell,you we are already planning our next visit. Two of us had sushi and shrimp balls For their dinner and they about their meals. I had a slivered ginger and chicken dish that was delicious! My spouse had a pork and noodle dish that couldn’t get enough of. Not only was the food good but the service was also excellent. Even though the restaurant was crowded it was not noisy and the service was quick and efficient. I really loved this place.

Does not look like anything from the outside but customer service and food were on point. Servants were patient and friendly. You are not feeling rushed even if you come alone (like in some buffets). Food was nothing over the top exceptional but it was superb for the price. Clean, nice Thai cuisine restaurant in the middle of Coral Springs. Some might say that its a hidden gem!

This is one of my most just right and wonderful taste Thai Restaurant ! Fantastic flavor just feel like in Thai! And the people working there also are Thai ! I mean when you choose a right flavor restaurant, should be the local people is the best choice, because from childhood, people know their own flavor best for sure! And the service is so nice and warm like the wonderful nice sunshine weather 😄😊👏

While I’ve never actually eaten there I went in recently to ask if I could simply use their restroom without buying anything because I had an errand next door which had no public restroom and was about an hour from home.. had they said no I’d have been in big trouble and yea, I’m one of THOSE people.The hostess was super friendly and allowed me to head to the back to use it... total lifesaver. So I can say that their restrooms are super clean and from what I saw while walking in and out the food looked amazing and the everyone dining in all seemed like very happy customers. Thank you Hamachi for your kindness and understanding- next time I come in I’ll be coming in to eat! 😘😬

Reviews highly rate it HOWEVER for my first experience, I was not impressed. Simply ordered 2 rolls to go and the rolls fell apart, rice not holding together. Perhaps the difference lies with eating in or take out.

Great menu. Bigger portions than other similar restaurants in coral springs.Their website has online ordering, I had an easy time browsing the menu and making any modifications. Picking up was fast and easy.

Made a reservation at 11am for 2, and ended up coming at like 10:15am, but it was pretty empty so they were able to seat us right away!Even though it wasnt 11am yet, they were nice enough to let us order the Pad Thai ($14), which isnt served until lunch. The pad thai was pretty good portion size, but a bit too sweet in my opinion. I also would have probably added some vegetables to it. We also ordered the Por Pia Tod ($8), which were crispy vegetable rolls. They were good, but on the smaller side and while nothing wrong with them, I probably wouldnt order again. We also HAD to get the Berry Soufflé Fluffy Pancakes ($13), which came with 2 pieces. They said it takes about 20 minutes to make, so just be aware of the wait time. These were amazing! So fluffy and not overly sweet and just melted in your mouth. I am definitely a fan of these.Overall, the service was nice and the food was good. I will definitely come back when in the area.

I came to this restaurant for the lunch special and I must say that I was not happy with the sushi or the curry that I ordered. The lunch specials comes with soup and salad. Salad is only not fresh iceberg with sweet ginger dressing, the sushi was extremely dry and the curry had a lot of broth, hardly any vegetable apart from a few bamboo shoots and a few slices of pepper. I was not impressed with this place, the food is mediocre at best, customer service is good. I noticed that the mirrors are dirty and overall this restaurant needs some TLC.

The 2 stars are for the gyozas, they were really good. However, the fried rice tasted and smelled old, the sushi wasnt good and the 2 cheesecakes tempura were so frozen in the middle that I had to ask for a knife to cut them.

The food was lovely. I had the red curry with beef. I had never tried Thai curry before now and it was a pleasant experience. The soup and salad that came out first was also tasty. Service was good. No problems there. All of these things would normally be 4-5 starts BUT when I unrolled my napkin a small roach(maybe a similar looking beetle) crawled out and across the table, disappearing over the side. Later it made another appearance and one of the people at my table went to kill it, insisted he had but another person saw it or another crawling away. The soup and salad bowls had dried food on the side that felt gritty and dirty when handling. I just hope the inside was cleaner. Lastly, another person at my table found a shrimp shell in their food so if you have food allergies Id steer clear of this place if they serve it at all.Picture is after I ate my fill. I had plenty of leftovers for later at a fairly reasonable price.

Really not good. I got a few random things. Chicken teriyaki wasnt terrible but not good either. Sushi/sashimi tasted foul. Rice was old and the sashimi really was bad tasting.

I used to order pick up once a week for roughly $180-$220 for my family. Last time I asked for spicy Mayo and they wanted to charge me an extra $1. Terrible business strategy. I went to this place for years but now I will never go back. Congratulations!

Had to update previous review, the food used to be awesome but seems like good things doesn’t last long. Last 2 times visited food quality and taste degraded, pad thai was bland no sauce. Chicken and shrimp fried rice, the shrimp was too hard and chewy, not good at all. Customer service is also real bad, asked for salt and the server couldn’t understand after multiple attempts. Then asked me to write in her mobile and then realized what it is. Instead of being nice she started arguing with me with the pronunciation that I didn’t say it properly, I don’t know how bad a person can say Salt so that other person can’t understand, I was so frustrated I thought I’ll just come out of the restaurant but then I kept my cool. It was customer service at its worse. Very sorry to see such a good restaurant going down in the wrong direction. Not recommended and never going back again.

We have been going here for years. Today we decide to order something through an online service. When I go to pick up the food, the waiter decides to run me down like I’m a thief proceeding to ask me if I paid for the food. There is no sign saying that we need to check with the waiter when we pick up the food when my name was clearly written on it. She proceeds to tell me that people are stealing food and sometimes the same can get mixed up. My name cannot get mixed up...look at it. The thing that upset me the most is they make you feel like a thief when you walk out the restaurant. I had presented her my confirmation and she still had to ask what I purchased. I called back the restaurant and afterwards trying to have a conversation with the manager of what happened, she decides to hang up on me. During the conversation she believes it’s appropriate that I should neglect bad behavior and service and continue to support the restaurant. Don’t let these ppl fool you. In our conversation she said she knew exactly who I was and knows how many times we have gone to their restaurant over the years. This just goes to show how some restaurant owners could care less for patrons that support their business over the years and especially during this time. EXTREMELY rude employees and even worse EXTREMELY rude management.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! I order at least once a week. I’ve tried other local sushi restaurants... none of them top Hamachi! Not only is the sushi always fresh & delicious, the appetizers & noodle dishes are great too! Definitely give it a try if you’re thinking about a sushi night! They never disappoint.

Tuna avocado wrapped with yellowtail and topped with fried onions are the best. All sashimi was excellent and the octopus was good. Fast friendly service.

Hamachi is still consistently one of the best sushi restaurants in west Broward and they have been outstanding in terms of how they have been approaching safety protocols with COVID-19.Really some of the best rolls Ive had in town and nice fish choices, not just the typical stuff either.

The Hamachi Thai and Sushi is a great lace for both. I love to get a Tom Kai soup with some rolls and a Pad Thai to split. I also love the Thai Iced Tea. The food here is always fresh and the service is excellent. The atmosphere is casual, but most in the area like it as a date place so it’s slightly upscale. Prices are very good and you can bring the family without going broke. One of the best Sushi places in Coral Springs.

With so many Thai/Japanese places these days, they can all taste kind of the same. But we really like this place a lot when we are in the Coral Springs area. Their sushi and rolls are very fresh, and their Thai food is legit. We also like that its a quaint place where the employees really get to know their customers. beautiful

Drove all the way from Jupiter Island on Friday, February 12, 2021 only to see the party that came before us accepted and us being rejected to be seated, with the reason being because they have to skip tables BUT I have noticed two tables were skipped and every other table weren’t skipped; everyone sat back-to-back. Very disappointed; it’s a highly-rated restaurant that we drove so far to get a taste of.

So its an appropriately priced Japanese and Thai restaurant. Id say be ready to spend at least 20 a person without drinks.I had sushi and frankly its not the best but definitely better than most South Florida sushi places.The only real problem is the menu. Much of it just shows a name and gives no description as to what it is. You could ask the server but the menu is pretty big so youll have to talk to the waiter a lot.

I usually on a first visit to a restaurant, try a soup to go. Then perhaps a luncheon as a gamble. Well, I threw caution to the wind after being greeted in a very professional manner. They do not have to-go menus. I requested the Tom Yum Soup and was immediately advised that it is with coconut milk, and would I want it spicy? I immediately replied Yes with coconut milk and with chicken and spicy medium. I had never experienced Drunken Noodle ever, here in the USA or within Thailand. I opted for the version with Shrimp, and of course spicy. I did not know it, but it was just not an entree, it also came with a small house soup, a small portion of a salad, and reasonably sized portion of the noodle dish considering the modest prices charged. The only reason for not 5 was the shrimp was not firm, but kind of soft/mushy but the flavors and the heat/spicy was just excellent., Would definitely go back again.

We arrived at this restaurant for dinner. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We loved this spot very much and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

Horrible Food and Poor Customer service. I placed an order for California Rolls which had no imitation crab meat. It was so disgusting that I had to spit it out. I then called the restaurant and spoke with someone named Yu, and explained what happened, instead of offering to correct the order or a refund. I was told that no one else has ever complained....she was refused to let me speak with a manager or an owner and was dismissive and used profanity the F word before hanging up the phone. Needless to say that I am not recommending or ever returning to this restaurant.

There are a lot of Sushi restaurants around but I find myself coming back to Hamachi over and over. At one point i was there every week. Service is great. They know me by voice at this point and can basically fill my order. Tuna sushi, lobster bomb roll, spicy tuna rolls. The only reason no 5 stars is becuase nobody is perfect but they are close.

Fresh fish and the yellowtail jaw was grilled to perfection. I just wish the dipping sauce could have a little more flavor to it. My first time here and saw great reviews online. Ill be going back to try other dishes. Let me tell you.... words cannot express this place-but I will try... The atmosphere is small, quaint and special. The service is personal, prompt and phenomenal The food...... ridiculous and consistently incredible each and every time. My family comes here at least twice per month and have NEVER had a bad experience. Their food is bar none the best Asian food in the area, and their sushi is fresh, and fantastic. If you want a special treat, sir in their bar area where they make sushi - watching the guys make sushi while you eat is mesmerizing.

Best sushi I have had in a while, we started with miso soups and green salad (awesome!) service was attentive and everything came out pretty fast. We ordered some popular sushi- rainbow roll and dragon roll. So good!! Cant wait to come back and try the Thai food. High recommend for a great local spot.

I came across this place looking for a different restaurant. I didn’t find the other sushi restaurant but I am so glad I found this place. Having been to several sushi restaurants locally and out of town this place far exceeds in quality, service, and variety that I have not found in a long time. It has a great vibe but it is a bit on the small size. Don’t let the size fool you though cause the food is awesome! They take pride in how they serve their sushi. I only came across this place a month ago but have been several times in and even picked up take out. I have yet to have a bad experience or food here. I’m so excited I found this place!!

Loved this place!! My boyfriend and I usually go to the promenade to eat sushi at Mamas noodle bar but we couldn’t find parking for 20 minutes!! So we ditched and came here for the first time and it was really delicious! My sushi was so yummy! The atmosphere Very comfy, our server was very efficient and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

Service is great. I was asked by two different waiters before ordering if I was ready to place my order. Sushi was prepared well and was of excellent quality. Soup was perfect, and served at just the right temperature.I plan to return the next time I am in Coral Springs.

Hamachi is always great. Its a family owned and run establishment. Our go to for great sushi! They have wonderful Thai food as well but I cant pass up the sushi and end up full before making it to any Thai dishes.

This was my family’s first time at Hamachi and it was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious. Our server James was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be back soon!

This review is based on several experiences at this restaurant. My overall impression is inconsistent. I’ve had a couple of good meals here and even when the food is subpar, the service has always been great. Stir-fry is greasy, pad Thai is sour, sushi is blah. I’ve come to the conclusion that their is a void in this area for Asian cuisine. Red Ginger and Mainland are even worse. There are some good places in Delray, Boca and Ft Lauderdale but nothing nearby. What a shame.
